My love an I came to celebrate out 14 year anniversary. He found it and he is just a gem for doing so. When you first turn into the area you’re a bit thrown off by the industrial layout(Belamere was here first!) but once you go all the way back it is a beautiful place. We got the most basic room they had to offer for this trip. Even that made us feel lavish. With the double showers and the jacuzzi tub! The water pressure is perfect as is the temp. With their bonus points we will be working our way up. Make sure you take advantage of the points you get for the love sign hunt! Don’t forget to grab a lock for the lock bridge or to take home with you! With the late check out option of 1 pm you don’t feel rushed. O and don’t forget to take advantage of their breakfast that they bring right to you. All you have to do is press 0 and all you need will be to you. We felt nothing but relaxed and comforted from the moment we checked in with Ms. Jenn until we checked out with Ms. Christine. Thank you Belamere suites for showing us a great time! See ya next time
It was an escape from the outside world. It’s so peaceful and very quiet! My wife and I have been married for two years, even in that short time we still reconnected on this trip. The staff make you feel like you’re the only couple on the property.
Had the most romantic getaway with my hubby! Everything was so clean, service was PHENOMENAL! Even when calling the front desk at 1:30 in the morning to warm up our dinner left overs! They were there within 5 minutes and had it back in the same amount of time! We will definitely be going back when we need another reset!!
I booked a jacuzzi whirlpool suite and I love it the service was great the location was nice the room was nice clean very elegant big comfty bed but the ONLY issue I have is they charge you $100 extra for the “birthday package” and they went and got 6 dollar balloons that was deflated and about 6-8 candles throughout the room I honestly was better off decorating myself like I started to. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
My boyfriend and I stayed in their Grand Royal Suite. We loved it! The Whirlpool tub and pool were our favorite things about the room. In the morning, all we had to do was dial zero and breakfast was delivered by the lovely staff right to our suite. We will definitely be back.
It was phenomenal. We would totally recommend. They exceeded our expectations. Michael and Melissa were great. To anyone debating going there, you have nothing to lose and you will not regret it. It is great for couples that are struggling to reconnect and put in a spark in the relationship. It is worth every penny.
My husband and I enjoy are stay here . We felt very relax and it was nice to step away from reality for a little bit. We love doing the scavenger hunt and walk down each mail box and do the activity. The staff was wonderful I want to give a shout out to Michael and Melissa ( with the beautiful necklace ). Thank you for the best 4year anniversary trip ever.
Under a major renovation, it's probably long overdue. FYI, 3rd floor is done and their working on the 2nd floor currently. 1st floor didn't appear to be touched yet... or the lobby. The front desk told me it'll go into 2025? They were under construction when I stayed there last fall long, and it seems like a long time to be renovating for not a large hotel. I like this hotel and have had no issues until my most recent visit. I'd checked in on the app the day prior to my arrival and also activated the digital key. So, I arrived at the hotel after 6PM. Told the front desk I'll use my digital key, I bypassed them and went directly to the room. Went in using the digital key and the room had dirty towels laying on unmade beds, bathroom a mess, etc... Obviously, somehow with over a full day's notice of my arrival, they never bothered to clean the room of a Diamond member. I put much credence in hotel status, but Hilton does. Went to the front desk, of course over a busy weekend, they had zero QQ's available, only a King (no sofa bed). I needed room for three. My wife & I had to change in the lobby bathrooms, to get ready for dinner out. Front Desk said they'll have someone clean the room, but it'd be an hour or longer. I travel quite a bit and have seen a lot... but this was just dropping the ball by the manager/GM or housekeeping Mgr. or all of the above. It worked itself out by when guests are inconvenienced, that's a problem.
A year ago, I made a reservation here to view the solar eclipse at a very competitive and fair rate. Just a month ago I was notified that it was cancelled because the property "will be undergoing maintenance during your travel dates", but conveniently I can still book for 3x the rate I secured last year for the same night.Do not book here if you have any interest in having your booking honored and available for when you need it. This property has no qualms with shady business practices, and will exercise them at your expense and dismay. 0 stars, but I'm forced to give at least one. Do not book here, they will screw you over.
I came all the way from Detroit Michigan to plan my Easter weekend with my son from outer town.My granddaughter and my daughter-in-law.We got a whole separate room for them.Aside from my family just spent 2 days in their hotel not to mention. We get there and it's under renovation not to mention. They don't say anything about a room deposit. And because I I'm a medical marijuana patient and I use it for my medical needs. I was rolling my cigarettes in the room. Not smoking and I was told that I was going to be charged because I was accused so smoking in my room and I know I wasn't. I had kids in there in a baby. The housekeeper Sherri was very, very rude and unprofessional. She pushed me out of the hotel. Threatened me to call the cops on me and my family and was very, very rude and disrespectful. When I called the front desk to tell them this I was told I was a liar that I doubt that my employee talked to you like that and they were very unprofessional as well.I will never, ever go back to this hotel. And I'd never Recommend this hotel to anybody coming along their way. It was not very happy with the service and was not very happy at the very end with the whole weekend.
I do enjoy Staying at this hotel but witnessed several cars parked under the awning at the front door. They were causing issues for. people to load and unload their items entering and exiting the hotel. I spoke.to the young man at the front desk Kyle M. He was very kind and willing to try to help,The handicap and Elderly people that could Not unload or load their luggage From a far distance in the parking lot. I am very proud of him. I'm trying to get these cars towed or moved from their users. I hope that the company addresses the situation quickly to further take care for their residents.
I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.I travel a lot for work and my only expectation is that the hotel is clean and the room is functional. I thought this hotel would fit the bill, especially because it is within Hilton’s family and was mistaken. I checked in on my phone and went to my room. The elevator was dirty, everything felt off. Room felt like the flooring was hollow and the walls are very thin. I could hear everyone around me, including groups upstairs who seemed to be having a party. The room smelled of mildew and I went over to pick up the phone to call the desk to see if there were any other rooms available since this one was dingy and dirty. The phone itself was covered in a visible layer of dust, so I walked to the desk. The woman working the desk was kind at first but over this experience became very rude. I explained what I was looking at room wise and she offered to move me to an upgraded room at no charge, which I thought would solve the problem. Room 2 was somehow way worse.I was “upgraded” to a jacuzzi room that somehow had more dust and debris. The air conditioner was covered in dust, furniture was completely beaten up, and there were stains on the carpet that left nothing to the imagination. I will attach those photos so you can see what I mean. Air conditioner return was completely covered in a layer of thick dust.I walked back downstairs to talk to the woman at the front desk and asked if there were any Hilton properties in town that I could be moved to since this one was honestly gross. She told me that there was not a single hotel within 30 minutes in the Hilton family that had any openings and all were booked up and made a comment that I would have to drive since their hotel wasn’t “up to my standards” (standards that there isn’t bodily fluids stained into the carpet and a clean room). This was a blatant lie, as I was thankfully able to get help from Hilton and book literally next door in the Home2Suites. When I checked in there, I asked if the hotel was near capacity and they were not at all. Seems that they are competitors and Hampton would rather you drive 30 minutes away than help you to book the hotel literally next to them within walking distance. Home2Suites folks were extremely kind and made sure things were taken care of for me for my stay and very apologetic of the behavior that their neighbors had shown.Avoid. Just book the Home2Suites next door.
