Came back here for the 3rd time. And this time with my sister and her family (they're tourists, they dont live in Indonesia, and I recommended this hotel). In the morning, around 6, me and my husband were dying for coffee, and we can't make coffee in our room because our kids are still sleeping. One of the staff's restaurants is so nice, he put extra effort into finding 2 cups of coffee for us. Another staff member is also very nice, bringing us breads and apologized for not being able to serve coffee earlier.Around 6.20, my sister and her husband came, and I told her that you could get coffee, but breakfast hasn't started yet until 7. When my sister filling up her coffee, a manager came to her and he was soooo rude to my sister, basically saying she cant get our coffee yet, and he was keep standing there while my sister filling up her coffee, waiting till she finished. IT'S JUST A SIMPLE BLACK COFFEE! And we saw him shouting to his staff about their extra service to us, he even locked the door, making sure no one getting inside the restaurant! It really ruined the rest of our stay. Fyi, we booked 4 rooms include bfast, 2 extra beds, 2 nights! Poor poor attitude. So disappointed.Mind you, any hotels we ever stayed either in the country or abroad, we always can get coffee before bfast starts, with no problem.

I love our experience staying here! We stayed here during school holiday, on the weekdays, it's still an okay crowd, not too much, a convenient crowd level. The room was clean and spacious, towel and bedsheets were fresh. No Netflix. The crew were nice and genuinely helpful. The beach is private, only guest can be there, although the minus is beach is not by the hotel, it's across the hotel but there's a free shuttle bus that's quick and easy to access. There are two pools, by the beach and in the building. Breakfast were nice and many varieties. I got a relatively good price of 1.6M/ night and it worth the money. Great for staying with kids or without 🙂

Dinner tasty and a good atmosphere tooThe beach area is relaxing and well provided for with places to wash off sand or lay down (music choice and volume were good too). They operate a shuttle to and from hotel and beach so no need to walk too farPerfect set up for a family mini-break imoI’m surprised most of the area outside the hotel is not well developed yet as it’s really not too far from Jakarta. More good restaurants choices nearby would be a welcome additionThank you for your care and attention

Great hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were polite and friendly but room cleanliness could be better. Location is fairly isolated from other amneties. Lovely private beach but its a shame that we met a local man who was allowed to wander in the private beach to illegally poach sea turtle eggs. I hope the hotel management team can take actions to help reduce illegal sea turtle eggs poaching.

Nice location - Sea on one side n hills on the other. Very green and spacious resort with decent food options. Place is full of kids and young families. The shuttle service from resort to beach is very good. Book in advance, esp on long weekends.Ideal place for corporate / team building events.

Definitely the best hotel in Anyer area.Room size was good. Cleanliness was good. Pretty comfortable and relaxing.We stayed in the room with the tub on the balcony, but the tub condition was pretty rough and i was very hesitant to use it at all.Location was about 2.5-3 hours drive from Jakarta. Difficult to find restaurants around the hotel so we only dine in the hotel.The food selections in the hotel was pretty good and taste was pretty good as well.Definitely will come back there. And definitely will be my only choice in Anyer.

I can only rate it 5 stars but the Padma resort goes above and beyond.All the staff were exceptional, polite, friendly, ready to help.We enjoyed many of the activities, including aerial yoga, and archery.We arranged floating breakfast in the secret pool which was incredible value for money and a beautiful experience.We had a 2 hour couples treatment in the spa where the therapists were exceptional and we had drinks after in the swim up bar.This was an experience like no other. Thank you Padma for being a dream.

Our stay at Padma Resort was a dream come true! The room was simply stunning, offering breathtaking views from the balcony. The luxurious body care products provided added to the indulgence. The buffet breakfast was not only delicious but impressively varied. We also savored delightful lunches and dinners at the pool restaurant.The warm pool was a highlight, especially since it was a bit rainy during our stay. The archery class was a lot of fun and the aerial yoga was absolutely fantastic. The free shuttle to Ubud was incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the area easily.With so much to do and see, from the serene bamboo bridge and the picturesque river to feeding ducks and petting the adorable goats, Caramel and Latte, you never get bored. Staying at Padma was more than just accommodation; it was a complete experience.

Beautiful Hotel, with stunning view into the jungle.Nice Pool area with pool bar.Delicious food and drinks.Very good cocktails as well. You can use a complimentary shuttle to Ubud to go shopping or sightseeing.The staff is very friendly and helpful. Have a go on the floating breakfast for a little as 25€ extra. You get a little private pool for 1,5hrs to relax and enjoy your breakfast.

Resort in the middle of a tropical forest with all the niceties. Staff are very polite and helpful across various areas of the resort with emphasis that this is a very big place with lots of staff. Exploring the place and activities is recommended for a full experience.We did have an issue with our room for one night and management responded promptly. Our matter was acknowledged and taken care whilst we went for dinner. The level of service here is impeccable.

we spent 5 days here on a luxury escapes deal and it was awesome. it would be hard to imagine a nicer hotel anywhere in the world. the pool is massive and it is heated. the gym is good, golf practice was fun and so was archery. the food was next level and the staff were the friendliest people we have ever been served by. a big shout out to the stuff in the club lounge they were so so lovely. Mahandra and Jodi gave us an awesome bike tour of the surrounding area they were so knowledgeable and gave great customer service we were so happy. cant rave enough about this place. everyone and I mean everyone that works here are just the friendliest people you would ever meet. sad to leave this place

We (family of 3) stayed at Padma for 3 nights. It was a wonderful experience. The setting and amenities of this hotel are amazing. We loved the pool and the little petting zoo was just perfect for our daughter. Also the kids club is very lovely and rhetorical staff is super friendly. My husband tried the archery class and I did aerial yoga. I must say both classes were incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. They were super awesome with our little daughter.Food was great and good quality.It was my husband’s birthday and they surprised him with a little cake, what was so thoughtful. Thank you so much for the unforgettable time. We loved every minute of it.
