I went with 3 friends and stayed In two rooms. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. We loved that the bathrooms had showers and no tubs! Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and if we needed help, they were very helpful. The three girls working breakfast on Monday, September 16 deserve a shout out! They were absolutely delightful, friendly and very helpful. The front desk staff was amazing as well. The whole hotel was very clean and we loved having the fire pit at night. The one downside was that the pools are supposed to be heated. and they were cold. The outdoor one was probably cooler because of the weather, my friend still enjoyed the lazy river. I went to the indoor pool, which has three of these garage doors on three sides and two were open this cool down the inside pool, so it was a shame that we didn’t have a warm pool however I plan to come back and hope to be able to take advantage of the pools!I definitely recommend this hotel so if you’re thinking Of booking, go ahead and do it!

Everything about the hotel like locations and amenities was great but the room was so strange. One big room with a king bed but no desk, no couch and tiny nightstands. No where to put your suitcase. Very strange Talked to front desk and said it was poor design. Oh well. Otherwise everything else was good

Very clean rooms and nice. Comfy beds and sheets. We were driving from Florida and stayed over for the night to then continue our drive the next day back to michigan.

During my stay at Pigeon Forge, I stayed at the Courtyard hotel and I was very impressed. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to many needs. The lobby space is a very nice area with the Bistro Bar where you can purchase beverages and food. However, meals such as breakfast is not included in your stay so you do have to pay separate for your food and drinks. But the hotel overall has a very contemporary look, and the rooms are very spacious and have a balcony area as well. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the resort as well, and there is housekeeping every day which was definitely a plus! The hotel also has a lot to offer such as an outdoor pool lazy river area, hot tub, indoor pool and game room. It is a very family friendly area, and the lounge area is still open at night for adults if they want to hang out and drink, but it's well monitored and quiet hour starts at 10pm to 10am to ensure quiet throughout the hotel. If you are planning to visit one of the Dollywood parks during your stay it's only about a 10 minute drive and it is right off of the main strip in pigeon forge. I was very impressed during my visit here and would most definitely stay here again!

Love staying at the Courtyard in Pigeon Forge. When I'm working in the area I always choose this location. Comfortable quite rooms and the hotel staff have always been amazing. Food is pretty good from the bistro. If you're staying for fun, plenty to do within walking distance. My room usually has a great balcony view of mountains or the river.

Excellent property. Excellent and friendly staff (all departments). Very good rooms. Pools are great.Restaurant food is good, but a bit over pricedOne side of the property overlooks the local water treatment plant, but easy to ignore it. Looking around town, I feel that this is probably currently the most updated hotel in PF, although it appears there are a few new ones under construction.

This Courtyard outshines most Marriott Autograph properties. It is possibly the best ran hotel we have stayed at, and certainly is on this 45 day cross country road trip. The property is distinguished, spotless, warm and inviting. Rooms are a cut above. Housekeeping staff are accommodating and friendly. Maintenance and front desk? Friendly, engaging, humorous, helpful. The pools are phenomenal, warm, and OPEN 24/7 which is a big deal! If I had to dig deep to find an area needing improvement it would be that the outdoor hot tub was on the smaller side—5 people would be tight. But we never saw more than 4 in it, anyway. The lazy river was sweet. Courtyard within walking distance from groceries, food options, and entertainment. We actually extended our stay simply because we were enjoying the hotel so much! Thanks to Phillip and the staff for pursuing excellence in every way!

The Manager, Alex, is incredibly kind. You can tell he loves the industry he is in. It filters to ALL of his employees! Jennifer, at the front desk, is extremely sweet!! Always acknowledged us even when we were just walking by. Always smiling and doing everything she can to make sure everyone is accommodated. The outstanding service doesn't stop at the front desk either! Head up to the outdoor pool and grab a drink or food from Red, the bartender. She made us feel like family from the gate! She checked in on us while we were lounging in the pool. Making sure we had everything we needed. Chatted and laughed with us. She just made the day great! The entire week here was wonderful. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. Customer service is still a thing! Alex makes sure it is done the right way!

The pool was awesome, the service was great, the room was so clean and so big. The only downfall was how far you have to walk from your room to the elevator in the lobby. Then parking is not close so that’s even more walking. If you plan on just staying at the island for most of the time, this is the perfect place to stay.

We had a great experience here. The rooms were very clean and everything worked. House keeping comes every day, however we feel like they could have left more towels. We got less and less every time they came. The rooftop pool/bar was the highlight feature and we spent a lot of time there. you can order food from there and the restaurant downstairs as well. The Bartenders are very helpful and friendly. The overlook allows you to see the fountain light show and the sky wheel right from the pool deck. The front desk concierge was very helpful with activities and local advise. They also have a valet service onsite which is extremely worth it. On a busy day the self parking lot is absolutely crazy and valet is included with your stay. This was a awesome perk and would have cost us $25 a day if we hadn't stayed here. They atmosphere of the area is very lively and there is a ton of things to do withing 2 minutes of your hotel room just on foot. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the Margarittaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge. The staff are incredibly helpful from the moment you pull up the valet. The valet was kind and welcoming. The front desk staff, especially Zeb was more than helpful and accommodating. He answered any question or request we had and truly helped make our stay memorable. The housekeeping staff as well as the bartenders all have a very welcoming helpful demeanor. The hotel accommodations are amazing and so is all the stuff you can do close by. Just catch an elevator downstairs and you have access to shopping and restaurants. Or you can go to the rooftop pool (kid and mom approved 😁) I recommend getting the one of the cabanas to elevate your pool experience!! Fins is the in hotel restaurant you can order at the pool, your room or eat in downstairs. They have a great bartender (Victor) and the chicken tenders and fries are the best I’ve had anywhere. This place is a “must stay” when coming to Pigeon Forge

This was a great place to stay! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend it! Clean and smells great, wonderful staff! I can’t say enough about the whole staff but there were two that stood out and definitely kept us laughing and smiling and that was Zeb and Mrs. K! Zeb was great from the moment we walked in and so helpful the entire time we stayed! Mrs K. Was such a pleasure to meet and see on a daily basis at the valet desk! She always has a smile on her face and will definitely put a smile on yours as well! She is without a doubt a wonderful human being! Definitely will be returning and definitely hope they are still around!
