I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Indianapolis, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and an unparalleled level of hospitality that made me feel right at home.Kara, Belle, and Justin from the front desk team deserve special recognition for their outstanding service. They were the first faces I encountered, and they set the perfect tone for my stay. Belle was incredibly welcoming during check-in, making the process smooth and efficient while taking the time to answer all my questions with a smile. Kara was always ready to assist with any needs, offering great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Justin consistently went above and beyond. Their teamwork and dedication truly made me feel valued as a guest.Simon and Darien from the concierge team also went above and beyond to make my stay extraordinary. They was a true gems, there knowledge of the area and their ability to tailor experiences to guests' preferences made my trip even more enjoyable. They were always available to assist with anything I needed, and his dedication to ensuring every detail was perfect did not go unnoticed.Overall, my stay here was enhanced by the incredible team of Kara, Belle, Justin, Simon, and Darien. Their commitment to excellence and genuine care for their guests made this one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend the Conrad Indianapolis to anyone looking for a place where service is not just a promise, but a reality.

Recently, I stayed at the Conrad and I was disappointed in our stay. Prior to check in, we were told by customer service that we would be upgraded to another room type when checking in. The availability had been checked by that point already. When we arrived, the line to check in took unnecessarily long. We then weren't upgraded to a different room and were told there wasn’t any availability, however, when I went online, I could see the room types available. We also had requested a late check out and they told us they would put our check out time as 1pm. That was not put down because we were awoken 4 times by house keeping as early as 9am on Sunday morning. I then called down to the front desk and told the gentlemen working and he was unfriendly. He stated checkout was noon but I explained to him that as a Gold member, we requested a 1pm checkout and that the front desk associate confirmed and entered it into our reservation. He was not sympathetic about the situation. The rooms are extremely dated and not worth the expense of staying there. Lime scale built up on the shower was gross and the glasses in the room were full of finger prints and dust.We spent a lot of points staying there and I am very disappointed at the expertise, socially at a Conrad. Will not be going back to that hotel. We are at one of the two restaurants downstairs off the lobby, and they didn’t allow us to charge to the room because of a new policy in place. Very surprising being that it was 1 of 2 places to eat off the lobby. We weren’t even able to use the $50 credit we had.

I visited Indianapolis for a work conference and decided to stay at the Conrad based on reviews. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. I was highly impressed with my room, the cleanliness, and the amenities. I visited the gym during my stay and it had everything one would need for a good workout. The gym is a nice size and overlooks the pool. I utilized the dine in service and ordered the salmon which was cooked perfectly. All of the staff I came across were friendly and professional. I booked the King corner suite and it was truly impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect with our stay. I would come back just to enjoy the amazing spa. There is no other hotel in Indianapolis with these amenities. The staff really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. I used my food and beverage credit to order breakfast via room service. I enjoyed everything about our stay. Look forward to staying again in the future.

My wife and I stayed here while attending the Olympic swim trials at Lucas Oil stadium. Hotel comfortable in an old fashioned, high style way. Common areas double as an art gallery. Very comfortable. Big room.Best thing for us was the location however: easy walking distance to the stadium, passing by the convention center and plenty of good restaurants. Also Victory field is an easy walk and we took in a baseball game one night.

The hotel is a bit dated. I did love how fast the elevators were. Demetrius was the one person who embodied the five star rating of this hotel. Our rooms could have been cleaner, for example we found some curly hairs in the shower and some really long hairs in the towels. Overall it wasn’t bad, just not five stars. The valet does take a while like the other reviews mentioned, it’s best to request your vehicle about 30 minutes before you actually need it. The in room breakfast isn’t anything to write home about, probably better to go to any of the other restaurants in the area. My wife enjoyed her spa experience and said it was the highlight. Overall we had a great time and would likely be back. Hopefully they make the adjustments and get back to earning that five star reputation

Hotel is beautiful 👌🏼 Room size and cleanliness was great. Only cons I have was that the front desk clerk looked a little confused/lost during check in and the bed in our room was not that great. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel. Garage parking was located right by the hotel at around $15 a night. Location is fun, hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars.

Of course location is everything but you can be a business in the right location but be a crappy business. NOT THE CASE with the Bottleworks Hotel. What an amazing, classy place from the structure to the employees! While my actual stay at Bottleworks does not come until August I put my daughter and her husband up her for their wedding night here. They said it was the finest hotel they have stayed in in the US.After I made the reservation, I called the hotel a couple of days ahead of time to be sure they would be able to check in after mid-night as they were coming from their wedding reception. The staff made a note of the late check in on their reservation. I thanked them and crossed that off my to-do list. My daughter sent me a photo of the champagne, glasses and nice note that was left in their room for them. When I made the reservation, I did not note or tell the hotel that it was their wedding night. This added touch came from my quick conversation with the kind man who answered the phone when I checked about an after midnight check in. He noted the information as to why they would be late and acted so kindly to put the champagne and note in their room. That my friends is customer service! I only wish I had his name but when you are going though your checklist days before a wedding you hurriedly get things done and check them off so I am sorry I cannot give a shout out to the individual responsible for the extra kindness, but I would venture a guess all the employees at this fine hotel would do the same.

This hotel is extremely beautiful! I love the whole vibe. My stay here was so great! The room, and the decor is so beautiful. I love the black, white, and red theme. I was really excited to see parts of the factory that's still there. On top of that the service was top tier, and there's so many things to do that's near by. Definitely will be returning when I visit Indy again.

Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel itself is beautiful down to every detail. We were greeted by Sarah at the front desk who was incredibly welcoming and I think she hooked us up because our room was amazing! The room was huge and had giant windows. Everything was perfect down to the pillows. The hotel is located in an area that is extremely walkable with lots of dining and entertainment options nearby. We actually walked all the way across the city and didn't need to drive once during our stay.I don't think I will ever be able to stay anywhere else in Indy. This is the spot.
