My wife and I stayed in the 1790 room. The experience was absolutely fantastic. The property is beautiful! The room was wonderful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were fortunate to be the only guests at breakfast as we were blessed to meet Debbie. She sat and had coffee with us while we ate a delicious breakfast. She was really great! We had our own personal history lesson and guided tour of the mansion. The owners did an exceptional job renovating. Cannot say enough nice things anout our experience. Thank you Debbie! So appreciative of your time. If you get the chance stay here!!

Beautiful mansion, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, close to everything, 10/10 atmosphere. We stayed in the Tiffany rose and it was beautiful, looked and smelled so clean, large bedroom and bathroom. There are a couple of things that bothered us that wouldn’t keep us from coming back, just staying in a different room. TV was on the opposite end of the room from the bed(we had it at full volume to hear and laid awkwardly to see it) and our windows faced the parking lot which kept the lights on til after 11pm so even with the curtains closed lights came through the edges like daylight.

We just spent 4 nights in the Onyx room and had the most amazing time! Incredibly comfortable bed, gorgeous decorations throughout. We stayed with a group of friends so we were able to see almost every room available and they’re all gorgeous. The staff is amazing, accommodating and friendly. The breakfast each morning was freshly prepared and outstanding. Great location, close to the airport and downtown. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend the mansion to anyone visiting Nashville!

Four Seasons lives up to their brand again!Had a great visit here for Labor Day weekend. The room was beautiful and service was impeccable. Special recognition to Audrey at the front desk. She was absolutely delightful and you can tell she loves her job. Thank you for your kindness!Valets were very nice and had great suggestions and super social. The only minor comment, I had asked for my Tesla to be charged two nights and neither night was it done and no communication as to why.I did experience a water leak in my room. It woke me up and it appeared to be a leak from an upstairs unit. Thankfully nothing was damaged (besides the ceiling) and it occurred on the morning I checked out. I was impressed that someone called and apologized for the occurrence. The pool was spectacular and I wish I had more time to spend by it.Will most definitely be back again in the future.

The service is amazing. We stopped in to go to the Mimo bar since we heard the drinks were good. We were greeted by Izzy and he took the time to walk us to the bar with it being our first time there. He even went above and let the bartender know it was our first time and to take care of us. We were definitely glad we stopped by.

My brother and I came for our 21st birthday to celebrate in Nashville, we normally can’t afford things like this but saved and made an exception. So we were excited going in, but when I went to go shower the knob that switched the shower heads wasn’t working. Turns out it was broken. That’s fine, things don’t always work. And they came and fixed it when I called. But still was a hassle when I wanted to go out and have fun. Then later that night we decided to get some ice cream from room service, first off it was $110 after the 24% service fee that the receipt said they added on! But when they came with it they forgot a part of it and I had to explain multiple times we were missing stuff. They finally brought the rest after another 10-15 minutes. I also went down to the bar in the lobby, drink was good but the bartender avoided eye contact with me and another man next to me for 20 minutes before we finally got him over to us so I could close my tab. And lastly the beds were over exaggerated on their website. Those beds were not comfortable and gave me a kink in my back. Was hoping for more when spending over $1000 for a hotel room for one night!

We had an incredible stay at the four seasons Nashville. The location was perfect! A couple minutes walking distance from broadway but not in the busy crowded area. The rooms were nice and we especially loved the pool. Every staff member was attentive and kind. Jiquay at reception went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable our whole stay. We had a little hiccup as we booked with a third party, she was able to rectify the problem quickly. Thank you so much! 5 stars all around.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and clean rooms. Anytime we needed items for the room they were brought in a timely manner and were always greeted kindly. My only complaint was with the pool. During our stay we really wanted to experience the roof top pool, we tried on several occasions to find the hours listed on the website, which were never clearly indicated. We ended up asking hotel staff which informed us that the pool closed at sunset. I've never incurred a hotel that closes the pool that early. Most of the time we like to come back later in the evening after a long day and relax at the pool which can't be done at this hotel given their particular pool hours. Not sure what the reason for this is. Overall though a great experience
