Staff was great at the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was not up to Hampton Inn standards nor were the pillows on the beds. Everything else was just fine.

Nice location, clean rooms and nice staff. Very noisy, I could hear footsteps and doors opening and closing all night. Tried to sleep in due to being kept awake most of the night but could even hear them vacuuming the room above.

Every single person at the front desk was on their phone when we would walk by. They seemed to be frustrated when we quickly asked what time breakfast ended n another time we interrupted one so that we could add some drinks and snacks to our room. I didnt eat the breakfast, but my dad gave it a try. Twice. He said that it was horrific. Also, we asked to have housekeeping come in and clean on our 2nd day. She did clean up somewhat but the bathroom counter n tub weren't cleaned and the bathroom is a germ filled place. It should be cleaned Especially when you are with a person that has a compromised immune system. Very disappointed, especially after paying close to $600 for a mon n tuesday night .

Great location, but was double billed and the guy at the desk was very non chalant about it. Room was ok, clean, just older. The breakfast buffet was horrible. Over cooked, dry, no flavor, little selection. My suggestion? Eat elsewhere.

Overall we had a good stay here. The room was clean, and the staff was very nice.If it was a little warmer, we definitely would have spent time on the patio enjoying the view.Cons: The breakfast wasn't as good as other Hampton Inns. The hot food quality was inconsistent and lacking flavor.

Despite having an almost captive market on the East Bench in Salt Lake, this hotel was perfectly reasonable for what it was. The breakfasts in the morning were comprehensive, and the rooms were clean. It could be a bit difficult to get in and out of on account of Foothills traffic, but thankfully it had a back entrance.

We had an absolutely delightful 3-night stay. The staff was wonderful and every meal in Laurel Brasserie was delicious. The grounds were beautiful and everything inside & out was well-maintained. Could not be happier!

Our new favorite stay-cation hotel! From the timeless rooms to the stellar service to the endless amenities, this hotel truly is 5 star. And the view from our corner sweet? Magnificent! Our first suite’s AC was broken and they promptly moved us and gave us a credit for the inconvenience. Bellman’s and room service are so polite and helpful! We had such an AMAZING time here and are already planning our next stay!!

Very dated hotel - looked like grandma's room inside my suite. Shower products looked like a fancy brand but all made in China. The grounds looked lovely and nice to explore, but I can't say this is a 5-star luxury hotel and especially for the prices they charge. CHECK YOUR INVOICES!!! I received a $30.17 charge on my card for a mini bar which I didn't even touch (not to mention getting charged $30 for M&Ms, Oreos, and a Diet Coke would be a huge rip off).

Came for a tea party, and it was so much fun. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The garden is a beautiful spot to visit and take beautiful pictures on your phone! Sandwiches and desserts were exquisite. I highly recommend this place for a fancy bougie tea party with family and friends.
