The Aloft is in an amazing location with access to walk all of Easton with a vast amount of shopping available. While staying here, Clarke Chidester, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Definitely recommend this hotel and ask for Clarke’s bartending if possible.
I stayed for work and I couldn't be happier. I usually stay with Marriott but this place was just a different experience. It was clean, right in the heart of the city and had free parking (hard to find with a city center hotel). The staff was extremely nice and helpful for my questions.
The customer service at this hotel (and their corporate office) is beyond ridiculous and so unprofessional. We had an 8th grade trip booked several months in advance as a block of rooms. When we realized that the trip was going to overlap with our family vacation, I called to cancel the reservation. I asked multiple times if there were going to be any cancelation fees, and I was reassured over and over that there would be no fees because I canceled in plenty of time. I canceled 6/10/24 for a trip on 6/21/24. A few other parents had to cancel because of conflicts, and a couple changed their reservation from two nights to one; all being reassured that there would be no fees for canceling pr changing their reservations. On 6/30/24 our trip coordinator's credit card was charged $3,980.00 for canceled rooms. Not only is it unacceptable for them to charge one person's card without notice, we were ALL told there would be NO FEES!!!! So now for a trip I didn't even take, I'm having to pay $330!! It's not as if I canceled plans last minute, or didn't ask if there would be fees MULTIPLE TIMES, or did anything wrong, but we are all being charged these fees!!! I am furious and will NEVER book another room with Marriott again if this isn't handled!!
Pretty good stay and experience. Clean and stylish rooms were nice and the bed very comfy. One wash cloth per room didn’t make much sense though. I also didn’t appreciate how Clark at the front desk felt it necessary to lecture me and my husband on why we shouldn’t sneak pets in the room or do anything for them to keep the $50 incidental fee. Especially when he checked in the white couple in front of us and simply told them to have a good stay. That’s never fun.
Great place. Updated and new hotel. Walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and amenities. Only complaint which is silt based on my preference is the ironing boards are really small and I prefer an actual desk for work over the table situation in these rooms.
My girlfriend and I booked this hotel through our Southwest Rewards portal for the points and the process overall was quick and easy. Upon arrival the check-in process was simple and the desk attendant was polite. Appreciated the small fridge in the room that kept our leftovers as that came in clutch when wanting a late night snack. The overall stay was great; however, my only gripe about the room is that there really isn't anywhere to hang your towels or wash cloths if you actually wanted to reuse them.

A friend stayed here during a convention weekend and we linked up at the lobby for a drink. We were shocked by the accommodations and how great the staff was. They were cool with guest motorcycle parking, a slick indoor/outdoor pool, and was clean. If they have the drink tickets and buffet dinning included dont hesitate staying here.
We stay here annually for a convention and never have been able to get the room cool enough. They have it set to 69 and it is NOT a normal 69.

Absolutely one of the better hotels I've ever stayed in. The service was unmatched (always greeted, polite, helpful). The kickback and breakfast didn't taste like that typical hotel food, it was actually great! Rooms were very clean and location was great. Would most definitely stay again.
My son and I stayed at Drury Inn, between appointments at Nationwide & if I could give more than 5 stars I would & we will definitely be staying again! It was close to the hospital & next to the convention center.The staff was amazing (especially Leslie at the front desk)!!Parking was secure, convenient and free.When we checked in, we were told there would be a free dinner spread from 5-7. It was delicious and filling. I was also given 3 drink vouchers to use during those times.The pool (indoor/outdoor) and hot tub were both great! Nice area and not crowded.The room (a standard king) was luxurious and comfortable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I travel on business frequently and I've stayed here 4-5 times. The hotel exceeds expectations. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff ALL go out of their way to make sure every guest is taken care of. In addition, they serve breakfast, happy hour, dinner and there is a restaurant also on property with good food at reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Yes, you can pay more - but why?
I have travelled regularly for work and pleasure throughout the US. This hotel would be in my top three hotels (that includes Vegas, Orlando, etc). Very clean, breakfast and happy hour was great, the entire staff was personable and responsive. Bathroom shower was perfect - shower head was at the right height, water pressure was great, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner was in a dispenser by shower head, AND the tub was not a slick-narrow-curved-porcelain slip hazard. Bonus points for the soft close toilet seat. Security was solid and parking garage was also safe. I highly recommend this hotel.
