My kid got bitten by an insect on the bed and is still suffering from reactions on his skin. Please avoid. I am an IHG platinum member, and I regret this stay. Worst place of all that I have ever been.
Fanominal service! We checked in, and the lady at the desk was beyond nice! Very helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous, clean, and well stocked. We had a great time at the wedding we attended and came back to a very comfortable bed.
We asked for additional pillows and they told us to use the ones from our beds… it would’ve been nice to have extra for our guest sleeping on the pull out couch. We went in the hot tub, it was so chlorinated that we could barely open our eyes when we turned the jets on! When we got out of the hot tub our bathing suits were totally different colors. Very alarming! We told the front desk about it the next morning and the man at the desk just said “oh wow”. We told him it was dangerous and he just said “OK”. So, maybe don’t use the hot tub here. The complimentary breakfast was nice, good selection of food to choose from plus hot coffee and a variety of juices too. Nothing special, but enough to got you going in the morning! The room was clean and spacious, we enjoyed our stay.
Absolutely perfect stay! Well done Holiday Inn. This is a very clean, well maintained hotel. Pool was clean, not too cold, it also did not have that “over” chemical smell. Hot tub was very nice, warm and clean. Room bed was very comfy, pillows as well. Just a note the pillows are real down so any feather allergies bring your own pillow or call to see if they have an alternative. Easy to get to right off the highway. Don’t second guess this hotel just book it.
The only common sense hotel in the area during a power outage. Phenomenal service at best... breakfast was delicious..many HOT varieties to choose from. Beds are comfortable even though some people may disagree. I would recommend this place to our relatives that live far away.
The room was clean, I stayed in the king suite with a jetted tub and it was amazing! The kitchenette was nice, but I thought there would be dinnerware included. Not a big deal- my carry out came with utensils. The sofa wasn't very comfortable, but the bed was great. The room temperature was easy to adjust to my comfort. The pool/hot tub area was clean, the water was a good temperature. The breakfast was delicious, especially their cinnamon rolls.I will definitely be back!
Old and nasty carpet! The staff and management of this facility are terrible. The pool area is maybe the only nice feature but it’s over chlorinated. The rooms are nothing to be wild by honestly on the small side, and I stayed in a king suite. Definitely better options in the area. This is a private owned, I believe and they are not friendly staff members down there. I spoke to the manager and the general manager both acted like children, unable to find/willing to reach a resolution. Sad honestly. I asked for a copy of their Policies to be emailed to me. Instead, they emailed me a form saying I was harassing them because I wanted this information. I ended up contacting the local police department because of their inabilities to communicate as adults. The officer agreed with my statements.
The hotel is far from the city center, but it is very easy to reach by bus number 4.There is a very nice shopping center close to the hotel. You can find everything you are looking for around the hotel. You will be very pleased with your stay at the hotel. It's nice that the staff is smiling. In addition, the hotel works in terms of sustainability, I thank the hotel management and wish success to the employees.
Had to stay here for family health issues. They gave me a shuttle to and from the U of M university Hospital. Drivers are excellent front desk ladies were great and breakfast woman made sure you started your day off great and housekeeping made sure the room was clean! I will definitely be staying here again if I need to! Thank you again everyone!
Amazing staffI accidentally left my bathing suit and had to call and ask the hotel if it was found in my room a d could they please ship it to me. The staff was excellent. They found my suit and had it fed exed the next day. The room itself was very comfortable and inviting. The locations was perfect and the amenities were exceptional.
Stayed one night during mediation visit. The room was clean and looked recently redecorated. The pool and hot tub area looked nice and clean, though we did not use. The work out room had 2 treadmills, a bike and an elliptical: all of which were... useable but entry level/old. The work out room was HOT and small, mentioned the temp to the front desk, so hopefully that will be adjusted. Breakfast was free with a variety of selection. Had to ask for decaf coffee, the attendant was friendly and immediately offered to make some, but she never brought it out. Plenty of parking during our midweek stay. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for one night, for a track meet. It advertised as a suite but the room was not a suite. That said, it was a lovely spot. Staff were very friendly, hotel room was clean with new faucets and such. Loved the bath and body works cream, little dove soap and Scope to give us the conveniences of home. We would stay here again!
