Our family of 4 stayed for my birthday this past weekend. I can't say enough great things about the service and kindness you'll receive here. We stayed right after a huge storm and most of the property requires you to walk around outside so be aware of that but from check in to check out and in between they make you feel special. Beautiful, clean rooms and facilities. We used the pool and the hot tub and attended a conference here. I highly recommend the Broadmoor and cannot wait to return !!!
The Broadmoor is definitely a 5 out of 5! The grounds and facility are just stunning. The staff was very accommodating and literally wanted to take care of any needs you had. I would say the only drawback is they do nickel and dime you to death. And it was prohibitively expensive for really anything. We ate at the sports bar, this would be the only negative experience we had, the restaurant staff was definitely not really wanting to be there that night. However the food was good, and the drinks were good. Overall we had a great anniversary night at the Broadmoor. The beds are very sturdy.
This is truly a five-star hotel. The staff is incredible, some folks having worked their whole career here, and give you history on the property. They were more than accommodating, asking if we had phone chargers even. I have stayed at five star hotels before, and never received such wonderful service. The rooms are amazing, the property is huge. Just fantastic.
Absolutely exquisite!! We were on vacation in the area, and stopped by just to take a quick look at the lobby. Christopher our Reception Expert, greeted us warmly as we stepped out of our vehicle. He then proceeded to take us for a guided tour! The beauty we discovered was incomprehensible... Personally, my favorite part of our tour was hands down, the original Ballroom. I cannot even begin to imagine the Galas, Events, and Parties that have been held there over the last 106 years, as the original building was completed in 1918, and truly hosts some of the most beautiful architecture that I've ever seen. Every single detail, from the monograms on the escalators, each chandelier, the marble detailing, to the well stocked library and extremely inviting lobby sitting area by the fireplace, just draws you in further... Christopher was so well versed on the history of the facilities and current events held there. In conjunction with his kind, sweet, humble demeanor, we truly appreciated his knowledge and expertise, beyond words. Whomever manages this absolutely grandiose establishment, kudos to you, sending our deepest and best regards. Christopher, we thank you again for your time, and truly know that you are absolutely at the top of your class. Dearest, most beautiful Broadmoor, we will see you again very soon. Thank you ALL.💖
The Broadmoor is luxurious and beyond beautiful. The rooms are amazing, and the grounds are well kept and spotless. The service was mostly on point except for the poolside service. The poolside waiter disappeared for over 2 hours, and nobody was there to take drink orders for several parties needing them. My friend had to walk to the hotel bar in her bathing suit to get drinks for everyone. When the poolside waiter finally returned, he scolded us for having a glass water bottle that the bar gave us with our order. We even asked the bar if having the glass was OK in the pool area, and they said because of the lack of service, it was fine. Other than that, it was a really great experience.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Broadmoor hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. What truly stood out was the hotel's remarkable dog-friendly policy. It surpassed any place we've ever stayed, and our furry friend was welcomed with open arms. The convenience of having everything we could ever want right there on the property was truly exceptional. From an amazing coffee shop to a variety of dining options, the Broadmoor provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the ability to enjoy room service while spending time with our dog made our stay even more relaxing and convenient. One of the highlights of our visit was going bowling at the hotel. The bowling alley was a fantastic addition and provided hours of entertainment. The spa was another standout feature, offering a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend taking advantage of these amenities during your stay.Overall, the Broadmoor exceeded our expectations in terms of pet-friendliness and the range of amenities available on the property. Whether you're looking for relaxation, entertainment, or simply want to enjoy quality time with your dog, the Broadmoor offers an exceptional experience. I can't recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.
What a wonderful experience! The staff was incredible. They serve with a genuine smile. The lights on the trees throughout the property make it breathtaking, and the ambiance in each building feels like relaxed. The art and artifacts throughout could take a few days to appreciate each piece. It was like transporting to another place.
I can’t say enough great things about our midweek stay here, courtesy of the Colorado Appreciation Special. It was a perfect quick getaway from Denver for our family with a toddler. This was our first stay in a five-star hotel and we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised and appreciative of how the staff and supervisors treated us. Here are some examples of our experience:Upon arrival, we felt like we were literally “swept away” into the hotel. We had multiple people welcoming us, taking our bags, and parking the car. It all happened so quickly, that we forgot our son’s pacifier. But all it took was a quick phone call and they pulled our car back around. We were celebrating my husband’s and son’s birthdays. We received a personalized letter from management and a few welcome gifts of chocolates and nuts, luggage tags, post cards, and a nice bookmark featuring art from the hotel—all during turndown. When our coffee maker malfunctioned, the concierge sent up a cup from Cafe Julie’s on the house. It arrived in 10 minutes, at the perfect temperature. The woman at member services in the golf club (I forgot her name) was so kind to my little son. She gave him some toys and spent time to get to know us, even though we definitely aren’t golfers or members.I could go on. It didn’t feel like real life, which I suppose is the idea. We started this experience thinking it was going to be a one-time thing, but we’re already making plans to come back when the weather’s a little nicer. I can’t wait to come back!
