Beautiful Hotel! Nice glass showers , i love the 5:30 to 7 free drink/snack bar and the breakfast every morning , so so good !!!! I was using the fitness room everyday and I loved that it was barely used so I was always in there by myself or me and my husband 🥰 The pool looks nice although i never went in it because it was always packed with so many children and the anxiety of having to make sure my child is okay is overwhelming for me lol The staff were friendly sad accommodating! Especially after a random lady was able to get inside my room while i was on the toilet, very scary and concerning but I’m sure they will investigate how she was able to even get inside of my room .

We were in town for Nascar at Richmond Raceway and the reviews here were very good. We were not disappointed! Upon checking in, the list of FREE things seemed never ending. 3 cocktails per day, free breakfast, free dinner, free wifi, pool, jacuzzi. Rooms were very clean as was the whole hotel. Any town that had a Drury Plaza will always get my reservation!

I stayed here for about a week. The breakfast was nice but the rest of the food wasn’t good.

Their “bar” food is microwaved burgers from Sam’s club or Costco. The tots I had were mush and were microwaved as well.

The housekeeping was terrible I had a housekeeper once my whole stay. I think they may have come a second time but I was already off work and exhausted. I was done after 3.

Bed was comfortable but their bottled drinks and snacks are way overpriced.

Not a terrible stay but I’ll choose elsewhere next time.

I don't know why people sleep on Drury Inn. This one is big and beautiful like myself... They have come a long way over the years. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Really nice decor. Friendliest staff members in the breakfast area. Well stocked all around. They made me proud.

I stayed here over the weekend for a wedding in town and we had a memorable experience and we will return. The parking and check-in process was smooth.

You are well fed here with complimentary meals and alcoholic beverages during the kickback which were amazing. Breakfast needs a better variety although very tasty I think the breakfast menu should switch up.
The hotel should offer complimentary bottled water for the guest as we were charged 2.50 per bottle.
My husband and I slept well but the beds were overall too soft lacking firmness to balance out your body and the mattress.

The shower was clean and the water Temperature and pressure were amazing!

There was a pool and hot tub accessible however we did not take advantage of those amenities.

Great stay! 8/10

Great hotel. Great location.
Parking isn't sufficient for the number of rooms.

It's a great venue for an event. Which means there's always an event and the hotel is usually crowded. The staff does take timely action to calm down the rowdy kids that always seem to be here.

A Tapestry collection hotel, with very poor maintenance on their rooms. At check in the lady was eating, which isn’t a big deal but she was slightly unprofessional and made a joke I found offensive. First she stated my ‘reservation’ looked weird and I am unsure what that even means. She then tried to suggest I wouldn’t have had the funds or means to afford the room. Perhaps they should invest in the bubbling walls, fixtures falling down in the room and the dirty floors throughout the whole place. I only stayed here for the unique location but would have been happier at a Garden Inn for the same price inner city.

We stayed here in early March 2024. This place is very nice but also disappointing in some ways and not worth the price we paid.

If you have ANY mobility issues this place is not for you. Most rooms are in a different building that the one in which one must register. Further, the restaurant is in yet another building! When we were there it was drizzling rain and although some of the walkways were covered they were not all covered. Some rooms are in the main building however, the restaurant is in a different building.

Although this is a Hilton hotel the restaurant is not up to that standard in my view. For example, when I requested whipping cream on my Apple Crumble it came with some sort of edible oil product! when I asked the server for REAL whipping cream she advised that this was all they had. No self-respecting chef would serve an edible oil product in place of real whipping cream.

The staff were pleasant.

For a four star hotel this was very disappointing. I’m very surprised at the other reviews…The parking lot at night was dim and very creepy behind the building. I had to walk with my child alone and felt unsafe. The room’s carpet was not clean. The heat made a loud bang every time it turned on and off it sounded like the door slamming and woke me up every time. The lights were bright, cold LED lights. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no menu in the room for room service. These things should not be an issue at a hotel of this rating.

Wow! This place was a magnificent gem. Service was outstanding and check in was a breeze. The rooms are very well appointed, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I chose to be on the 5th floor so seeing the rolling ground of the golf course and the pond just made it extra cozy on a foggy winter morning.

Their breakfast buffet style at the Glenn restaurant is so tasty. The wait staff there is so attentive.

Overall, great experience. This place is close enough if you want to get to downtown Richmond, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with lack of parking and filth of being in a city. There is a shopping center nearby for a quick run for late-night snacks or early morning coffee run. Come stay here when in Richmond!
