Beautiful room, great location, wonderful inn keepers. Parking was a challenge but worth it.
Me and my now husband stayed here for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The robes were so comfortable we decided to buy them. The breakfast tasted amazing I enjoyed every bite and it was filling. The Mason cottage is close to the library, Washington street mall and fine dining all in walking distance. Will definitely be returning and staying again thank you to the staff for your kindness!
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our 25th anniversary at the Mason Cottage. Innkeepers are super friendly and helpful; they also served a great breakfast each morning. We highly recommend this inn and can’t wait to get back!
We had a wonderful weekend at Mason Cottage. The room, service and location met all our expectations thanks to the innkeepers, Eric and Rochelle. We arrived a bit early but Eric welcomed us with a smile and gave us a tour of the inn. He even helped carry our bags to our room. Rochelle was right there with our special dietary requirements and the breakfast choices were excellent. We loved the location because the cottage was convenient to Washington Square Mall, great restaurants, Congress Mall and the beach. We lucked out with perfect weather and walked everywhere. I would love to return next year in early fall. HIghly recommended!!
My wife and I spent a wonderful weekend at Mason Cottage B&B. Location was perfect, a short walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and the downtown shopping areas. Eric and Ro were gracious and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast both mornings was delicious. Highly recommended if you want a B&B located within walking distance of the historic downtown Cape May.
Chose Mason Cottage based on the location and the great reviews. I'm happy to add one more. The location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and the Washington Mall. The owners and staff, Eric, Rochelle, and Tanya, are incredibly nice, always asking if we needed anything, always ready with restaurant ideas and info about Cape May. The inn is adorable, room was large and clean, AC worked great (a must for us!). The 2 course breakfasts were absolutely delicious, you can eat inside or on the porch. 24/7 coffee & tea. We stayed for 7 days and loved every minute. Looking forward to returning.
Beautiful bed and breakfast. The innkeeper’s were so accommodating. They called me to let me know I could get into my room early which was a great surprise. I am dairy free and the breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared without lactose. Highly recommend! The location is perfect. About two blocks from the beach and a couple minute walk to the Washington Street mall

Beautiful historic house which has modern conveniences. We had Carolyn’s suite which worked perfect with our kids. The owner and manager could not have been better hosts, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend if you are staying in the New Hope area.
Our third visit at Woolverton B & B to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary, and it gets better and better. We had breakfast and dinner on the porch with such lovely views. The rooms are so comfortable and well furnished. Staff and host, Mary and Mario so very welcoming. We have planned our next visit for summer 2025.
The Woolverton Inn provided exceptional service to their guests. It is tranquil, beautiful and has a lot of history. The Hunterdon Room where we stayed was perfect. The bed was comfy, sheets were soft, pillows were so fluffy and the robes felt like butter on your skin. The owners and staff are so nice. A must stay place. Will be coming back to this place with more family and friends and stay a bit longer.

This review is a long time coming! When we arrived I didn't know what to expect. The grounds are beautiful, even though it was a cloudy day! The Staff were super nice and generous, the entire facility and atmosphere was very peaceful which helped me come down greatly from a stressful week previous.The room we chose was the greatest room ever I've experienced anywhere. Musty odors were non existent as well as no flying insects (fruit flies, mosquitos) which was very great! Our cottage was very home-like, discovered the included Keurig (where I further discovered dark roast 🙂 , the beautiful restroom as large with an incredibly soothing shower. The fireplace was just so relaxing I kept dozing off! Furniture was comfortable and as for the bed I just didn't want to rise from it, but we had sightseeing to do.The breakfasts were so filling and warm, all the food by their Chef was flavorful, EVERYTHING at Woolverton Inn is just so memorable, I cannot wait for us to visit again possibly next year. The surrounding towns also were great to visit and walk in, they were at good driving distances, especially Peddler's Village (a MUST see).Thank you all at Woolverton Inn for a super relaxing experience for us. We wish we could have stayed the entire week!
First-time visitors but definitely won't be the last! We had such an amazing stay with exceptional service and beautiful room. The breakfast was fantastic. The bed was very comfy and especially loved the double shower!! Also loved the quiet and calm of the B&B. No TVs and we kept our phones off most the time. Felt awesome to unplug and be in peace.
This was not our first visit to the Woolverton and I was so impressed with all the upgrades to this beautiful historic property. There is not a detail that hasn't been attended to from plush towels and fine linens to refreshments provided in your room. The rooms were clean and luxurious and only outdone by the service.Warm greetings and any requests addressed immediately.This is one of my favorite getaway destinations.
We had an absolutely wonderful getaway weekend at the Woolverton Inn. The setting was lovely, with welcoming common areas in the main house and pleasant grounds for strolling (and admiring the sheep!). Our room (Hunterdon Cottage) featured a very comfy bed, a toasty fireplace, and a relaxing whirlpool tub. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic, and the breakfasts and afternoon treats were delicious. Easy drive down to New Hope and Lambertville, or to other charming river towns, and plenty of great restaurants in the area (try Matt's Red Rooster in Flemington). We'll be back!
My fiance' and I went this past weekend for the weekend. The place was so calming. We have a busy work schedule and it did not take us long to unwind. The grounds are spectacular and so is the rooms. We stayed in Leticia Suite was amazing. This was his first time at B&B so he did not know what to expect. He has not stop talking about it. We had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious. So sad we had to leave. We DEFINITLEY will be back!!!

My daughter and son-in-law booked the in for their wedding on the weekend of of September 29, 2023 and the Inn made this experience amazing. The owners (Mary and Mario) are on the premises and fully engaged to ensure the wedding went off without a hitch. The Inn and grounds are immaculate, the staffs outstanding and the breakfast is great!! They made the wedding a success because of their engagement and the personal touches they provided that made this event unique. I highly recommend the Woolverton Inn for events or just a weekend get away. The added benefit is that New Hope is only a few minutes away with great restaurants and shopping.
