Front attendant was slightly rude. The check in process was difficult. My reservation told me I needed to pay one amount but she was overcharging me by $50. My room was not stocked with bath towels. Rooms had a funny smell. The bathroom had the vent switch and would make the vent suction noise but no vent. The area is off putting signed the waiver that said “Park in lot at your own risk”. You have to be buzzed in to the lobby to get to the front desk. It is not open right when you walk in the hotel.
This was one of the worst hotels in my life …. They were rude especially the ladies overnight. It seems as if it’s family owned which you think they would have been more polite but they wasn’t. Housekeeping was great , breakfast is simple no meat , cups to small. They don’t speak they just look at you crazy as hell. Bald headed guy told my husband that we could get out the hotel due to a compliant he had with the lady over night which may be his wife. He told my spouse has his own problems and we could wait in the lobby and not in the room we were to wait until someone’s picks us up due to being questioned about why his wife is so rude. I took upon and contacted corporate office please find other people to run this hotel as it should because THIS ISNT IT…
Great rooms and services. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended this laquinta. The only con is my phones inside my rooms were not working we had 3 rooms and the phone didn't work in neither.
The lady at the front desk in the evenings and night was absolutely rude and unwelcoming. The guy in the day was alright. The rooms were not attended to unless you ask. Breakfast was self-service. Eggs were only made in the weekend. Rooms were ok. There was a microwave and iron. Mini fridge was stinking like dead fish or something rotten.
I was charged more because they said of the eclipse but I only spent Friday night there, which the eclipse was on a Monday. Wasn't not given the price until I had to pay. asked but they would not tell me. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. It needs a lot of updates.
I walked into the hotel with the lady at the front desk getting berated by a customer on the phone. She still smiled at me, thanked me for my IHG status and checked me in. The rooms need a little update. The carpet had a lot of red/pink stains, the bathtub/shower needs some repairs and cleaning. The only noise came from the highway traffic, but I slept good. My only complaint was not having power from 6:20pm to 10:30pm. My room was really warm and I couldn’t sleep.
I would NOT recommend! We reserved a king online got there and the girl said we don’t have a king available… after our look of frustration she upgraded us to 2 queen beds… which we did not need. She rushed us and didn’t tell us about breakfast or anything. She looked annoyed. We then get to the room I realize I forgot a toothbrush and they have a sign that says to call the front if you forgot toiletries they would get you one complimentary of them. I went down there and asked she said no we don’t have anything … I asked to purchase one they said we don’t have any to sell. Got up on checkout day and went into the restroom only to find a small cockroach… then I found a big one! So not 1 but 2 cockroaches!!!!!!
The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. The white hotel smells good. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. Great location in proximity to family we were visiting.
My sister booked this room for us. She recommended it to us. I truly enjoyed our stay the hotel was amazing. Being i myself work in a hotel i will also recommend our guests to this hotel. The two front desk agents we met we so nice and helpful. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice n friendly. We will definitely be back. They were also so welcoming of my service dog.
