Horrible place. They assume we was smoking in the room and told us to leave and we definitely wasn’t. The room already smelled like cigarettes when we got it. That’s why we had essences burning and had to spray that stinking room. And the room wasn’t fully clean . Behind the bed was trash and the tub was not clean and I had to clean it
The treatment I received at the reception during check-in at LivINN hotel on May 24th, around 10:30 PM, was absolutely unacceptable. It was undoubtedly the worst lodging experience I've had in all my travels. From the moment we arrived, we were faced with the absence of any staff at the reception. We stood there, waiting for an eternity, until a lady finally showed up with an arrogant attitude and a complete aversion to work. It was evident that she had no interest in providing decent service. As if that wasn't enough, as a foreigner with limited English proficiency, I was treated with utter disdain by this employee. She seemed to take pleasure in my communication difficulties, wearing a mocking smile as I struggled to make myself understood. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy, she chose to increase the pace of her words, making the interaction simply impossible.I do not hesitate to strongly discourage anyone who has the misfortune of staying at this hotel from receiving service from this woman. Her unfriendliness and complete lack of social skills are astonishing. I am completely outraged, and I emphasize that this lodging is a complete and total disappointment, ranking as the worst experience I have ever had in all my travels. This receptionist, with her repugnant attitude, is the embodiment of everything that is wrong with this establishment. Therefore, I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to immediately reconsider their decision. You will certainly find much better options elsewhere. The only exception is the lady who prepares breakfast; she knows how to work with the public.
I lead a group of 44 seniors for a trip and we stayed 4 nights at the LivINN hotel. It was a great experience. The hotel had a great breakfast, spacious bedrooms and space for us to gather. I would like to say a special thank you to Sam who was so pleasant and helpful to us all during our stay.
Our stay was wonderful! The service was wonderful, every one was so friendly and accommodating. I will be coming back here and I highly recommend staying hereThe rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, the pool is very nice, they had a great selection for breakfast and it was very good. It’s in a nice area and no matter we’re you go your 10 to 20 mins a way from lots of activities
I stayed here over the weekend. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were great and I loved the pool. They has adults only swim on Saturday which was great because the kids were able to be there all day and me my wife had time to ourselves. Will definitely be staying here again!!
This is my first time staying in this hotel & Anthony at the front desk has already made our experience AMAZING! Absolutely amazing customer service & even more of a joy to speak with. We even had an issue with our room & he immediately handled it with grace. Anything is amazing & beyond appreciated. Thank you so much for your kindness & understanding.
They don't fix the room. The bed is made by a child it seems. The bathroom is not cleaned daily and I was there for 6 days. They don't leave soap daily, after 4 days they left me one.
Walked into the room smelt like chemicals. Not the good kind. Noises IN the walls. Rats, maybe? Asked for a double bed. Got only one. Night worker was friendly. HOWEVER, people walking by at 3 am. never means good. Highway is loud, place is just trash, smelly. The food is mediocre but not bad food.
Just stayed overnight on 5/6/23. The rooms smell when first walked in was like chemicals. Trying to cover up the odors in the room I guess. The bathroom was just gross. Looked like black mold in the shower. Looks like the bathtub had been painted and was all peeling off. See enclosed photos. There was a gap in the flooring by the bed big enough to beak a toe in. The beds were old and uncomfortable. We didn't even shower in this place. We definitely will not be back here and won't recommend it to anyone!!
We have been on the road for 12 hours. Stopped here at 3AM with nothing but parking spots available. Maybe half capacity. The man at the front desk dismissed my wife immediately when asking for a room stating they were full. Did not look up anything in the computer and then proceeded to stare at us put the window as we walked back to our car. Dont give them your business.
Currently staying here for 2 days, and within the first moment of walking in there were stains everywhere, smelled so disgusting of cigarettes and had to call the office twice because of a neighbor playing loud music starting at 1am and throughout the night. I have my young son with me so that's not ok at 1am!! The office went to the guy two times and still didn't resolve the problem! The highway is directly beside the hotel so that is also constantly loud but the neighbor over powers the cars! Will never come back, not worth the money in the least! The
This is one of them old hotels that I love so much. Once again as I walked into the lobby I felt comfortable. Now mind you, where I parked was all the way on the other side, so I got a good look at the hotel itself. I knew it was a little old but that did not bother me. The hotel clerk was definitely a welcoming and proud individual that works here. As with any hotel whether you paid $800 a night or $20 a night there are issues. If you can overlook those silly issues and are the kind of person that appreciates a great value and comfortable place to stay, I recommend you stay here. Thank you all staff, from maintenance to management and everywhere in between! I enjoyed my room tonight 🙂
