Inside the hotel is an amazing restaurant! Came here for dinner and had an amazing date night with my boyfriend. Service was out of this world. The servers look like mangers and very knowledgeable about the menu and establishment. Was so focused on date night couldn’t take a picture of the food which was delicious! Outstanding will be back.

Thank you Four Seasons for saving my trip! Initially, I had reservations to stay at The Diplomat, but the hotel was in terrible conditions with black mold in the rooms (we tried two different ones). It was also a construction site and looked nothing as it was advertised. My husband and I spent 4 hours trying to resolve the issue, which ended up in us checking out and taking a loss. I was really upset because I booked the trip to celebrate his birthday, and the day this happened was his actual birth date. After being left stranded, my husband called Four Seasons and was immediately greeted with so much kindness over the phone. The gentleman was so patient and explained the room options to us. We arrived at the hotel and treatment toward us was night and day, especially having come from such a horrible experience. We were welcomed and told how happy they were that we were there. The front desk woman was a gem and gave us two glasses of Prosecco. Then, the director of the hotel walked out and let us know that he was there for anything we needed and that he was able to give us a small upgrade. We were already thrilled with the beautiful property and wonderful service, we were not expecting anything else. We originally booked a prime ocean room, and upon walking to our room, we found that we were upgraded to an intracoastal suite. I’ve stayed at other 5-star hotels and this has by far, been the most breathtaking suite we have stayed in. We couldn’t believe that the director called it a small upgrade. The man who also brought up our luggage was so courteous and service was top tier. Our entire stay was amazing and every time we went out, we came back to a suite that had been tidied up by housekeeping. The front desk woman also helped us make last minute reservations to Mastro’s Ocean Club, as our previous reservations were at the hotel that we were going to previously stay at, and we did not want to go back there. Whenever I am in Fort Lauderdale, I will never stay anywhere but the Four Seasons hotel. Thank you so much!

The service at the hotel is top notch and it is super clean. Every single area of the property has amazing staff that seem happy to welcome you. Upon our arrival we were upgraded to the most stunning suite that faced the ocean. I'm not sure who checked us in, but thank you for the amazing upgrade!! The spa gave us a champagne toast for our anniversary (so sweet)!

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was a major convenience for me. The suite was spacious and comfortable. One of the hotel's standout features is its beach access directly across the street. The beach staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making sure our day was enjoyable from start to finish. The spa is a must-visit. My girlfriends and I spent the day receiving services, and none of us had anything short of an amazing experience. For dining, Evelyn's restaurant at the hotel served the best grouper sandwich I've ever had, and the staff there was as accommodating and pleasant as everywhere else in the hotel.Overall, this Four Seasons delivered an exceptional stay just like its other locations. With great amenities and stellar service, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious beachfront getaway.

Impressive! I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional experience provided at this remarkable five-star hotel. The accommodations are flawlessly designed, offering a modern aesthetic and impeccable cleanliness. The housekeeping service sets a new standard of excellence, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. Upon my family’s late arrival, the attentive staff went above and beyond, with four members assisting us promptly to settle in. The car valet service, led by Victor, was swift and attentive, adding to the seamless experience! They noted my EV vehicle and ensured it was charged overnight, everyday.A special commendation goes to Evelyn's staff, where Art, Jose, Johnny, Daniel and Stephanie delivered outstanding service. Ashley from Hotel Sales not only facilitated my return visit with my family but also ensured our utmost satisfaction. Two weeks ago, I was at the property for a week long meeting that was executed flawlessly, with breakfast and lunch services exceeding expectations. The attentive staff ensured every detail was meticulously attended to. That was one of the best meeting space thus far. This is why I came back! With such unparalleled service and a stunning property, coupled with easy access to a pristine and tranquil beach, it's hard to imagine staying anywhere else. This establishment truly epitomizes top-notch hospitality, leaving guests like myself eager to return for another unforgettable experience - business and/or personal!

Lovely stay. This spot is perfect for a warm-up stay prior to a cruise. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, well-kept, and nicely decorated. The resort fee has some build-in items, so check that out.The surrounding area is foot traffic friendly. The rooms are nice, and there are plenty of amenities.I recommended walking around the building around sunset. There are fantastic views of the water and boats.

There are a lot of fees here including parking and early checkin fees. Resort fees. You can't reserve a paknplay ahead of time, not guaranteed. No included breakfast. They do give you 20$ per room credit at hotel restaurants. Marina is pretty and fun to watch boats. No shuttles to airport or cruise ports 🙁

Great location from the cruiseport. The Olive & Sea restaurant had slow service at night. Breakfast service was better. They couldn't place our party in the same wing of the hotel which was an inconvienance. The property is beaitiful, but needed a more casual restaurant for poolside (not a food truck fan myself).

It was a nice staycation, the missing star was for a request I made 4 days prior was extra pillows i needed for spinal support. I calles multiple times fir them and my request was ignored. Then finding a small roach crawling across my sink where my toothbrush and toiletries were 😒Check in was great with Aleya

The rooms are on the smaller side, but functional. When you rolled off the side of a queen bed, you were right up against the wall having to side-walk around. the bathroom door was a bifold sliding door. it was difficult to get it to lock. there was a gap on the side, so if someone was near the room door and closet, they could see you inside. grounds were lovely, view from the balcony great. pool was really nice. restaurant was pricey, but nice. very easy transportation to the marina or cruise ship.

As a Hilton member I had high expectations but was sadly disappointed. The rooftop bar is mediocre and definitely not friendly and ready for a group of people. . The food was good but it took a long time to be served and not professional at all. It was one bad thing after another. We asked for a plain cheese pizza for one of our guest and was told they couldn’t do that and that is just one example. I complained to the manager and he obviously didn’t care. We had a big group and eventually gave up and moved to the Renaissance Marriott hotel next door and it was a million times better!!! We had great and friendly service and good food. The atmosphere was so much better! Please save yourself and don’t bother with this place!!!!

Rooms were kind of crappy, definitely not a 4 star it was a 3 at best but quite small for one even. Amenities were okay, location was good though close to the airport which was partly why I stayed, the pool was decent but everything inside is a price trap. They also charge an extra 33$ in resort/other fees even if you paid ahead. Overall the value and rooms were kind of poor but it served it's purpose. I probably would only stay here again if I found a good deal and was in a similar situation needing a place nearby the airport.

At check in we were able to upgrade to a room on the 11th floor of the “tower”. The room was excellent. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice balcony. Great views of the pool area, marinas, beautiful yachts, and waterway.Room was ready at approximately 4:50 and we were notified with a pleasant text from Darwin. The pool/marina area is very nice. Two rum & cokes in plastic cups were $38 w/ tax and included gratuity at the pool bar 🤣Parking is close to the main entrance and easy to access ($48.07 to park overnight).Great location, literally 3-5 minutes from the cruise port, definitely recommended.
