I had some issues when I checked in but they eventually got resolved and my wife and I had a great stay. Hard to get an answer to the front desk after 7pm

Excellent customer service from valet and front desk! Soft, yet firm queen beds in an extremely clean, modern room. Only thing missing was a mini fridge. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in downtown Atlanta in a pretty good location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. I was able to check-in early around 11:30 am in room 818. Later on I got a room upgrade to room 601 which is a corner unit facing W Peachtree Street with a much better view. Both rooms were nice and quiet, but I had to remind them of the mini-fridge each time (only available if requested…). The fitness center had the basics, and I was the only person whenever went down there. Three old treadmills and only two were functional. This Hotel Indigo is much better than the one in Midtown ATL, but both are unique.

The service and location is excellent - no notes! The staff was warm and accommodating, the rooms were cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The reason I am knocking stars down is the food, which was less than I expected. The breakfast in particular was outrageously priced for what it was - 17$ for a thin egg white and a couple of cherry tomatoes? That is not an omelet, nor is that reasonably priced. Will stay again, would not eat here again.

One night at the Indigo. Great check-in, very friendly and accommodating, even though I was 2 hours early for normal check-in time. Room was good, had some weird strong perfume smell and the A/C control was broken. Had a good night sleep though. Cons: had dinner/snacks at the bar, the wings were terrible. The lady bartender was super nice though. Next morning I had breakfast in the same place, ordered the standard 2 egg breakfast. When it arrived it was missing the breakfast potatoes and eggs weren’t cooked to what I ordered. So for me: I would go back to stay but I wouldn’t eat there again.

This is the nicest hotel I have been to in a while. The service was great, the rooms were impeccably clean. I’m usually that one that’s wiping everything and feeling gross in hotels, not even wanting to sleep on the sheets but here I felt so comfortable and clean! The rooms are gorgeous and the location is perfect. Right near everything downtown. The only downside is that the room had no microwave or fridge, and there was no free breakfast, not even continental. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely visit again! Keep up the good work!!!

The room lacked a hairdryer and took all day to get one from the front desk. The bathroom has a see through door. Shower takes forever to warm up.

The location is perfect to visit the Georgia Aquarium. But it’s close to the electrical area which is kinda scary. Breakfast is cheap and poor options!

Customer service at the front desk and in the breakfast bar was exceptional. Jai, S. Stephens, and C. Smiths were on point to ensure that my guess experience was memorable. The bar was pleasant. The patio’s electric grill was not working, the maintenance person worked on it to no avail,. Enjoyed the short walk to the aquarium too.The rating is a 3 because the people who cleaned the rooms, may not been detailed oriented. Leaving the box of tissue empty for 2 days, never adding clean glasses upon cleaning the room, leaving the iron board up vs returning it to the proper place. Those small details would have been appreciated. Again, the front desk and the kitchen team, I can’t say enough about their high quality service.

Excellent hotel and the location is perfect. The Georgia Aquarium, World Of Coca-Cola, and Centennial Park are all within walking distance(Georgia Aquarium is literally across the street). Zoo Atlanta and Mercedes-Benz Stadium are only a few minutes drive away. I recommend getting a room with at least a city view. It's beautiful at night. Fantastic staff and comfortable rooms. I loved the walk-in glass door shower. They also have complimentary breakfast every morning and a gym.

The valet was a bit sketchy with only one lane for entry and exit. However, the staff working the valet were kind and willing to accommodate our requests. Parking is 40 per night, which will be added to your bill upon departure.Check in went smoothly. The front desk staff was very helpful. They even took our picture for us on our way to a Braves game. The room was nice with a very modern design. However, there were multiple small blood stains found on the bedding as well as the bathroom towels. We requested new linens, but unfortunately ran into the same issue. The hotel does offer a pretty basic breakfast selection. There was only one meat option, eggs, and a variety of breads, pastries, and cereals. We will say that the staff in charge of the breakfast did extend service beyond the cutoff time which was nice, and they did go above and beyond with their service. The location was great as it was right across the street from many major attractions and eateries. And made for easy walking to most places of interest.Overall, the hotel was good deal for a quick weekend away. However, we would recommend that longer trips outside of 1-2 nights seek different seek different lodging accommodations

Rooms were big and spacious, we got a good view. The pull out couch was awful though. They need better quality ones. Front desk people were friendly but the phone in our room was not working so we always had to go downstairs to ask for stuff, which sometimes would take hours for them to bring us and sometimes they never did.

The hotel is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Located right beside the Aquarium and anything you could want to see or do in Downtown. Breakfast was great every morning. The staff are very friendly and helpfulMs. Ruby and Maya were terrific. Maya made my 10 year old son feel special. He even convinced her to try a Klondike bar for the first time. I cant say enough good things about the hotel and staff!!! Thank you for a great weekend !!! You made it home away from home!!!
