This place was amazing! All the staff we encountered were very helpful and welcoming. Each floor has a coffee and tea station and they give you champaign at check in. It really is an art hotel! Every inch has a little artistic surprise. The rooms were big, clean, and fun! It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend it! One tip, bring some ear plugs. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everyone in the halls, the elevator, etc. Otherwise no complaints!!

The Hotel is good, it is very nice but the valet Parking is terrible since they were not careful and they left our truck without insurance and at all times they left it outside the Hotel and they searched what we had with us, the only thing they stole were two hand purses but no They solved nothing for us due to their carelessness, we were there on August 29, 2024 and as of today they have not solved Absolutely Nothing. The Manager only said that he would check the cameras so be careful if you leave valuable things.

What can I say about the Saint Kate that isn't already in the comments. From the moment we pulled up out in front of the hotel, we felt that we were treated as special guests. Such a unique hotel, great art all over the lobby and in other areas, even our shower had unique artistic tile. Then, our very comfortable room had a turn table with a few albums ready for us. They definitely pay attention to all the details here to make sure one is comfortable. We had a great stay, we will be back.

We loved it here! The staff was wonderful. The food was delicious. We had wine at giggly and it was great. We came for our anniversary and arrived to a bottle of champagne in our room with a cute note! They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

Outside of a few in Reno and Vegas, this is the coolest hotel I've stayed at. I can really see the time and effort that was put into designing and making the hotel come to life.I was offered a dining credit as a first-time guest, so I admit that enticed me even more!I was impressed from the moment I got here - everything from the open, walkable spaces of the lobby/bar, the ease of check-in (and champagne!), the nice, modern elevators, the clean & unique room, to the friendliness of the staff. My room was on the eighth floor (view below) and was the more basic room with two queen beds and a desk. The beds were clean and smelled really nice, the bathroom was stocked with plenty of fluffy towels, and all the little art touches around the room really made it shine. There's so much to do in the lobby that I didn't get to, so I can only speak about the refurbished Art-o-mat and the pizza place. The only other place I've seen an Art-o-mat is Vegas, so it was neat to see it here.Last but not least, I felt good about staying here because the staff genuinely seem to like being here. Every staff member I interacted with was calm, interested in what I had to say (even striking up casual conversations), and extremely helpful and kind.I can't wait to stay here again, and I will definitely be letting my clients & fellow travel agents about Saint Kate! ☺️

This hotel hits it out of the park in every way! 1) Functionality: I'm a frequent business traveler so both noticed and appreciated that every detail has been considered, from comfy beds to a foot ledge in the shower to a bountiful beverage station on each floor. 2) Beauty: there is art EVERYWHERE in this hotel, from the front desk to the elevators to the lampshades to the inside of the closets. 3) Service: the front desk recognized that we were celebrating a special event in several tangible ways, including a small gift and thoughtful note in our room. We had drinks in the bar and breakfast in the lounge and the servers were uniformly friendly and quick. (I will say the food wasn't quite as good as the service). Both the public areas and our room were totally spotless. 4) Location: Right in the heart of Milwaukee within easy walking distance of all the attractions, restaurants etc. 5) Charm and value: the Saint Kate is priced no higher than most other downtown chain hotels, but this one is unique and special. We look forward to our next visit!

words cannot describe how wonderful my time was at Manderley. For starters, it is BEAUTIFUL BEYOND MEASURE. it's so obvious the passion and care Andrew and Marie took in making this place so special. We were greeted by Pumpkin, their adorable and hardworking cat ambassador that lives in their serene backyard garden. I think i probably spent an hour a day outside petting the three cats that call Manderley home. Our room (I forgot which room it was and don't want to say the wrong one LOL) made my heart flutter - I didn't get good photos of it unfortunately, but our wood frame canopy bed was the BED OF MY DREAMS. I honestly wish we weren't exploring all day because I just wanted to stay in and around Manderley all day. The chicken coop is adorable too. the FOOD!!! wow. They really know how to cook a good breakfast. the first morning we had french toast with a corn flake crust and homemade caramel sauce.... mouth is watering just thinking about it. second morning we had the best frittata I've ever had. All breakfasts were balanced with a starter of homemade bread (first day was pumpkin, second day was blueberry) fruit, sausages, and orange juice (along with as much coffee as you can drink, and I drink a lot). Lastly, Andrew and Marie are just the most wonderful hosts. They know so much about the area and the history of the home and Wisconsin. I wish our breakfast conversations never ended. They even gave us free tickets to Summerfest, which we were originally reluctant about but I'm so glad they encouraged us to go on our last day because we had a wonderful time. I hope to come back again soon. If you're a writer or remote worker, this is the perfect place to hide away in a magical world.

My husband and I stayed two nights, Dec 29 and 30. The owners are so sweet, welcoming and helpful. We took their suggestions on dinner and had amazing experiences! The home is beautiful and warm. We actually eloped and were able to have a memorable paper signing ceremony in the library. The photos are gorgeous!!! Thank you for having us and helping us create memories that will be with us for a lifetime 🙂

What a gem! This B&B is so charming and so lovingly restored. The rooms are comfortable and varied, with unique touches in each. Everything from the furniture to the window treatments to the decorations is thoughtful and unique. The owners are beyond kind, and have a wealth of knowledge about the area. Breakfast is scrumptious (with eggs from the backyard chickens!) and they make incredible coffee. The garden is serene and comfortable, and the backyard kitties were a special bonus (Eleanor is especially sweet). The self-service guest closet was a nice touch - cold drinks, movies, extra paper products, toiletries, and more, always available. I wish I had a longer time to spend here, and would definitely book again should I return to Milwaukee.