I didn't stay in the Broadmoor hotel, I come once a year during Christmas time with my young daughter to view the lights, decorations and the display they make completely out of candy and chocolate! The staff is always super friendly, they treated my daughter like a princess, it's a great place to go on during the holidays for pictures. I did pay $20 for parking, so be mindful of how long you stay because the parking garage charges timely rates.
It was a fantastic 3 days at thismagical hotel. We loved the holiday show and dinner and our room with roof access to outdoor deck was special. The food and service was exceptional and the massage and time at the spa was perfect. I could not have wished for a more wonderful time before the Christmas holiday.
This place is as it always has been; absolutely amazingly beautiful. It's beauty will last the rest of time! All though if you are not staying overnight in the hotel the staff treats patrons as if they are not welcome to enjoy the other amenities the Broadmoor in its entirety has to offer. Making it hard for their stores, restaurants, etc...to earn revenue.
The BEST Grand Hotel left in the USA. 720 acres of paradise. 13 restaurants, Great Golf. Perfect for summer or winter. I've been coming here since the 1950's. It's like a great bottle of wine it keeps getting better and better as it ages. Owned by the richest man in Colorado. No expense is spared to keep this place in top-notch shape. You won't be disappointed.
The Hotel is beautiful and perfect for your ski vacation. Staff and rooms are excellent. It’s exactly as advertised with one exception. The Spa is terribly designed and dirty. There needs to be more attention to cleaning and detail. I would not recommend this hotel if you intend to visit the spa.
Luxury, elegance, beauty, divine!.... I can't say enough about the time spent at the Four Seasons Vail. The spa is a must do when staying here. The staff was attentive and I have not one complaint. Four Seasons has been my home away from home wherever I travel and it will continue to be my first choice every time. Thank you Four Seasons once again for taking excellent care of me! #LOVE
I rarely leave reviews but the Flame Restaurant at the Four Seasons in Vail, Colorado was spectacular. Nina our waitress was incredibly kind and special. She even took our two children to the kitchen for soft serve ice cream. It was an unforgettable experience and we highly recommend dining at this restaurant. Keep up the great work!
I visited The Remedy Bar at The Four Seasons Hotel in Vail and it was fantastic. We visited specifically to try their hot chocolate, and it didn't disappoint - honestly the best we've ever had! Yes, it's pricey at $22, but sharing it made a fun, memorable experience. The staff are nice, and the atmosphere is great. Totally worth it for such a unique treat.
Great customer service and atmosphere! Food was amazing, The spa was even better specially after long day of skiing! You got try their hot Chocolate at remedy bar and breakfast burrito at flam restaurant.
Came here for the hot chocolate and the hot chocolate only and it was EVERYTHING. Unlike any other hot chocolate I have had or will have again- it’s beautifully presented, sweet but not too sweet, and the marshmallow melts into it beautifully.Everyone was also incredibly kind and welcoming and the views from the bar balcony are stunning.
I visited the Four Seasons Vail while on a trip with work colleagues and have nothing but great things to say about this resort. The room was extremely clean and well-appointed with the fireplace being a great touch. The location was amazing, walkable to all the shops & restaurants downtown and to the mountain. The service was great, especially the ski concierge and rental service. It was super convenient to be fit at the hotel and then have everything waiting for us at the facility right near Gondola One.I also used the gym and spa facilities while visiting, and again no complaints. Great facilities. We didn’t eat any meals at the hotel because we preferred to try the restaurants in town, but the bar was great, with maybe just a minor complaint regarding how long it took to get a drink when the hotel became more crowded. It is a relatively small area behind the bar and so there are only 2 bartenders active at a time trying to serve a pretty good-sized area of tables.Whether at the cafe or the bar, their hot chocolate is a must-try. And in the morning, it was really convenient that the cafe had free coffee / lattes / cappuccinos. Normally at a resort like this, you expect that they get you for everything, so even though it was just coffee, this was a nice touch. All around, it was a really great stay at the
My wife and I visited Vail for the first time a few days ago and had a great time! Aside from the snow and driving over to Glenwood to hike Hanging Lake before the snow fell, one of the highlights of our trip was the Four Seasons. This is truly a luxury resort with an awesome staff that made us feel at home. We especially looked forward to seeing Emir, Elizabeth and Jasmine, who each went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. Some may say truly great customer service is dead, I say it all went to Vail and has made Four Seasons its place of residence. We are looking forward to returning!
