Can’t say enough about how nice the staff was! They even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary. The pool area was amazing. The food in the clubhouse was perfect if you didn’t want to leave the property. The rooms were spacious and well stocked. The property was gorgeous. I love how they gave you wristbands so you didn’t have to keep up with a key. Our flight got cancelled and the airline housed us at a neighboring golf resort and it was definitely not as wonderful as Legacy. We will be back if we ever make it back to Arizona!

Spun a wheel at the Diamondbacks game.Had the choice of free tickets (I'm already a season ticket holder) or go to a 2-hour timeshare presentation and end with a free week at any hotel in their chain.Place is okay. Many resorts in the area are nicer. I would never buy a timeshare here. My apartment is nicer with better amenities.Sales pitch was as expected. Starting with an emotional connection. "No high pressure sales." We ended up saying no. Had an "exit interview" which was just a last second sales pitch. He offered 400,000 Vacation Points for $50/month. We said no.Deal went from $19,300 Today or $1941/month to $50/month.Craziness, but we said no throughout and received our complimentary vacation pass.

We have stayed here several times over the past 10 years, and the grounds, buildings, and units are still in very good condition. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped, and convenient. Rhe swimming pool was great, although the water was warm ... not surprising in July. Overall, a very good choice.

Had an overall good experience here. The staff are friendly, I came in late night and the lady at check in was friendly and informative. The rooms are nice and have everything you would expect from a vacation club (or timeshare) for a great value. Included washer dryer was convenient and extra detergent was a nice touch. However, other competitors feel a touch better. The bathroom is spacious with optional whirlpool tub.The cleaning staff is also friendly and helpful. In my opinion, the rooms will need a renovation soon. The decor and entertainment feel dated. Also the pass through for the adjoining rooms needs more soundproofing. Finally, the window to the room from the front door needs a blackout curtain too. I can see into the room from the front door even with the shades.Otherwise, Everything here is pretty good for an amazing value.

The place is awesome, beautiful landscape. We’re staying here to spend some time away from home and enjoy the pool.Which by the way, the pool has been a huge disappointment, the water is extremely warm for it to be enjoyable. That’s the reason for the 2 stars. If you’re not playing golf or enjoying the other amenities the pool is supposed to be the best place to cool down. We’re stuck here now but just a heads up if you’re trying to enjoying a nice cool pool, this isn’t the place!

We typically stay at this resort twice a year. Always exceptional service. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. Great place to enjoy a stay-cation.

This was challenging because it has scads of bunkers and lots of swales and hillocks that mean you often don't have a flat lie. The course is reasonably well maintained. Staff is friendly. Greens fee is reasonable. Pace of play was fine. We had a good lunch at the grill.

Nice relaxing place to stay. Rooms could be more imaginatively decorated and brighter in my opinion but not unpleasant. The small kitchen area was useful, the bedding clean and fresh and the sofa bed for the kids was also comfortable. Pool area was nice, clean and quiet. Was given the opportunity to attend a Wyndham vacation rental ownership 'chat' which wasn't for us.Would stay here again as it was nice and quiet but not too far to drive into Phoenix.

The grounds are beautiful, and there's many amenities offered, but the rooms need some updating. The AC in my room leaked all over the bathroom floor, so I woke up to puddles every morning. The wifi absolutely sucks and would crash multiple times during my workday, and I was told by maintenance there was nothing they could do about it. Parking passes aren't enforced on the weekend, so on Friday and Saturday night there was no parking near my unit and multiple cars parked without permits.Overall, i expected more from a seemingly very nice resort.

Trip from TX to AZ to visit with family. Perfect location because I was literally less than 15min.. N..S..E & W of family. Spacious & clean. Quite at night. After hours check-in but the security guard made us feel very welcomed. I wish we could have stayed longer but I will book again

Overall Disappointed.I arrived late and am checking in, i stead if welcoming me and telling me anything about the Resort, They immediately tried to push me into a timeshare. I had to denied them a few times and let them know I'm just trying to check into my room and not interested in going to a timeshare meeting. Very unpleasant check in process.Next the Room was a little dirty and the oven had a dirty pizza pan. The bedroom door didn't close, bathroom tile was broken and bathroom shower took forever to warm up. So I took a bath to enjoy warm water.Service was poor for a resort. I called for coffee around 9am and was told they'd bring it by. By 2pm I called again thinking maybe they forgot. Again I'm told They'll bring it by,.sorry for the delay. Around 4pm I call again, and am told same response. Finally around 6pm my son offers to go to the front desk and pick it up. Wow ridiculous. Then I hear loud drilling going on in the room next to me and it lasted awhile. I call the front desk and am told someone should have told me about the resort installing new wifi which will be going on until December. I advised them no one told me.Also dialing 0 or housekeeping was useless as I had to attempt calling several times allowing it to ring at least 8x before someone would answer. As a Wyndham Diamond member I also asked for a later, I was told the latest they can do is 11am. Unbelievable! When checkout came I asked to speak with a manager to voice my concerns and unfortunately I told they were all in a meeting including the GM. What a shame and very disappointing stay a Resort. If this is how they treat members I could never see myself buying into the timeshare.Staff should be trained better in customer service skills.

