We stayed for 5 day, everyone was very friendly and informative. We did have a couple problems with the room , they have some issues with hot water , somedays taking up to 30 minutes to get hot. We also found a hairball in our shower. But the rest of the hotel was very clean , actively saw people cleaning multiple times a day. Is within walking distance to all the attractions which is a plus. Has private access to the beach , and the heated indoor pool was very nice because it was a little chilly at night.

Great location for exploring Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas. The ocean is literally a few steps away. Pool areas are perfect. Our 2 bedroom was very roomy and comfortable. View was magical. Jeff at the pool bar was a definite bright spot on our stay. Couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights and the service was excellent! We got there and was greeted and helped to our room in an organized fast sufficient way. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Loved the service through text, anything you need was answered in a timely manner and the delivery was completed with excellence. The room was very clean and modern and the view of the ocean was awesome! Just like the pictures online. We will be coming back and recommending this hotel to our friends 🧡. Thank you Hilton for doing things with excellence, it shows.

Absolutely perfect room and the manager was working hard to accommodate every request. I didn’t appreciate the check in process. I wish I could have just done the normal Hilton no contact thing, but they had to try to sell me a timeshare seminar instead. Parking is a block away and the garage is tight. Clearance 7ft and traffic travels two way.

HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE:I am currently here for a weekend stay and I cannot rest AT ALL. That was the entire point of me coming but nobody advised us of the renovations and drilling that would be happening in the room above us. So I was awaken early to the beautiful sounds of it sounding as if the resort was being torn apart. When we got on the elevators they were completely torn apart for the remodeling so they don’t even look like elevators. This is a horrible first impression. Nobody at the front desk mentioned anything about the renovations-I called twice before arrival and spoke with 2 people at the front desk on arrival. When we checked in last night no dollies were available so we had to hand carry everything upstairs which took 3 trips. Self parking is across the street in a gravel lot but still charged $15. The hot water takes FOREVER to come through(shower) or does not come through at all(sink). Waking up to the beach was the best part. The rooms are a nice size and nicely decorated. But I cannot confidently say I will be back anytime soon.

This was a beautiful place to stay and the rooms were a lot bigger than what we were expecting. Everyone we talked with seemed like they were happy we were there and did everything they could to make sure we felt wanted.

Not a normal "Hotel" in the fact that it's really designed to be used as more of an apartment as in reality it's part of their "not a timeshare timeshare program" (which I'm not going to review but a package I purchased through it is what lead to us staying here). I think it's important to point this out because I think that's where some of the negative reviews come from because they expect basic things like turndown service like at a hotel. That's not how this works, lol. You get a FULL cleaning once per week provided you're staying at least a week, but can request any thing you need such a towels and toiletries with a call or even a text, I did this more than once without issue. We stayed October 2-9, so it was just inside the off-season. I was worried this was going to impact service due to staffing levels being lowered and oftentimes things being closed altogether, but this wasn't the case at all. Everything within the resort was open and operating normally.Everyone with the staff was fantastic! We had 2 vehicles with our group. I used valet for the week while we parked my son's car in their garage roughly a block away, but visable from the hotel. There is a fee to park either way. Valet was roughly $25/day and self park roughly $20/day (tourist beach town, not surprising). The valet team was incredibly helpful at check-in, as well as every single time my wife needed the vehicle brought up. They were also awesome with interacting with our whole family all the way down to our young granddaughter.Checking in was super easy and super fast. Some decent coupons and freebies at the concierge, depending on your length of stay.I love the secured and direct floor elevator system they use. There was virtually no waiting for an elevator, and you never stopped at more than 1 other floor.Rooms are gorgeous and our room had a great view other than the way the building sits our view of sunrise being blocked but that's minimal to me and also benefits in the room not constantly being blasted with sun and with floor to ceiling sliders in the living room and master bedroom, that would be a lot of sun.The pools are decent, and there's even a zero point entry for little kids. When not at the pool, the resort is right on the beach.I never made it to the sports bar on the second floor, but I did enjoy a beer at the bar by the pool, which uses a no cash system (other than tips) so you have to either use your card or just charge to your room, as well as ordered some food. It's expensive, but you're really paying for convenience, and honestly, the portions weren't shy, and it was tasty. 1 draft beer, 1 Pina colada, chicken quesadilla, and an order of fries was $53All and all we would definitely visit again if given the opportunity

So the stay is going great, but our owners update wasn't a fantastic experience. The woman we worked with, Maggie I think, was more interested in telling us why our current package is beneath her and "her clients" and actually said she was only helping us as a favor. Which didn't feel great. And while we weren't looking to buy anything new at this time, the team didn't even congratulate us on paying off our current deed. They didn't even know we had. This could have been a great time to tell us how we can use our current ownership for our upcoming plans (we specifically said we're planning on Jamaica and Japan in the next 18 mos) and she didn't even show us the properties and options there. I'm so glad that the sales person works with millionaires and is a diamond for life status herself, but she didn't share that information in a conversational or engaging way, she was bragging and it felt like just because we expressed we were happy with our plan that we weren't worth her time. No showing us what it can do or how to maximize it like we've had in the past. As our record shows we usually purchase every couple of years...but today's pitch if you want to call it that left a horrible taste in my mouth.

