We stayed here for our wedding and had the most beautiful time! Everyone was so lovely and made us feel really special the entire stay. I am beyond grateful to the concierge team for allowing me to use a private cabin last second for my hair and makeup the morning of the wedding! We already cannot wait to come back here!!

Great location in the middle of Jackson Hole and super clean. But the hotel is not luxury or 5 star by any way. It is not possible to get any breakfast food (even to go) prior to 7:15, This became very challenging and not to relaxing when 3 days of our days we left at 6:30 for hiking and day trips and needed to stop for food on the way. Rooms are basic. I paid an additional $200 per night for an upgraded room with a view. My view was of a garbage truck depot and the roof of some non descript buildings with a bit of mountains and the cowboy sign in the distance. Noisy and very unattractive. One window of moderate size. Can not imagine what the non upgraded rooms were like. Their rates for airport trips etc are insane. After booking (non refundable) car service to a float trip--I found out through others that I paid double what I should have. Service was hit and miss. Overall wouldn't stay there again. I love a good hotel and do not mind paying for luxury but this was just a rip off. Average hotel think Hilton with Ritz prices

Would not recommend staying at this location if you’re looking for a luxury option. The rooms were fine but not up to par in terms of hotel amenities, service quality, or luxury for the price. They seemed much cheaper than the $1k per night we paid and in comparison to the other 3-4 hotels of all ranges where we’ve stayed in Jackson.- took 15 min to check in; there wasn’t anyone else in line at the time, and we’d prepaid for our room- had to call at 2 pm for housecleaning service when our room hadn’t been cleaned after two or three hours of being in the square- inconsistent towel quality, cleaning schedule, and doorman service- we didn’t experience the turn down service, wine, etc mentioned in other reviews so that may be inconsistent as well if you’re looking for that experience- rooms were very loud and even included earplugs - hard to relax or sleepThe location is great, but if you are looking for a luxury hotel or a hotel at this price point with quality services, amenities, and relaxation, I’d stay elsewhere.Note for other potential guests: The hotel has responded to my note below, and I was a registered guest though under my husband's name, so this is a legitimate review.

Our experience with Hotel Jackson started off badly. When I booked the reservation I inadvertently included two nights that we would not be in town. Within two hours I called back to ask to remove two nights and I was told that I could not be refunded the two nights. Technically they were correct that before I finished the booking I was told I could not get a refund. But I was surprised given how expensive this hotel is. I love to stay at high end hotels and splurge on them when I can. Until my experience with Hotel Jackson I’ve never come across this hard-lined approach. We were disappointed to be notified post booking that they would be shutting down their restaurant during the days we would be staying there. When we arrived at the hotel there was no doorman to greet us. Instead he greeted us after we opened the doors to let ourselves in, offering to take our bags to our room. When we got off the elevator to our room, my son treated himself to one of the apples on the table outside the elevator. It was mealy and clearly well past its prime. When we opened the door to our room, we were greeted by a perfectly nice looking, but very small, room. It didn’t meet the standards that I expected based on the price: wobbly drawers, refrigerator only stocked with cream for the coffee, the cot they squeezed into the very limited space in our room was such poor quality that my thirteen year old was so uncomfortable that we ended up in the same bed. When we asked about the sauna we were told we had to book a reservation there. We understood why when we went to check it out. The “sauna” is a very small hot tub on a very small roof deck. Not big enough for more than 4 people (if not large people). Water temperature not nearly hot enough to enjoy in 30 degree outside temperature. While the hotel seemed almost empty, we somehow got booked in a room next to other guests. The walls were super thin and we were thankful that our neighbors went to bed early. To be fair, there were some positives. Our check in experience was very positive. Friendly and professional. The front desk staff, except for one slicked (dark) haired gentleman who came in and out of a small office only accessible through the very small gym, was consistently friendly.Except for our first (greeting) doorman experience (potentially attributable to being understaffed at that moment), the doormen were very friendly. The cleaning staff was excellent and showed up to turn down the bed and leave us a treat each night (a nice half bottle of red wine, delicious chocolates, some quality, insulated water bottles). The bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion) were all high quality. The shower water pressure was good.

The property and service were top notch, beautiful trees, fire pits, and nature walks for you to relax and enjoy Jackson in all of its natural beauty. The rooms were decent, a little small and crowded but doable… the biggest issue my wife and I had were the beds.. extremely outdated and firm. In vacation there is one thing you need most of all and that is good sleep. Theses mattresses were rock hard and honestly made staying here such a struggle. Not sure. If we will ever do it again. Such a shame.

