This was the second time my fiancée and I stayed her and it is absolutely beautiful. The staff was kind in courteous in both the hotel and The Keep restaurant. However I am disappointed because I had called a day prior to our stay and asked for the Valentine’s Day package to have roses and champagne in our room upon arrival (I had chose this a year ago and it was beautifully and thoughtfully done) only to walk in to the room with no roses or champagne. It was a small damper on the evening but we still enjoyed our stay and after I made the gentleman at check in aware, he did have wine and champagne delivered to our room which was nice. Overall it was a clean room and a lovely evening but definitely bummed out and disappointed about not having the roses and champagne as we did the year previous

This was the best hotel Staff I have ever seen. I just used them this weekend and they pulled out all the stops to help make my wife feel special. They put a bottle of Champaign on ice in my room with glasses and even gave me a couple drink vouchers for the bar. Every employee I saw was happy and nice and I wish I could have tipped every one of them. I decorated my hotel room and they made it extremely easy to get my stuff in and out. It was a one of a kind experience

Do Not Use The Valet! As a property that prides itself on providing a high-end experience, you will be disappointed. We had two issues with valet on two separate stays (in the same week).1.) The gentleman who delivered our car must have hit the trunk release button and opened the trunk without us knowing. We did not put anything in the trunk before we left so we didn't think to check it before pulling out. We were on the interstate before we realized it was hanging wide open and our Christmas presents were falling out. I called the hotel and they said "they can't accept liability" and the valet "can't prove it was their fault".2.) This one was even more problematic... we received a call at 9:40AM ET explaining that our car was broken into overnight (7 hours AFTER it happened!). We valeted the car hoping to have it stored in a secure area with cameras because it was full of luggage and presents we were returning home. The incident was discovered at 2:30AM ET in their garage. 5 vehicles were broken into that night. Our car was left unattended for 2.5 hours when a homeless man was discovered sleeping in one of the cars at 5AM ET. Police decided that "taking his information" and "letting him go" would suffice as proper procedure. We were told by the hotel that they could not accept liability because the valet was contracted and didn't work for the hotel. The valet explained that they can't accept liability because they "rent the parking spaces from another valet company". My wife and I were left cleaning out our car, inventorying what was taken, filing a police report, and figuring out how to get our window fixed in a city that we do not live in. With very little help from the hotel management. Our car sat for over 7 hours before we were aware that the front window was smashed and our stuff was taken. The video cameras "were out of service" that night so nothing was captured. Something I think the hotel could alert you of when going to park. Not the experience you would expect from a hotel that markets itself as an experience and charges $45/night to park your vehicle. We will NEVER stay here again.

The room was cute. They have a stargazing ceiling feature thingy (the name of it slips my mind atm) that you can project on to the ceiling. The hotel is really nice, they have a nice bar/restaurant area. It’s right next to the theater if you like to go to shows. It’s about a mile waking distance to the restaurant/bar district. Would recommend this place and stay there again.

Adored this hotel! Stayed with a friend and it was the perfect location. Safe. Loved the service. The room was clean and cute. They were so so kind to me. I left early for my flight and it got delayed. They let me come back and stay until checkout time and get some more sleep. So grateful.

Property is unique and beautiful. Stayed in the main building in a recently renovated room. Clean and stylishly appointed. The walls were thin and I could hear conversations and laughing. This may not bother everyone but the water is soft. Views of bird feeders from all rooms. Dined at Tarragon one night. Pricey but delicious and excellent service. The trails are wonderful. Some of the exhibits in the open air museum are in disrepair. Close to other attractions.

My husband surprised me with a trip here for our 5 year anniversary. This was exactly what we needed. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The safe was all so kind. It is a more expensive place to stay but it’s worth it in our opinion. We really enjoyed every minute of being there. The room we stayed in was a ground level honeycomb. We loved the fire place! We went to a dinner and a breakfast at Taragon, the restaurant on the property, and it was delicious! It is more expensive but the service and food make it apparent why. If you’re looking for a getaway this is the place to go. They have some hikes on the property, sheep and an open air art exhibit. They also have a blue Ray library and games you can bring back to your room.No kids are allowed here which for us, was a great break from our baby for our anniversary. It would have made me sad to see kids and not have her there.

You will not find a nice hotel getaway in Ohio. Great attention to detail, and nice staff. It is a very nice high-end restaurant with great food. It is incredibly quiet. You are sure to sleep in at least once during your stay. Take a night hike and use the night vision goggles. I that that was cool. If you're not into that, then enjoy a drink at their firepit or enjoy the game room.