It was a pretty bad experience here. Me and my girlfriend came here for a weekend to attend a wedding and the staff and room were in pretty bad shape. We arrived early but could not check in early due to a lack of communication from the staff members. We were told we would receive a call back but never did. The room was HORRIBLE. AC did not work (in phoenix), hair was in the shower, food was leftover in the fridge, stains on the walls (Either food or blood), the room phone did not work and the shower would not drain. One of the cleaning ladies for our rooms was stumbling around as if she was drunk and SMOKING a cigarette ON THE JOB. The staff looked very unhappy and were not efficient at their jobs. Even afterwards they charged the wrong credit card even though we made sure to tell them which card to charge. The only saving grace was the front end manager Justin. He came over right away and agreed that the room was in horrible shape. He upgraded us to a better room which was incredibly nice and professional of him. I'm probably not going to be back to this resort and encourage others not to make the same mistake (Although the efforts of Justin should not be undermined and he deserves credit for doing everything he could).

I realized I posted this review with the wrong account! So I'll just re-write it lol.Found this hotel via T-Mobile travel discounts. This was an amazing experience for the price. We stayed in a room with a king bed, poolside, with a balcony, and we were not disappointed. The room itself appealed to the modern decor preferences both have, but also feel of a pretty resort on a smaller scale. The room felt private and the bed was very comfortable. There is also a pool, a bar that serves food, and coffee shop all walkable on the hotel property. Staff was also extremely friendly and we received free popsicle with our stay.We had a fantastic and relaxing stay here and are hoping to come back and stay longer in the future. Above and beyond outr expectations. 100% recommend!!

I would simply mention that my experience did not meet my expectations. The rooms were pleasant, but not to the highest quality standards. The service was somewhat inconsistent, and overall, the stay was unsatisfactory.

10 out of 10 hotel. We stayed in 3 different pet friendly hotels this pass weekend in between Denver and phoenix and rise uptown was the best. We only had two issues but they were very minor 1 we couldn’t get the Apple TV to work but we had our laptop and iPad so it didn’t bother us and 2 the shower in the fire pit rooms is half open which wasn’t really an issues just kind of odd to us since water kinda goes everywhere but it’s cement floors so it’s not a big deal. The toiletries were awesome, the robes were super nice and the bed was the best mattress I ever slept on I even called to get the brand so we could put one in our new rv which was the whole reason we were in phoenix and they happily obliged. The hotel is dog friendly and having a cement floor makes it easier to clean in between guests and doesn’t hold smells like other carpeted hotels it also doesn’t stain(the other two hotels had badly stained carpets) which was really nice and the room just had a neutral smell. If we are ever in phoenix again we will stay here though probably in the winter months and not summer again.

The room was amazing! The showers were huge and everything was so clean. The bar next door was great and so was the pool club. The staff were very friendly and the popsicles are delicious! The only issue was the location. Behind the hotel is not the best looking housing. It seems like if you go one way out of the hotel, it’s nice and the other way…not so nice.

My review is only about the thumping party house music blaring at the pool at 7:30 at night. This music plays LOUDLY until 10 pm nightly. We chose a poolside room because of the cool courtyard with the room and pretty views. We didn’t count on this headache as we are trying to relax after a fun day. This ruined it for us.

This place was great. Would def stay here again. It’s super cool, well designed, comfortable and the friendly staff blew me away, like everyone! One major drawback for me was that there was no way to get coffee or tea without going to the coffee house adjacent to the hotel. You really, like *really* need to have in room coffee makers or offer a coffee/tea service at the front desk.People need their hot beverages upon wake up and getting dressed to walk to the coffee place (even though it was a nice place) was not an enjoyable experience (esp whe ya got jet lag)

We enjoyed our stay, including the yummy complimentary Popsicles.Check-in was seamless and a friendly staff. It is a good idea to pack a pair of slippers due to the concrete floors. Our room was on the ground floor and very spacious.Communication with the front desk is via text only, but they were on it! Extra pillows arrived quickly. The sheets are fabulous! The soaps and lotions are LATHER products are fabulous.Parking at night is tight. We were informed of an offside parking area available to guests but opted to hang out, waiting for a spot to open up.The pool area is spacious with a Las Vegas vibe.We will return to this hipster hotel!

Had a few chuckles at how millennial/gen x this place is. But it's got some serious perks. I was skeptical at first of the need to reserve beds at the pool as a hotel guest but the reception on 2nd day explained guests can take any unreserved beds. The pool is really pleasant. Music a bit loud but normal i suppose. The hotel rooms were very well equipped - bed was comfortable and linens and towels of good quality. Location was perfect for us to get to nearby restaurants and events. It's right on the main street but noise isn't too terrible. The balcony overlooking pool was lovely. Staff were professional and helpful. The pool food also wasn't too bad. Think my favorite was cartel coffee right on property.
