Convenient, asy access to the freeway. Rooms were big and clean however toilet water kept running as the flushed was very loose. The curtains were very dusty not good for the AC to be blowing right through it with my severe allergies it wasn't good. But the full size ref, microwave and free bfast every morning was a plus. Parking is free but fills up quickly, seems other vehicles dont leave their spot as the spider webs already on doors n tires. Probably more handicapped parking at front would be ideal. Side n back gate doesn't open from outside so inconvenient to walk all around especially having things to carry. Other than that service was great, all agents I've dealt with for the 5 days of stay were professional
This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Room smelled terrible, smelled like mold. Floors were not clean, curtains were very dirty and sheets and blankets that are supposed to be white looked like they were dirty and smelled awful. We were only given 2 towels and when we requested more we never got them, requested again and they sent some kitchen towels instead. Spiders everywhere, clogged bathtub that we asked to have fixed and it did not get fixed or even checked. I felt unsafe and parking spaces were tiny, a lot of cars taking up 2 spots. I dreaded each night we had to return to our room, the pictures are very deceiving. Do not waste your money, stay somewhere else
I booked and paid for my room in advance knowing that I’d be checking in a little late because of work. I got to the hotel and the staff told me it might be too late to check into my room that was already paid for and booked days ago. Finally they set me up with my room keys and I was able to get my room.Beginning at 8am there was pounding on the room door by staff, then at 9am the staff had pounded on the door and opened the door and were yelling “This room is vacant. Get out or we’re calling the police”… on a room that I had pre paid for, booked, got the keys to stay in and attempted to enjoy my stay. So the staff not only doesn’t know how to do their job but they’re also super inappropriate, very rude and extremely ignorant. After this last time pounding on the door and trying to threaten me on my stay, we had spoken to someone at the front desk about how ignorant the staff is and explained the problem so they gave us a late checkout as we requested since the trouble the staff was causing. I feel fair in saying that regardless of how nice the hotel appears, staff absolutely can ruin a stay. Especially when they’re pounding on your door at 8am (with a 12pm check out) trying to kick you out of a room you’ve had booked for a week in advance. Not happy at all.
Room was very nice and clean and bed was comfortable. For the price I was very surprised at the cleanliness of the room.Just stayed one night and was leaving early at 6:30am but breakfast on holidays starts later so wasn't able to take advantage of that, which wasn't a big deal, but the lobby is locked at that time of day so you have to use the phone outside to call to have them open the door so you can check out. That was just an irritating inconvenience when trying to get out and on the road.Only hotel I have ever stayed at that gives the threat of a $15 per person fee if you fail to return unused breakfast tickets. Really?
Excellent stay for the price! Rooms were clean and spacious suites with good working A/C and high ceilings. Breakfast was okay, and property/lobby are nice. We appreciated the 12pm check out and $20 early check in option. Wifi is fast, and room had a nice little desk area for me to do meetings. Only complaint is minor stuff such as tiny older televisions and toilets, and lack of more toiletries such as lotion. Other than that, excellent value and would def recommend.
They threatened to turn off the water to my motel room since I complained about not getting some coffee. He upgraded my room with a coffee maker and gave me coffee for five days. I asked for coffee the sixth day and Shawn said I get no more coffee as it was a gift and he chooses when to gives it and when he keeps it. When I complained his supervisor threatened to turn off the water to my room. I left that day for a reasonable facility. Don’t stay at Best Inn unless you enjoy being threatened, harassed and demeaned.
You get why you paid for. My parents flew in out of state. They were able to take care of us late and check in at a time I never expected. They also took care of everyone I was worried good service straight forward.
Room was very comfortable and very clean! The front desk agent was very kind and accommodating, we had a very stressful day of traveling and ended up arriving early and they quickly switched us to a room that was already ready and got us in early! Very comfortable beds and nice pool. Highly recommend and will be back. We loved our stay here :))
I booked my stay at the Best Inn Motel through Air BnB. i think the rooms reserved for air bnb might be slightly different than the rooms pictured here on Google. The people who work here are super nice and accommodating! I needed an early check in and had contacted so many places in the area, the best inn got back to me as soon as they had a guest check out and promptly started to clean the room to accommodate me. Talk about hospitality. This place is a hidden gem, the people here are happy to do their job unlike many places in the same price range. I felt comfortable and safe. This place is great for a couple, we enjoyed the night so much we decided to stay an extra night. They definitely are the Best inn 😉