I booked an 3 bedroom condo for 7 nights. Upon arrival I was asked to take part in a time share presentation. After some finagling and the promise of 100k honors points, I agreed . Went to the presentation and was asked for an investment of $90k. I mentioned to the sales manager that my baseboards were dirty and I had been out of body wash for 3 days. I had made multiple requests to have the shower amenities replaced. It never happened. The sales manager assured he would rectify it. Again never happened. The next day, I asked the front desk again to refill our body wash. She handed me some small tubes of body wash and I politely declined and explained I was a paying guest and should not have to ask multiple times. That evening upon return there was a trash bag outside my door with body wash. I’m not sure about you, but I definitely don’t have a key to unlock the apparatus in the shower and replace them. Here is the worst part. During the time share presentation, I asked to leave on multiple occasions and was told my keys had been deactivated and I could not leave. After four long hours of back and forth, I finally said I was calling the police as I was being held hostage against my own free will. Finally I was let go and had to go down to the front desk and have the key cards to the room I had already paid for reactivated. Honestly this was the worst vacation experience in my life.

We attended a time share presentation at Hilton Grand Vacations in Myrtle Beach SC. The property was outstanding and very impressive. The timeshare program seems simple to administer. Hilton Grand Vacations recently acquired Diamond Resorts and they also acquired Blue Green Vacations. Rumor has it they are set to acquire a third timeshare company but the name is undisclosed. We toured a one and two bedroom unit. These are the most luxurious timeshare units I have ever seen. The layout is outstanding with top quality appointments. The units were on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows and a balcony overlooking the ocean.Maintenance fees appeared lower than most.In review Hilton Grand Vacations is probably the Worlds Best Timeshare Company with the best units and the best locations in the world. This was a low pressure timeshare presentation. The unscrupulous timeshare companies try to brow beat you into submission but Hilton Grand Vacations did not.

This was one of my favorite rooms that I have stayed in this year. We had a two bedroom, two bath condo with a kitchen, living room, seaside balcony, etc. The entire place seemed very neat, new, and had a lot of technology. The elevators run using iPad floor selectors that are activated by your room key. This place has all of the amenities. It has family activities almost every day, a little store, a gym, a heated indoor pool and a heated out door pool. I was VERY happy with our accommodations. Thank you HGV.

It’s a nice place. Right on the beach and close to many eateries and stores. Good size kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. The only issue I had, is if you have more than two people staying in a one-bedroom suite, the pullout sofa is very uncomfortable. You feel the springs in the mattress and it makes a lot of noise. Might need to get new ones.

Unfortunately, my family's visit to Ocean Enclave included flooding from the master bedroom's closet ceiling for two nights, two failed attempts to fix the problem, and a late evening move to another room on the last night of our stay. A vacation that should have been relaxing and a time to connect was ruined by the leaky ceiling, lack of compassion by staff, and wet clothes, shoes, ruined purse and travel bag that was left soaked from the closet's ceiling leak which we later found out came from an upstairs toilet. Do not waste your money here.

Perfect experience to say the least! I am an adult UNDER 21 years of age and If I can travel out of my home state more than 8 hours to vacation in a different state all by myself then I should be well able to be responsible to have a room for myself just as every other adult needs.I truly thank this place for accepting me as an adult, despite my age, and allowed me to responsibly have my own room for over a week. It was the most amazing time, and it was so enjoyable infact that I had to extend many days over and over to stay longer (which they patiently assisted me in many ways like NO OTHER place could ever!). It almost was a tear grabbing moment when I left on my last night because though I was alone I got reassurance by the incredible crew of people downstairs who always made me feel at home.Other hotels and motels and condominiums TAKE NOTE on how to accept and appreciate young adults who have no bad intentions, WE TOO need to have our own vacations by ourselves. If you other hotels would follow the lead of this amazing place you may have got a portion of well over a thousand in profit.Anyways.. before I arrived, I was worried about the parking/my car being more vulnerable to break ins by sitting outside, HOWEVER they have a huge parking garage which is conveniently only accessible by the room key (so no car thieves can come in at their own free will unless they are first booked in). Definitely will be returning to this place!

Cashless resort with no tap to pay. 🤦🏽‍♀️ On the bright side, excellent play to stay. Things that I noted included towel hooks, closets with auto lighting when you open the door, a lot of good technology esp with the TV. You have options not just TV but apps as well. Sports bar came in handy on a storm day when we were not able to leave the resort. Would definitely recommend getting food just in case something happens where you can't leave the hotel. The heated pool did not feel heated to me. Hot tub was perfect! Activity room is great especially if you need something for your kids to do. Staff members provided great customer service.
