I was in rm 263 I set a reservation early and they accommodate to the letter the front made a slight mistake but they caught it and handled it very professionally , accsess to the hot tub was great would definitely plan another stay cation thumbs up

The Red Lion Hotel Harrisburg Hershey is our go to hotel when visiting the Hershey area. My family and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always had a great experience. The hotel is family friendly and pet friendly too! The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. My daughter loves the swimming pool, while my husband loves playing pool. The breakfast is delicious too and at an affordable price. The manager Randy is also super helpful and there to answer any questions we have. It always feel like home when staying at the Red Lion! I've been to this hotel numerous times, and each time, it has been a great experience. This last visit was for a spring conference and testimonial dinner. My room was perfect. It was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant is super convenient and the food is always delicious. The testimonial banquet was the best banquet food I've eaten. But the best part of the stay is Randy, Dawn, Dana, and all the staff. They are an amazing team! They go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. The entire staff is courteous and friendly. You will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed both dinner there and the breakfast buffet. They kept the warming chaffers filled even with the amount of people going through. I loved having our patio and having easy access to the hot tub!My son and husband enjoyed the tennis courts.The decor was stylish and warm, older style which I enjoyed.Room was clean, beds very comfortable and roomy. This Hotel and its Staff go above and beyond my expectations. i originally chose this place just for the pool table but everything else was top notch! John at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable while i was in town on business. Sasha at the bar was extremely sweet and also surprised me with her hospitality treatment! The hotel is beautiful and i cant wait to go back! This is my new home away from home 🙂
One of the best hotels I've ever been to. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is amazing. Met the owner today and he was so pleasant and have a very warm personality. It's a nice get away and also if you have kids they have a pool table and a little arcade room. I've stayed here quite a few times and it's well worth the money. The staff is very kind and considerate and very accommodating.
The customer service and care I received were top-notch. Every staff member I came across was more than accommodating and eager to go above and beyond. My family and I stayed at Hershey Lodge the next day, and I wished I had booked additional days here instead.
Very convenient location located near restaurants and gas stations. Hotel itself was spotless and seemed to be newly renovated. When we checked in, room temp felt warm despite air-conditioning being on. We contacted front desk who immediately sent someone up to check it out. He was able to reset and resolve the issue (air handling system is so quiet!). He even had a backup plan of providing a portable air-conditioner if he was not able to repair (as hotel was full and room change not avaliable). Also loved that the windows in the room were able to be opened. Breakfast was very good and well stocked and refreshed. Would stay again if we are in the area.

This stay has been amazing from the warm caring staff Karen ,Brian, Michael (MGR) who helped made sure that we were well cared for. From welcoming us as soon as well walked in the door to our stay and making sure that we new what amenities that were available. The rooms were very clean more than enough space this just has been amazing and we will come back again the food was great it’s more than a continental breakfast, kitchen staff excellent made sure that the food was replenished. Again thank you and great prices im going to always look for a Hilton hotel where ever we travel.
Thankfully they had a room for us last minute. Hotel we were going to stay at was really bad. All stuff was super nice! From front counter, house keeping, bfest people n maintenance. Rooms clean and cozy. Don't like the sink isn't in the bathroom, but that's not a real big deal. Love the little notes on bananas! Bfest was good too. I recommend. The Mexican restaurant next to it, definitely recommend eating there!

We brought our kids who wanted to swim in the pool. The pool was nice but a little cold for my tastes. The gym had a peloton and was also very clean. We would 100% return to this place if we were back in the area
