The staff at the hotel were amazing. Everyone was helpful and polite. The room was nice and spacious. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was great both times. The guys who worked the valet were awesome too!

This was such an amazing experience!! Every interaction we had from the valet to when we checked in was great. The staff was very informative and friendly. Beautiful hotel from the lobby, to the hotel bar, to the room. Definitely can't wait to stay there again!

My absolute favorite hotel in Albuquerque! I don't want to stay anywhere else. Every room has 2 comfortable robes. The staff is excellent. The restaurant is very good and I love the authentic decor.

Let me start by saying the service was awesome. I had an amazing experience with every single employee interaction. However, while they are great and the lobby is beautiful, the rooms are truly awful. The bathrooms are teeny tiny. The door almost smacks into the toilet when you open it and there is no counter, just a very old-fashioned sink. The floors are kind of sticky. I do not think this is a cleaning issue, I think they are so old that there is no coming back. The blinds were crooked and didn't work. Next room complaint is the TV. This only applies to those of us who are travelling for extended periods and would like the ability to use the TV more freely. The only things you can watch are Netflix, YouTube, and Pluto. I usually travel with a Fire Stick but there is no way to use one here due to the remote control they have and the general layout of the room.Overall, this was definitely one of the worst Hilton rooms I have stayed in.Also, I was charged for valet parking twice even though I didn't have a car. I was there for 4 nights so why I was charged twice seems extra odd. They were quick to refund this, so it was not a huge issue, but I wanted to mention this so others know to double check their receipts.

This delightful eccentric compound of casitas is arrayed around a central sprawling garden that feels worlds away from the bustling Old Town neighborhood in which it is nestled. Each cabin is not only unique in decor and layout; they all carry names rather than room numbers and given the variation and nuance, that seems a perfect way to think of Casas de Suenos: not a complex but a neighborhood.I had booked two nights, but was so enchanted by the place, that I extended my stay for another night. Since my current cabin was reserved for another guest, Renee in front desk services went out of her way to find me a fantastic alternative--an opulent cabin on the periphery that had exactly what I loved about my first room: an in-suite hot tub.I can't let this review pass without mentioning the tableside breakfast service available to guests either. Their morning chef greets each guest and works with them to determine what sort of custom breakfast he will cook for them. The meals are turned around rapidly and are almost worth a visit on their own merit. I mentioned Renee but every person there showed me nothing but obsessive customer service and took genuine pleasure in my enjoyment. This place will not have the cookie-cutter luxury of a Hyatt Regency; for those that seek the kind of reliable high end experience, Casas de Suenos may be too bohemian or offer too much unpredictable variation to meet your expectations. But personally, I can't wait to visit again and again.

Absolutely wonderful in every way—- spotless room, wonderful staff, splendidly maintained…their grounds are beautiful, tucked into Old Town Albuquerque, yet the 1 block S of all the hustle and bustle makes all the difference. The decor in our Casa Sandia was ultra comfortable and furnished with modern accents and historic furnishings. We felt at home when we first walked in.Their new hot tub area is amazing! We soaked a lot in our 3day/2night stay….so relaxing!Lee Ann and her staff are all-stars in customer service…a huge thank you to everyone!Breakfast is made to order, ours perfect as ordered, hot and delicious. We are eager to return! Highly recommended!—- new friends/ strangers that we meet are why we seek B&B’s… breakfasts are a mingling of new people and their life experiences, and so enriching to share! The atmosphere at Casa de Suenos beautifully lends itself to this- try and stay quiet when you meet new friends in the hot tubs, we couldn’t lol…A fantastic experience, we are certain to return!

We were just passing thru for one night, once we entered our "room" we wishes it was more than one night. Booked it on our way in town, more than we wanted to spend, but wanted to say as close to Old Town as possible. This place is magical, you don't get a hotel room, you get a whole private single floor apartment. Private outdoor sitting area, exquisite gardens, amazing hot tub area (adults only) full cooked to order breakfast included. I might mention, this isn't your typical "hotel breakfast" everything was freshly made, real eggs, real meat, fresh fruit. And service is superb....

This place is amazing. We stayed in the Rose unit. It was recently refurbished. Mini kitchen area with microware, mini fridge and Keurig. The room is very modern, but decorated in historic southwest style. The room had heated tile floors in the bathroom. Location is close to Old Town, aquarium, botanical garden and museums. We walked to Old Town. Staff is very accommodating. A full sit down breakfast is included, which is individually prepared off the menu. The grounds and gardens are beautiful. The only problem is the TV had a weak signal. There were high winds while we were there, that could have cause the issue. Our room also had a private outdoor patio.

Had a lovely weekend stay at this place. Beautiful little casitas that are definitely something out of a different time. The grounds were beautiful and breakfast was amazing. Close to some attractions and even did the long walk to the marketplace that has all the food, walk wasn't too bad. Made us feel refreshed and happy that we had a great visit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Not sure what price it was since it was a gift.

I love that this place felt like home. The casita we stayed in was equipped with dishes, extra heaters and blankets, which was nice. The breakfast dining room was the by far the best. The chef and staff were very attentive and welcoming. The food was delicious, the New Mexican style breakfast in front of the wood burning fire place was perfect for the aesthetic of this place. Let's not forget the hot tub area, I enjoyed the privacy and serene ambiance. Our stay here was perfect!

This is definitely a hidden gem. First, the check it is great and easy. They walk you back to your Casita and show you around like an old school inn keeper. The Casitas are set up so nice. The beds are great the furnishings are tasteful. There's little benches in several places to just sit and enjoy. They are almost done with a small hot tub pavilion that will be amazing when complete. This is now the only place I'll stay in Albuquerque.Forgot to mention they have made to order breakfast that is delicious. Do not hesitate to book here.

This place is a hidden gem, very close to Old Town. The grounds are beautiful, with lots of quirky art everywhere. Breakfast is made to order, and was quite good. Service and staff was efficient and friendly. We stayed in the Porter casita, which was roomy, with a bedroom, kitchen and living room. The room is not new or updated, and the bathroom amenities are very basic. However, we had no problems at all and the casita was very comfortable.
Small compound with about 20 units connected to a beautiful garden wrapped within walls and locked gates . We saw hummingbirds, squirrels and butterflys. Staff was very nice . Old Town is walkable for shopping and dining. Look forward to my next stay

We happened upon this little place and were completely surprised the room was beautiful and the shower was amazing the room had been completely updated (as they are with all of the room eventually) the walk from the front desk to the room is through a garden with lots of art work and many paths to follow. All of them have something different to see. The price was very reasonable and it came with a breakfast made to order in the morning. Its has the feel of an upscale B&B with out the steep price. If you are ever in Albuquerque its a must stay.

An amazing gem, our room had a hot tub! So cute and homey. Very clean, and the lady at the desk was so sweet. They even helped me jump my car the next morning, my car wasn't use to the cold weather. I can't wait to go back!
