Wonderful western decor, good sized rooms and fantastic staff make this a great family hotel... and don't forget to take the kids to the pool, trust me.
The room was big had an opening to the outside which is nice for carrying in your items and for pets. Pool was amazing for children water slides, and other fun water activites. Fun for adults too. Hot tub was nice and hot!
Overall a good deal. The rooms were good, although the beds were not so great. We had a broken air conditioner the first night and our bathroom had not been cleaned very well, but I spoke with the staff in the morning and they had everything fixed and cleaned up right away. The pool was great, the kids loved it. The breakfast was mediocre, but it was nice not to have to go out every morning for food.Parking was not the best, but not much of an inconvenience either. The front desk staff were all very great and helpful. Not a bad place for a quick family stop.
A hidden gem for sure. A little off the beaten path but so worth it. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The price was the best in town, so I was a little concerned about what we were getting. A very pleasant surprise. Will definitely go back.Lots of parking.
We got two rooms on our trip to the Billings Livestock Show (friends came with us) and it was fairly centrally located. It was clean, the people at the front were friendly (and technically even the housekeepers/groundspeople were friendly too, always smiling). The pool was a big hit for my 5 year old--even though he was scared of the slide at first and said "this pool is stupid." He ended up going down the little slide and LOVING it.The beds were super comfortable--we were there on a busy Friday/Saturday and I didn't hear anything. Everything in the room worked and was in good condition. The breakfast was fresh and cared for. The lady working in the area had gloves and was meticulous with the food, clean up and helpful tips. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I came to Billings again.
This was such a fun hotel! Lots of amenities including a cute little water park for the kids. The breakfast was the best we’ve had yet on our trip, and they were constantly restocking this morning. There was never a time when a food item was low! Everyone was very kind, and everything was clean. The only very small complaint I have is that while my family and a few others were swimming, a worker started dumping chemicals into the pool. I kind of wish they would have waited, or asked us to get out but it wasn’t worth docking a star off because the rest of the stay was great. They even had cookies at 5 pm and my kids loved it!
A great stay. Where to begin? The front desk staff was awesome ( Kirstin) in particular. The room was super clean especially considering the hotel has some age to it. The parking was great, as are the restaurant choices all around the hotel. Very quiet, considering all the kids the hotel had as guest when we were there. If ever back in Billings we will stay here absolutely.
The front desk employee was so friendly. He provided a ball and a treat for our little dog, which he absolutely loved. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone!
Kathy Is an Amazing hostess. Check in Fast, friendly Service. Clean lobby, great breakfast at 6am. Hot tub. And Quiet... would recommend this place to all... FIVE STAR HOTEL.
Everyone but Kathy was wonderful! Harp checked us in she was kind and told us any information we needed. She was very pleasant and always asked how our stay was going and met all of our needs. Cole Charles were kind and always asking how and things were going and if we needed anything.Housekeepers was good at their job very fast and efficient! Kathy is the night desk lady, my daughter went down an asked for a water and Kathy was hesitant to give her one and told her we met our water quota but she would give her one anyways. She was rude and snide to my child. And come to find out there is not a water quota. Other than that I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed 8 nights there. 2 kids and 2 adults!Breakfast is fantastic and Barb will go out of her way to meet your needs!
Very expensive room for a very little! No refrigerator, tons of noisy fans and things due to flooding, and had to wait several minutes to check in and to check out because nobody was at the desk for some time. Also, no ice anywhere as none of them were working. Very frustrating! To top all of that off, super noisy upstairs all night long and got 2 hours of sleep total. Definitely not worth the almost $300 we paid!
Come stay at this hotel if you’re looking for the worst customer service in Billings! Can’t have a social gathering in the lobby without getting harassed by management, can’t have drinks, even water, in the swimming area. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve be had in a hotel in a long time! Good luck enjoying your stay here if you decide to book at this dump.
I had made a reservation to stay at the Hampton inn and suites with my children for a few days over spring break when we received a hazardous weather warning. Cole at the front desk was so helpful when I let him know we had to make a last minute cancellation and even helped me navigate my way through cancelling via a third party. Although I didn’t actually get to stay at the hotel, the customer service was wonderful and I look forward to staying there in the future!
