The room was fine but still there is a noise all the time! The location is good. The front desk service is really bad! I had a bad experience and they are not honest and rude and they don’t care about their guests.

Just amazing! Who says you can't relax in Vegas? The Wynn is just the best place to be. We were there 3 nights and stayed in the resort 2 straight days. If you want the Las Vegas strip excitement you still can still have it. Being at one end of the strip you have the peacefulness of nothing behind or past you and the craziness of the strip just steps away. The Wynn itself is just a special and different place, almost a state of mind.
Did not have the pleasure of staying in their rooms. Only dined at the buffet, which was absolutely amazing 👏🏿 🤩I have a seafood allergy, and the chef took the time to walk me through the entire buffet and introduced me to all of the dishes that would and would not be edible for me. There were more than enough delicious varieties of dishes that kept me completely satisfied for the rest of my evening 😌The servers keep your glasses full and are more than accessible for all of your questions and desires.Maybe they will extend an invitation for my family to experience and rate their rooms the next time we visit Vegas💁🏽‍♀️

Big hotel. Tim in front desk; thank you for the exceptional service. Big casino. Can find empty spots on live tables and slots even on a Saturday night. Wish had more slot machines like the Squid game. The hotel room tower suite was very spacious, clean and good housekeeping service but has no vibe.

The room itself is great, but the housekeeping and laundry services need improvement: the housekeeping did not come and turn down my bedroom when I asked them to, and the laundry service ruined one of my shirts with SIX stains as I show you in my review. I would not recommend giving tips to the housekeepers and I do not recommend giving the laundry staff your clothes because it will be returned with unprofessional results.

**WYNN Las Vegas Review**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently stayed at the WYNN Las Vegas, and it was an incredible experience! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with luxurious decor and impeccable attention to detail. My room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Strip. The amenities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the pools and the spa—both are perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Dining options are fantastic, with a variety of cuisines that cater to every palate. I highly recommend trying the Italian restaurant; the pasta was exceptional! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The location is also ideal, allowing easy access to other attractions on the Strip.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend the WYNN for anyone visiting Las Vegas!

This place sucks. The rooms are in disrepair. The staff is not friendly. All the food places inside are mediocre and overpriced. My AC was broken for the first day I was there in 110 desert heat with no resolution until I prodded them multiple times and waited hours and hours. And after all that they didn't even comp me the first day.

Our initial check-in process got a little rough with the customer service person who checked us in, but we spoke to management about it. They ended up doing a few comp that allow us to have a much better experience, and it was well worth it all in the end. Our room had an amazing view of the Nevada skyline along with the city, and we had an amazing room as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

**READ BEFORE BOOKING**Upon entering to check in, my husband and I were advised that on top of the deposit and total cost for our 3-night stay, there would be an additional $400 charge that we would receive back after checking out. After asking for clarification about what this charge was for, we were told it was just procedure, so we paid the total and waited about 15 minutes to get our room keys. We were NOT informed that even lifting a single water bottle on top of the fridge would result in a $20 charge, or slightly moving something in the refrigerator would result in more charges. You are not allowed to store personal items in the fridge until you want extra charges to show up on your bill. A bottle of Fiji water costing over $20 is insane, given how much we had already spent for the 3-night stay alone. The front desk will not tell you but do not touch any of the drinks, snacks, or items in the fridge unless you want to be charged and taxed insane prices for these minor items monitored by weight sensors. We were also given mixed answers on whether housekeeping cost extra, so we received no housekeeping services during our 3-night stay. The room had lovely views, but I found an odd adult dice game under one of the chairs, which made me wonder how often they clean the rooms. The handle for the dresser drawer was broken, and the air conditioning did not work, which was very unpleasant considering the temperature outside was over 100 degrees.Overall, the check-in staff was unfriendly and uninformative. I've stayed in many hotels and motels and had high hopes for this “five-star resort,” but I was ultimately left highly disappointed. I plan to take another trip to Vegas, but I will pursue another resort because the customer service here is not adequate.

I stayed at the ARIA Resort & Casino, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the modern and luxurious ambiance. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view of the Las Vegas Strip was breathtaking. The bathroom was also impressive, with a large soaking tub and a separate shower. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining options. The resort offers a wide variety of restaurants, and every meal I had was delicious. The buffet was particularly impressive with its vast selection of high-quality food. The casino was lively and fun, with a great selection of games and a vibrant atmosphere. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was a perfect place to relax and unwind.Overall, ARIA Resort & Casino exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Las Vegas.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at the ARIA. The facilities, staff, rooms and restaurants were fantastic. We had a small inconvenience with our room, and the front desk rectified the issue immediately. Apologetic, kind and understanding. Want to highlight David at the check-in desk- from the moment we checked in was upbeat, friendly and helpful. (Great recommendations too- Catch octopus -wow!) everybody has a job- some people just show up- not David, he clearly takes great pride in his role. Went above and beyond for us. That’s the staff at Aria top to bottom. Housekeeping, landscapers, security all super friendly. Big shout out to Barbie Jane at the concierge desk too! Very helpful, thanks for a great time. I know we will be back. You get what you put out into the universe. Be kind, say good morning or hello, smile. People appreciate that. You never know where it will take you. Especially in Vegas.

Aria is a very nice place to stay. I really enjoyed my room and its view. The restaurants and shopping all attached are top notch and highly rated. The hotel was clean and they took good care of us on our stay. The only thing I did not like was hot strong the main areas smelled of perfume or whatever fragrance they were using to mask the cigarette smell, it gave me migraines.
