Very spacious rooms. I have no complaints with our stay. Everything in the room looked like it was freshly remodeled or built. Not only is the room a suite but it feels twice as big as most suites. Even if its not necessary for your party, its a nice luxury to have that kind of space. The entrance off the road is a little rough at the moment due to construction, but that will eventually be cleaned up. Breakfast area was nice and there is a Denny's right next store. Also, a lot of other restaurants and shops very close by. Great access to I-95! Would recommend!

Trevor was very kind and greeted me with a warm smile. He made sure I had a disability room with a walk in shower, and thanked me for my service. I got a military discount on the room and I was very happy with it. My room was very clean, and since the machine was out of water, Trevor brought several bottles of water to my room. I seen a lot of bad reviews for this establishment, but not from me I would stay here again.

Wow where do I begin. First I really don't write bad reviews like this but this hotel really hit a nerve with this disaster. We booked and paid for this hotel in route to our vacation and on the way back from our vacation. Going down the first booked room they didn't have and told us they didn't have our reservation. After about 45min they finally found us in computer. Rooms a.c was awful and pool was not working. Then today I'm typing this as I'm parked in there parking lot. So since when did hotels give your room away in the middle of the night because they "assumed" we weren't coming. So they double booked due to a marathon going on locally. So we had a room booked and PAYED FOR already so we arrived in the early early morning around 550am. Since check out is at noon we arrived thinking we atleast can take showers, take a nap and grab some breakfast and be gone by noon. Well the night shift decided to just assume we weren't showing up and double booked the room because they wanted to get that money grab due to this local marathon. And the sweet girl working even was honest and told us there location and the one across the way(there other location) double booked and messed up alot of the rooms due to this race. The fact that there policy doesn't show any certain time they can just decide to give your paid room to another guest because why?? Because no hotel would ever put a time to check in , why because customers would be furious cause as we all know people check in at all times. We just drove 13 straight hours and literally couldn't wait to get in this room and what's really crummy is they offered us nothing!!!! Our paid room was taken from us and what does this fabulous hotel do, NOTHING at all just a "I'm so sorry for that" NO MONEY GIVEN BACK, NO VOUCHER OR GIFT CARD!! I've never had something like this happen to me in over 25 years of traveling in many hotels and inns ! I don't know whats worse the giving of the room, or the fact they never even reached out to contact us they'd just gave our room up. Or the way they handled this mistake by letting us walk out of here knowing they took our money and offered us nothing in return. Smh... stay far away if possible!

Nothing good about this place at all. Needs a lot of updates. The AC doesn’t work at all, had it set on 44 and it was hot in our room all night. My son woke up with bites on him, so that’s disgusting. Pillows looked like they had used pillowcases on them. Stunk of cigarettes when we walked off the elevator on the 4th floor. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! It’s an absolute dump! & I stay at other Country Inn & Suites and they’re way WAY nicer than this one. Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else!

I recently stayed in this hotel on April 2023, I upon checking in, the front desk agent made two mistake, checked me in into occupy rooms. Walking into Hotel guess. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel. To add to the problem, the HVAC system is set up for winter, which means that it only works on heat, no cooling, room was hot. I had to open the window to cool the room down. Windows don’t have window screens. Room needed maintenance attention. Bathroom door hinge was loose. Toilet seat was Lose, shower tub spouts was pulling out of the wall, bathroom ventilation was not working. I had a do not disturb sign on my door. However, the housekeeper was knocking early in the morning. General manager was not available. I spoke to the Director of sales. Regarding these issues. She gave me a lot excuses. However, she did offer to either give me points for my next stay or a refund. She mentioned it would take 3 to 5 days to see it. I hope to see my refund soon.. I definitely will not stay here again.

If you are a commercial driver and need to get to bed during the day, this is not the place where they will not let you in before 3 pm! Nor will they cancel your room because they can't get you into a room. It's amazing all those rooms magically get cleaned at the same time 3pm everydaay!! What does housekeeping do between 9am and 2:59pm? But at 3pm bam everything is cleaned and ready to check in.

Booked hotel for one night and realized within 10 minutes that I had the dates wrong since it was the same day but should have been a month later. After one hour on phone with Hilton and two phone calls to the hotel itself, I was informed that it was up to the hotel manager to reimburse me so that I could book again on the right date. Hotel manager opted not to reimburse me!!! Horrible customer service by manager. Never staying there.

I wish I read the reviews before I booked my stay here. First upon arrival, they didn’t have my reservation. Someone else was staying here with the same name as mine. It took about 1 hour to get it straighten out. I finally was assigned the room and OMG what a disappointment! It was a dirty room. The carpets were very dirty I can tell they needed a stream cleaning very badly. This was not what I wanted. But here I am and 11pm and I’m exhausted. I would have gladly paid extra for something decent. When I booked this I was told free breakfast and when I got up this morning there was no complementary breakfast. If I have to pay then I prefer to get to a restaurant and have a real meal. I stayed at lots of Hilton Garden hotels in the past. I travel a lot. This was the first time I was truly disappointed. I prefer to sleep in my car instead of coming here again. Especially since I got a dirty room.Now I see on the other reviews that they have issues with charging correctly. So you best believe I will be disputing any charges that are not valid if this happens. Can’t wait to get out of here. I recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in this area. Look for another hotel. They didn’t meet my standards at all. A truly disappointing stay.

Perfect location, service animal friendly and great staff. However, check your credit card statements! I was billed twice for the same stay for different amounts. Upon contacting the hotel they were unable to reconcile the difference. I was referred to the manager who didn’t answer. Multiple subsequent calls were unreturned. It was report as fraud to the credit card company for resolution, who confirmed the secondary transaction occurred within one minute of the legitimate charge. I can’t confirm that it was intentional, nor can I confirm it wasn’t…. While I recommend the hotel, I do not recommend their management or case handling. Check your statements and handle disputes on your own. Buyer beware…Subsequently, in response to my review the hotel is asking me to call them again for resolution, which was attempted several times with no response. As a result I am resolving it with the credit card company directly who acknowledged suspicious activity on behalf of the hotel. Make sure to check those statements!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this hotel; from the food to the WARM indoor pool, the cleanness of the rooms, and let me not forget to mention how lovely the foyer is. We had an enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. But on a more personal note, I would like to thank the young lady(her name escapes me) who assisted my husband and Mother-In-Law on August 5, 2023, at 6:30 a.m., your peaceful demeanor helped in such a great way and the words of encouragement were just what was needed in that hectic moment. So, on behalf of my family, we would like to "Thank you" publicly for what you did privately, you didn't have to go beyond your job title, but you did and it's noteworthy.
