Great overall! Valet is $45 but it was an easy process. The room was superb! The “free” breakfast was decent. And it’s about a 10 minute walk from everything. Only negative I can say is that at night, near the hotel in a parking lot, there is some “rachetness” going on but you can’t hear anything inside the hotel. But I suggest you travel by car at night and not walk. Other than that, it was perfect! We will definitely be returning here in the future.

An excellent hotel. Staff and valet was very friendly. The security guard in the morning was very kind too. No complaints here. Rooms are clean and the hotel is near many attractions.Did not have the breakfast as I left early, but the coffee was delicious. Will definitely be booking here again next time I’m visiting for work.

Visited on a work trip and really enjoyed my stay! My room was on a high floor and faced the downtown area so the view was really beautiful. Luckily the curtains were effective at blocking light so the downtown lights never bothered me when I was ready to sleep. The room was beautiful and clean. The stove in my room was not hooked up, probably because the hotel was so recently built/remodeled. The phone was also not hooked up but when I called the front desk from my cell they never came to fix the stove so I hope they got that done before the next person stayed in the room. Breakfast was really good, a little different every day and nice variety. Great eggs! Great location, walkable to downtown and the transit system. They have a nice bar area, only a few food items but it's a comfortable area with a full bar and it looked like they had different drink specials each night. Security seems good too, a room key is needed to use the elevators.

The rooms are spotless and the hotel itself. Breakfast was also really good, but the valet disaster is the reason I am giving it 2 stars. We are waiting over an hour for our car, and it costs 45$ to park with the valet. Luckily we are not in a rush, but it’s ridiculous to waste so much time from your guests and at that cost as well. I can’t imagine if we had a flight to catch what would have happened.EDIT: Updating the rating to 4 since the ladies at the front desk helped us out and gave us a refund for the valet.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The service was horrible. We were there for a Family Reunion that was booked over a year ago. The hotel staff did not seem aware of us coming and/or just didn't care. The breakfast was good, but with only two servers one day, and then one the next day was crazy. We had over 50 attendees alone and that was not enough staffing. My breakfast took over an hour to get to me, and I was told that my ticket was lost, but my two daughters which were on my same ticket received theirs.I called down to get towels and was told that someone would be up with them shortly, than received a phone call right back from someone different saying no one was in housekeeping that I had to come get the towels myself. Bad customer service, that alone should have been a reason for someone to come deliver them.Conflicting information was given to us regarding our Reunion. The lady at the from desk tried to charge me for parking and breakfast and I had to remind her that it was included in our contract. The Sales Director wasn't friendly or any help either. I thought the south was hospitable, but I couldn't tell from our experience there.

Excellent hotel! Rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated and the shower was PHENOMENAL. Tyler checked me in quuckly and was very professional and helpful with any questions that I had. Website pictures are accurate. Many reviews say the staff was rude but I have to disagree. They were very nice...even my dogs were warmly welcomed by the staff. The only downfall....I wish the standard rooms were equipped with microwaves. If not in the rooms, possibly one on each floor, possibly where the ice machines are located. The only available microwave for guest is downstairs, next to the elevators leading to the parking garage, but at least the hotel had one for use. The area around the hotel is under construction, but I was not disturbed by any noise during my stay.

The director of sales Kristen, had a nasty attitude because i was trying to explain what was going on with our. First we were giving a room that someone else was still in and my daughter walked in on a lady room 408 around 4pm on July 19.The second issue was that the second room that was giving to us had someone else’s clothes still in the drawer. And the refrigerator door was was broken. This was the worst hospitality that I had ever experienced. I have attached pictures for proof.

Great convenient location, wonderful breakfast service (Dakota is so wonderful to our family), clean and wellKept room, super cute decor! We were there for a soccer ODP camp and on our last day the game was set at 8:30am. We understand that our check out time was 11am and asked the front desk if she can extend that by 15-30 minutes just in case we can’t make it back in time. We packed our luggages but we just need our son to shower before we fly out. This front desk lady never took her eyes off her computer and said too bad, we can’t do anything about it. So I told her that we plan on taking all of our lugages in case we can make it back in time but we will need to room until 11am. We left the room with the fridge still full with our food and came back at exactly 10:15AM. We could no longer enter the room, the crew was half way done with cleaning our room and they threw away every single food we have in there (lunch, unopened charcuterie, cheese, wine, beverages). Staff told us that the front desk marked this room as checked out! WE NEVER CHECKED OUT!! I told them to get out of my room and that I have until 11AM. My son showered and we left an exactly 10:40AM! I left a message through the app chat and the hotel said the manager will reach out to us (twice). Manager never did! We are still waiting for that call/email. We have been Hilton diamond member for years now and it is very hard for me to have to write this via Google review.

Hotel decor and atmosphere is fantastic. We stayed for a night of R&R and were awakened by the carbon monoxide alarm at 12:30 AM. We had to move to the room next door. The hotel employee apologized, but did not seem overly concerned that we were awakened in the middle of the night. We expected perhaps a restaurant credit, or at the minimum a sincere apology at checkout, but neither of these occurred. In the evening, I asked the restaurant staff if a cup of decaf coffee was possible. I had to interrupt all of the hotel employees at the bar to ask, they seemed annoyed that I would interrupt their social hour, and I was told no, I'd have to come back at breakfast the next day if I wanted a cup of decaf. Overall, agree with the previous reviews that this is a lovely hotel, with the exception of the employees that work there. We used reward points to stay thinking we would have a restorative night, but were quite disappointed in the experience.

I did like the location and cleanliness of this hotel. The front desk staff was not exactly friendly, but not unfriendly - just kind of aloof. I prefer friendlier staff. The room was nice but the mattress was bad - sunken in sections. The parking was dismal - spaces way too small for the enormous cars/trucks many people are driving these days and the area where one can drive/maneuver is too narrow. I don't think I would go back. For the price, I was expecting better. It was very clean though - that I appreciated very much.

Rooms are super cute and modern! We have stayed here several times and love it. In our most recent stay, we noticed the cleanliness isn’t what we are used to. But, nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.Only negative to the stay is you now have to pay to park in the hotels parking area. It is 10$ per night. They switched from the parking garage to their parking under the hotel and it’s a cluster in there, but I am not sure what the alternatives are.
