We booked our getaway for the middle of December. Many of the staff have been there for decades and they give the place a certain vibe that we really loved. Bring lots of ones to give tips to them, they work super hard. The deer are amazing and were one of my favorite aspects, they eat from your hands and two let me pet them. Our room was the Apple of Eden. It was beautiful. There is a transportation service that is really fun also. The housekeeping staff are amazing, they got us anything we needed within 30 minutes. The hot tub was amazing, use only a small amount of bubbles or none at all if you will use the jets!! The food was amazing - live music, amazing food, decorated so nice. The bowling & archery area was really cool also.

Dinner was delicious with lots of options as well as the salad bar. Highly recommend for a couples getaway! Will be returning!

We stayed in the Signature Champagne Room on Christmas Day. Private sauna was nice, how ever, the door did not close all the way. Private heart shaped pool was just the right temperature but , needed some simple TLC. Champagne tower was really romantic but it took an hour to fill up the tower with water. The round bed was comfortable but had a top sheet as the bottom sheet so it did not stay on the bed since it was not a “fitted” sheet. Dinner food was good but the server was not! And we were not allowed to take home a doggie bag. What a waste of food! Breakfast food and our server were wonderful. The events coordinator was okay. She was on her phone while we were doing the duck pin bowling tournament. The gentleman that sang and played guitar during dinner was very good.

I went here during cold weather so I wasn't able to experience all that the place has to offer. Overall I thought the place was a little dated but nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and warm. We had a fireplace, Jacuzzi, cable tv, fancy bed with mirrors all around. The food wasn't bad either. I don't know if we got good value for our dollar because this was gifted to us. I would like to try it again during the warm weather so I can get the full experience. There are grocery, pharmacy and food stores within 10 miles if needed. Lots of couple oriented entertainment as well.

Where do I begin. What an awful experience. I don't know how this place is AAA, 4 diamond approved. Upon arrival check in went fairly smoothly, except that there was no belmen because they were overstaffed and sent them home early, which led to another entire level of confusion because they wouldn't simply let us load our own luggage up and bring it up to the room, they made a big deal about us having to wait and then bringing it up to the room for liability reasons. Upon arriving at the room it was warm, and muggy, and the air conditioning was not working, so mentioned it to the front desk before heading out for dinner. After dinner return to the room, and room was still warm and muggy, and they had not yet brought up the extra rolling bed. Return to the front desk to let them know about both the bed and the warm room, and they advised that the air conditioning was recently reset and it would take some time to cool the room down, return to the room waited 20 minutes never got any cooler, return to the front desk for a third time to tell them the air conditioning wasn't working, and at this point asked to be relocated to another room. Finally switched to another room, and everything was okay from that point. Billing discrepancies, upon check-in was charged for the room, the resort fee, and $50 incidentals charge which came out to about $196. In the morning receive the final bill and it was around $186, had to go down to the front desk again to request an explanation, and they weren't even sure why the bill was not matching up, and said that maybe they didn't take the incidentals deposit? I still believe that I was overcharged for the room based on the rate they gave me last night when I checked in, but I had no evidence or proof of that because they didn't give me any receipt or paperwork. No manager was available this morning during checkout to discuss issue with, so they had someone from the revenue department who is covering attempt to answer my questions. Completely dissatisfied, will definitely not return, will forward this review on to AAA, for them to reconsider the four-star diamond ranking. On a positive note, the friendliest staff member in the entire building, was the lady from valet and the kid that was forced to be our bellman I think his name was Grant. Who is working the front counter.

Food was great at Guys restaurant. I got the "black and blue burger", Buffalo cauliflower which was some of the best I've ever had highly recommended and the pastrami egg rolls. They were very unique and tasty. Would also highly recommend. For my drink I chose the mojioto it was very good came in a skull glass that can be purchased for ten bucks. Looking forward to going again.

Plenty of well lit parking ♡ Valet available if needed too♡On entering the building, you are greeted by the delicious smell off coffee! I bought 2 coffees/Lattes that were amazing! We headed up to have dinner at Guy's diner. I had the chicken tacos for $14. The soft tacos were stuffed to the top with chicken! I ate them all! My son had the chicken strip $17. Approx 7 very large fat chicken strips! Our friend had the burger and fries for $17. The burger was huge!!!Guy's had milkshakes $12 each. They were Meh, bland vanilla, no real zest/ bang. Our waitress was great! She was sweet and attentive. I'd eat here again! And again!Casino is well lit and full of security ♡ I felt safe and not worried about my well being. The older gentlemen that checked our IDs was very cute♡My friend had a seizure. He runs when a seizure hits. Security and patrons helped us locate the direction he ran.I will come back to enjoy the whole experience ♡

We had an awesome experience. We stayed 1 night. The room was 5 star clean. All of the staff was very friendly and even received some good mornings. We are coming back in May for a wedding and can’t wait to enjoy the pool.

Booked a spontaneous room and knowing we would get in late for check-in (after 3am) we called and notified them of our late arrival. Talked to 2 different people who assured us that would be fine and a note was made. Arrived and tried to check in and was told our reservation was cancelled as of 3am if we hadn't already checked in. We told them we called and were assured we could check in late. We were told there wasn't anything they could do about the passed reservation because it couldn't be reinstated. So after driving all night we're left with no sleep and out the cost of the room and resort fees without stepping foot in a room. Terrible service and no attempt to rectify a lapse in communication on the part of the resort.

Visited the casino for a few hours on a Tuesday afternoon. Employees were pleasant and machines were modern with good upkeep. Casino looks well kept and clean. Machines and tables were hitting. I would come back and stay in the hotel. Note: smoking is allowed inside the casino in the gaming area.

What a wonderful place to get away! Fresh clean rooms and linen. Great food! The drinks were not strong enough but my husband and I seemed to get pretty tipsy😁 The casino was fun and upbeat, Frank the bartender was very very nice, Stephen the bartender was good at chatting with guest and serving at the same time he knew how to multi task well. The pool room was so much fun! Our server Abby was so sweet and made sure every guest was comfortable and was there to serve us with whatever any of us needed, she kept clean towels out and made sure the pool area was always clean. Valet was very very kind to us and had very good welcoming skills. We are definitely going back!

An awesome time as always. It's a smaller casino with nice fancy clean rooms. The games are good they have a couple older machines A lot of casinos don't have anymore. The table games aren't always crowded unless it's a particularly busy day. All-around Id say it's my favorite casino.
