Our team holiday dinner at Neighborhood Services restaurant was a delight! David, our server, went above and beyond with exceptional hospitality and kindness. The food was not only hot and fresh but also incredibly delicious. The drinks from the bar were spot on. Situated near the Dallas Cowboys Ford Center, the hotel is especially beautiful and family-friendly during the holiday season.
I’m an Eagles fan who stayed in Dallas county for work 😂 But I’m also a football fan and I know any Cowboys fan would love this place. They really represent their team and the history very well. Besides that though the hotel is beautiful. The staff was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and I had a very nice stay. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and especially the Cowboys fans.
We loved our one night staycation. The room was beautiful. The valet was fast and easy. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. The staff were friendly. All the restaurants in the Star are quick walking distance. We will be back during Christmas time. The Dallas cowboys cheerleader show was free and fun.
We love staying at the Omni Frisco. The rooms are very nice. The staff is always so friendly. They upgraded our room because we were celebrating a birthday. The view was fantastic. The hotel is so quiet so we are able to get a good night's sleep. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was delicious. This is a must stay place when you're in Frisco.
Valet was great!! The vibe on the patio was awesome... It's a fancy spot ... The STAR ⭐⭐ is the STAR. very nice experience... One drawn back is... The doors ... If someone is not there to hold the door for you..YOU actually have to open the door for yourself... I was like nope...for the amount of $$ they charge, the door needs to open automatically... That's just my personal opinion...but other than that... It was a cool experience
Cameron, Jordan, and Tiffany are the Best in the industry. My experience has been exceptional each time I’ve stayed here. We love the food, atmosphere, cleanliness of the rooms, and the hospitality . All so incredible! Thank you with endless gratitude ~Tammy Ekp
We went to see the new resort and try the restaurants. I was surprised how disconnected it is. The resort is separate from The District where the additional restaurants are located. There is a shuttle from the resort but I'm not sure if it's just for resort guest. It was raining the night we went. The area is not walkable. I will say the food was good at Trick Rider and the Lounge by Top Golf. The drinks were very good at both also. The hotel lo by bar is very nice and the seating area is huge. I wouldn't make the trip on a rainy day again but in good weather I will definitely return.
This hotel is outstanding! The staff treated us like royalty and we didn’t want to leave. Dinner at Trick Rider was first class and some of the best food we’ve ever had. Michael at the bar was amazing, the housekeeping staff were so friendly and sweet, even the employees in the stores were outstanding. We were most impressed with the valet staff. They really seemed to care and made sure we were well taken care of. On a freezing cold morning they had us wait inside while they heated up our car for us. Just an outstanding hotel!!
My husband and I came and visited to celebrate his birthday. I’ve visited other Omni properties and this one blew me away. It’s very luxurious and the staff treated us so amazing! I wanted to personally thank these lovely people Tyler, Michael + Brandon from the lookout lounge & bar and Jamie from The Apron for making our experience here so great and enjoyable. By the way they make amazing cocktails! The valet staff we’re kind and very attentive, always available to help. They offer heated pools, jacuzzi & more! The view from our room on the 6th floor was so beautiful especially during sunset hour. Our stay was short, but I can’t wait to come back again and try out more the things that they offer here. Would highly recommend
Overall experience was nice. Front desk staff and valets are amazing. The 3 stars are due to a couple of things. The fact that you can not order brunch from The Apron at 10:40 a.m. on a Sunday! If there was another option for brunch, it would have been nice to have been informed. We had a couples massage, and while the massage itself was nice, the overall experience of the spa seemed lacking. For the high price we paid, I had hoped the lounge we were in before and after our massage would have been relaxing. The lounge atmosphere could be improved with lower lighting, tranquil music, and lavender infused throughout the space. For a $500.00 - 50 minute massage, I had hoped for more.