Our stay was in early September 2024. The Rustic Inn was a beautiful way to start a two week+ vacation. It had a lot to do and beautiful dining and lounge areas. The outdoor hot tub area and pool were amazing. Breakfast had everything you wanted, regardless of how picky you are. The huge breakfast staff was very attentive and everything was constantly cleaned and replenished. The food was hot and delicious!! The fruit and whipped cream were ice cold! The cleaning staff appeared at your door almost immediately when calling for extras of anything!! Their shuttle takes you anywhere for free and picks you up anywhere, as late as you want. The resort is only a few minutes from downtown Jackson but the area is very quiet and private. We would stay here again and it was worth the price!! They have Backcountry Safari Tours on site but that’s for a separate review…

Great 4 night stay! Room was very clean and spacious with a lovely patio that overlooked the river. Great, friendly staff from check-in to breakfast servers to housekeeping to shuttle driver. Beautiful property with plenty of amenities. Great location as we were walking distance to Jackson Square, 10-15 min drive from Jackson Hole airport, and 20 mins to Grand Tetons entrance. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

We stayed 3 nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was odd that they didn't have hooks to hang used bath towels. You could hear traffic and people talking outside, but we didn't mind. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff was super friendly. Location is great for exploring downtown and the Tetons. We would stay here again.

We stayed for two nights at the Rustic Inn and fell in love with it! You get your own log cabin instead of the traditional hotel room which was a very nice touch! The pool, hot tub and sauna were very nicely kept and clean. We enjoyed using those features during our stay. The staff was amazing! We had dinner at the bar area one night and our waiter, Emre was fabulous. He was very attentive, provided excellent recommendations, and was one of the friendliest waiters I have ever had.Definitely will be back at the Rustic Inn in the future!

Highly recommend Rustic Inn Creekside Resort! We stayed in a Deluxe King Guestroom and it was perfect. Awesome location and everything we needed. We really didn't spend a lot of time in our room as there is so much to do and the grounds are just beautiful. Had an amazing dinner at the Rustic Inn Bistro and enjoyed our drinks at the bar with Anna. She gave us lots of advice on where to go and what to see. Breakfast was amazing and included in the room price. Everything you could possibly want. And we would take our coffee and go sit up on the hill and admire the breathtaking view. Concierge booked us an amazing Scenic Float trip and Yellowstone tour, highly recommend doing both. The Hotel shuttle is great to take into town. Everyone at the Rustic Inn was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic trip. Will definitely recommend and will return!

I was disappointed. The hotel is expensive so I am entitled to reasonable expectations. The hotel had a note for no feather pillows or comforters. When we arrived the pillows were clearly feather pillows. We called the front desk who insisted we must be wrong, because they had a note -- as if they could not have made a mistake. They ultimately changed out the feather pillows. Then, the next morning, we were awakened at 6:00 am by the alarm set by the previous occupant, that had not been turned off when they prepared our room. I told this to the front desk who, matter-of-factly, told me he would tell housekeeping. I somehow expected more. I don't pay over $500 for a room to be awakened two hours early because housekeeping didn't do their job.

Just got back from my stay and I was very pleasantly surprised. I couldn't tell while booking that all of the rooms were disconnected from the main building. It ended up being kind of a bonus because it was much easier to get in and out on our own terms. The rooms and facilities were top notch and the staff was great. I enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner was good, too (maybe work on the grilled cheese). They offer free shuttle service to and from town, but it's also close enough to walk. The pool and hot tub were lovely.

We were in a cabin here. The nature walk was fun and we were able to see wildlife even outside of the parks. The breakfast was AMAZING and they were very generous with the little extras. The service was fast and friendly. A wonderful little cabin with two queen beds and a pullout couch, with more than enough amenities in the bathroom. So fun and cute. We loved it! We will be back!

Love this place. Service and Rooms are excellent. We always try and get Creekside Cabins. No shared walls. Super cozy. Breakfast buffet is yummy with a rotating special every morning 🙂Only bummer was parking near our cabin was adjacent to a massive pile of black plowed snow that puddles up and makes getting too and from our specific cabin this trip not so accessible.Definitely will be back, again, and again.Special shout out to Wyatt and Natalie. The ultimate hosts.

This place had everything we needed and wanted. We were very happy with the whole experience. Great rooms on a beautiful property. Breakfast was included and had a good spread. We also stayed for dinner and it was always very good. The shuttle and the hot tub are great amenities as well. I find myself somewhat picky and I just loved everything about this place including the vibe.
