Overpriced for poor service! Our stay was a disaster. We booked a cottage suite. Advertised as a multi room unit with kitchen, dinning room, bedroom etc. When we checked in we were told no room was ready. 10 mins later they called and said they had a room with a king bed instead of queen. Fine. Well sadly it was not the cottage suite we paid for. Instead we were given a basic motel style room, not a suite. No kitchenette, none of the amenities we paid for. Walls are paper thin. Could here everything from the room next to us.Went to the spa and it was equally disorganized cluster. They billed ours to our friends room, and we spent over an hour trying to sort the mess out. The managers "Solution" was to credit the resort fee for the room screw up. Despite the fact the cottage room we paid for was 2x that of the basic room we were given! Poor customer service and Terrible experience. Should have stayed at the Broodmoor!
Wow! Wow! Wow! This is a gorgeous hotel and a wonderful stay! The rooms are beautiful and d the view was spectacular! It was very quiet by our room and we were near the infinity pool. We loved getting specialty cocktails at the bar (the bartender was as phenomenal!) and our meals at the restaurant were top notch. My only qualm was that the heater in our room was as wildly unpredictable so we had to sleep with the balcony door cracked open occasionally it worked but we weren’t there long enough to have someone come in and fix it and us either moving or needing to be out of the room. We were celebrating our anniversary and they certainly made us feel special. We will be staying here again and have already recommended others stay too. Just for the feel of the room alone but also for the staff and the grounds.
Just eloped at Garden of the Gods and stayed at the GG resort for 4 nights. It was stunning and everyone was so kind and helpful. The couples massage at the Strata was amazing - shout out to Jessie for being so awesome. Ben at the bar made the best aperol spritzes and even took some pictures of us in our wedding attire! We had a minor problem with our room and they were so accommodating moving us to another. Everything about this stay made our special day that much better.
Awesome experience and amazing location.We received a great customer service ( especially from Angelina and Keanna ) ,from the valets team and even the technicians who rushed to restart the heat system and fix it after a little malfunctioning in the first hour of our stay.I very highly recommend.

And it was extremely close to the Garden of the Gods. I recommend dinner at the Chinese restaurant across the street. Good food. This hotel is a great deal.
100% would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety. The hotel is centralized to all attractions. Good size pool, with a nice hot tub. I will be back.
Loved our family stay at this hotel super close to garden of the gods. Rooms were not modern, but very clean and room attendants were awesome. Cold cucumber water served in the lobby for a touch of elegance and coloring books in the breakfast room for kids. Pool was basic but really perfect for our 8 kids under 10 years old. They even let us have adjoining rooms to make it easier on us parents. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed two nights in January, 2024. Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have some of the best towels I've seen in a hotel. I only had two issues. The HVAC system sometimes sounded like a jet way flying over and the waffle maker was not working when I was there. Other items offered for breakfast were good.
We recently stayed at the Magnuson Grand Pikes Peak for a short family vacation. Upon arriving we noticed BLOOD on the sheets. We asked the front desk to replace the sheets. The housecleaning staff just remade the bed. I requested fresh sheets a second time and this time the sheets were replaced. I rated the Magnuson Grand Pikes Peak as poor because both time housekeeping visited our room while we were out touring the city, they left the door wide open. The housekeeping didn’t fully close the door at any time. I personally called the front desk, went down to the front desk, and spoke to the housekeeping staff to alert them the first time the door was left open. However, the door was left wide open three times during this trip. Thankfully nothing was stolen. I tried to talk to the manager, but they never called me back. If you worry about your safety or belongings, I recommend staying elsewhere.
