DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!I am a Platinum Elite Marriott member & travel often. When I booked with this hotel the reservation gave me an error message so I put in for another reservation. Come to find out, I was booked for two reservations but canceled the duplicate immediately. When I got to the hotel that evening to check in to fulfill my reservation obligation, I let the front desk person know this. Because it was day of reservations, he said he would make note & let the manager know.In my opinion, what terrible customer service. The online booking platform was faulty, I have showed for the one reservation & getting penalized for the other reservation as a no-show?! Surely not... Oh but YES.For a month I tried to get in contact with the manager to get the $161 charge reversed. Even took my business BACK THERE for another stay in hopes to talk to someone in person. Still received the same sentiment... "we'll make note & give to the manager..." WHO IS "SAID MANAGER?!" Called multiple times, told the manager would call me back- never heard one thing & never received $ back for the "no-show" on the duplicate hotel reservation. This is just wrong & a total embarrassment to the Marriott brand & how they should treat customers who year after year give them THOUSANDS in business. I will take my business to another hotel brand before I ever stay here. Poorly run. Awful customer service.
Very nice and clean. Hotel. Staff was super friendly. Nicholas went above and beyond. You can tell he really enjoys his job. Would definitely stay here again.
Does not have a microwave in every room. Im so lucky i got a room with one and another without. The front desk told me they do not every room. Will not stay here again.
I'm 53 years old and this hotel is hands-down the best hotel for the money I've EVER stayed at. From the time I walked in until the time I checked out, the staff was so friendly! The rooms were super clean, the bed wasn't too hard or too soft, the thermostat would go down past 65 degrees (I like it cold), it was quiet, convenient to restaurants,.....I could go on and on. I would grade this hotel a 99.9, with the tenth of a point subtracted because the girl at the Starbucks (yes, there is a Starbucks inside the hotel) had a bit too much attitude, but this by all means is really insignificant in the face of how great of a stay I had here.
Check-in was great. Nice and easy. Staff at the front were polite and let us know our upgrade options. Rooms were clean. Showers clean. The only complaint was there was no shampoo or body wash. Staff fixed that pretty quick but makes me think why was it not checked to begin with. Overall great hotel.
Room was very clean. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites pretty nice room. Staff was friendly all the way around. We spent two weeks here for a work trip we would definitely stay again
The hotel staff was amazing. The room was very clean and well stocked with amenities we needed. When we asked for extra blankets and things they were wonderful about helping us. We will definitely be back to visit!
The first thing I noticed was the smell of weed. I had a 3 day reservation but was told there was no early check in so I said ok I'll wait in lounge. I was told, BY THE OWNER, I can't wait in the lounge I have to leave which was odd to me. Never had to do that before EVER! I told them i was dropped off because my truck broke down and its cold outside, snow everywhere but they said it doesn't matter I had to leave. I called Wyndham and they worded it this way, it is at the discretion of the owner whether to allow people to wait in the lounge. After smelling the weed and watching people who are living here from day to day I understood why. I dont know about this place but I have been to places like I observed today and it usually has the police showing up one time or another. I'm sure, because of this kind of stuff, it reflects their ratings. If you drive a semi and break down don't come here, go next door at the Quality Inn. They will take you in early or let you wait in their lounge with coffee until something opens up. Baymont Inn isn't a good place to go, avoid it!
Front desk ladies were very nice and very helpful. But when i got to my suit that i paid for. I was not very happy. My room had a weird odor in it and i did not like how my bed sheets were coming off my kind bed. But when i woke up in the morning i was extremely itchy and when i showered i noticed i had bug bites, and when i looked up what the bug bites looked like i seen that it was bed bug bites. Now im having to deal woth getting a exterminator at my house for them. I never go on vacation and i decided to one time and i will never go on a vacation to that hotel again
The front desk lady was super nice and sweet. The lobby and pool area was nice. Both areas looked clean and put together. The hallway to our room and our room was really gross. There was weird black stains in the tub, what looked like burn marks around the basin, and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The towel they put in the room was also streaked with black marks. There were weird red, rusty stains throughout the room. The couch also had cigarette burns on it. My shoes stuck to the floors in the main area of the room. The light/socket on one of the sides of the bed didn’t work. It was plugged into an extension cord which seemed to not be plugged into anything. I was too scared to pull the bed back to plug it in because of what I may find behind the bed. The sheets and mattress cover kept coming off the bed exposing the mattress, revealing a big stain. I wouldn’t really of been bothered by this but the condition of the room plus the sheets coming off it grossed me out. We also opted to open the window instead of running the air because of how dirty it looked. My partner went to get ice and there appeared to be mold on the outside of the ice machine. The breakfast had empty baskets and not a lot of options. It was disappointing. The location was nice, there are a bunch of restaurants very close by.
