The room is beautiful and clean, but they force you to sign up for their "Honors" program to get wi-fi otherwise, you will be charged. NO HONOR IN THAT. There are too many spam emails and calls already. We do companies think they have the right to try to force their paying customers into doing things they don't want or withholding services. I will NOT join nor stay at any Hilton owned property again. A business suite for $280 a night or any price should always incude wi-fi. What a scam. Read the fine print, collection, use, sharing and transfer (selling) of your information

Room provided was not cleaned. When I informed the front desk, they said they would get to it asap. After waiting 2 hours and I was told by front desk they still have not been able to get to the room and it could possibly take up to 3 hours before the room was ready. Decided to leave for another hotel, I was told by staff that my money would be refunded within 7-10 business days. Called at day 10 to find out they forgot to process the return and it would take another 10 business days.

Rooms were clean, updated and the view was incredible. Great location. I'm typically not a fan of breakfasts included with your stay, but this was excellent. The chicken tinga was amazing, and I've already searched recipes to make it at home. The restaurant located off the lobby had good food, a great vibe and attentive and friendly servers.

The suites on the 15th floor are amazing! Two separate bedrooms which a spacious living area and kitchen. The view of the baseball field is unmatched. Nanette at the front desk is so personable, caring, and friendly -- she really goes above and beyond to take care of guests and make their day. She made ours! Great location as well, be sure to grab some chocolate and ice cream across the street at Maumee Valley Chocolate and Candy. Such nice people who stayed open late for us.

Great location. Attended WWE Monday Night Raw and it was a 5-Minute walk to the Huntington Center. Great vibe, felt safe. Best restaurant/bar that I’ve experienced at a Hilton. Only downside was the parking which was $15 or so for a day, they also have valet though.

This post is simply about one person who made my stay wonderful. Cassandra (PA) was absolutely amazing. I was there for my bridal party stay and she went above and beyond for me and my girls. She ensured our room was comfortable temperature-wise and that we had all of the necessities we needed. However what stuck out to me about Cassandra was her kind spirit. She was more than supportive to me and my bridesmaids and was very sweet about any accommodations we requested. It’s people like Cassandra that make me want to come back to hotels and make the stay much more enjoyable. I hope that whomever her manager is that she is able to get some additional praise than what a review can provide.

Stayed for the weekend for a wedding. Multiple people in our block tried to check in on Friday at 4pm, but the rooms were not ready, even though that is the normal check-in time. Our room was missing hand soap and towels and the shower door wouldn't stay closed. The venue set up the buffet for the wedding in the wrong room and served the wrong sides from what the bride and groom had picked. Caution when booking them for a wedding. They went through 3 coordinators and 2 chefs in the 9 months since the venue was booked and there was no continuity between contacts when there was turnover.

Valet was subpar. First day, was great, they did everything they were suppose to. Second day, we were given the wrong keys in the morning, in the afternoon the young lady was nice enough to leave our vehicle there since we to.d her we were coming back down in a few hours. Final day was the worst, guy told us the road was blocked (which it wasn’t) so we would have to walk to get our own vehicle and then proceeded to hand us the wrong keys. We told him we paid for valet for a reason so he sent someone else to get our vehicle. The Brim House delivered breakfast to our room which was very tasty.

Arrived quite late, shortly before midnight. Started getting the pullout couch ready for the kids and noticed huge white stains all over the cushions. As my husband lifted the cushions up they literally started dripping the underside was so wet. Absolutely disgusting!!! Called down to the desk and housekeeping was sent up with two cots for the kids. She was shocked to see the state of the couch, apologized profusely and said “ I’ll be letting the manager know and they will be contacting you, this is totally unacceptable”Never heard from any manager.Next morning went to make a coffee and noticed there were no mugs or even paper coffee cups.Headed to the lounge where there was a good selection of breakfast offerings. The breakfast attendant was absolutely wonderful. Fantastic service from her.My daughter tried to have a shower but the shower wouldn’t drain so she had to keep turning off the water to keep it from overflowing. I went in to investigate (we all needed showers!) I lifted the drain plate to find that it hadn’t been cleaned. I used a plastic utensil to get out what I could so the water would drain. Absolutely disgusting. You should not see these types of things at any property, let alone in a room listed for $500/night.Upon checkout, my husband stopped at the front desk to let them know about the shower and show them photos. She apologized and said management would be contacting us to try to make it right. We checked out almost 3 weeks ago. Management had not contacted us.As Titanium elite members, we obviously stay at a lot of a Marriott properties. Although this one has some good point, the bad far outweighs the good. Especially management’s lack of pride and accountability in their property.

The only good part was the valet guys. They were friendly and helpful. Also, the bartenders were amazing. The bar manager is one heck of a guy. The rooms are small and dusty. We only had 2 towels in the room and 4 people. Took 6 hours to get more towels. No pool or exercise room. No free breakfast.

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel was severely understaffed; the valet queue stretched at least a dozen cars back, and we waited for about half an hour just to get the attention of an attendant. The check-in process felt transactional, and it seemed like the staff were struggling to keep up with the demands of a busier than usual weekend. The room that we got was underwhelming, and had some things that could use some love. The ceiling had noticeable water leak spots, the lack of working ventilation in the bathroom was frustrating for us and some of the adjacent rooms, as we could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the constant beeping of smoke detectors whenever someone may have ran a hot shower. It was far from a "premium" experience that one would hoped for in a nice downtown hotel. The staff we encountered during our stay, particularly on Sunday, seemed disinterested and borderline rude. There was a palpable sense of annoyance when we were slightly late for checkout, which was unexpected. It felt like we were treated like irresponsible children that were getting lectured for breaking the ground rules.Lastly, the surrounding area lacked the vibrance of a downtown area, and was more of a ghost town despite being in downtown Toledo on a warm spring day. It was disappointing to find that the hotel's location did not offer the expected excitement and activity one would expect from being near the the center of the city. While the hotel may boast an impressive exterior to give off good first impressions, the service and atmosphere fell short of expectations. For a supposedly upscale option, the experience felt more like a lesson in managing disappointment.
