Right, well I had a blast staying, the room had a jacuzzi which I most definitely had not seen before, and there was only one inconvenience. That being the pool was not disclosed to be outside before we entered. But, aside from that, all was well. 10/10 would do it again
This was a fantastic Best Western Hotel. Linda, who helped me book the room over the phone, was helpful as could be. The hotel is immediately off the interstate. There are restaurants all around it. The hotel itself is lovely, with a pool, a lobby with a small library, a large fireplace nook common area, a nice big dining area where you get a full breakfast with all kinds of choices and additions. Every worker I encountered was very pleasant. My room was everything I could ask for, including a refrigerator, coffee and tea, a desk, and a very comfortable chair. The hotel and the room were very quiet.
Staff friendly and helpful. I stayed a little over a month for work. I had a king suite, it was a very nice size and the bed was comfortable the whole time, that was wonderful. Breakfast was decent, but repetitive. Not having laundry facilities available is my only complaint really.
My daughter and left a bad situation and have been here for going on two weeks(waiting for house to be ready). The staff is amazing but Linda at the front desk, she's a different kind of amazing! Just her being the sweetest person, ever has helped my daughter and I tremendously!!The room is great and comfortable! Housekeeping is on it when it comes to cleaning and getting us the essentials provided (ie; towels, soaps) and straightening up.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is, we had an all electric car and appreciated that the hotel had a charging station, but had trouble parking in front of or near it to charge as other vehicles (not electric) were parked in this area often. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean.
Friendly staff. Great location of using Flint airport. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Only issue was that they recommended Lighting Taxi. They charged me $40 to take a 2.4 mile cab ride.
Good value for the price. However, my room was on the west side facing the highway so I got to listen to traffic all night. The bed pillows are only half size and not supportive or comfortable. I was already awake but the garbage removal at 6:30 AM was shockingly loud. Just staying the night to catch an early flight. Not somewhere I would spend any length of time.
Their rooms are good, beds are still comfortable, nice TV, couch is broken in quite a bit and the new single cup coffee pots are terrible. 2 different rooms coffee makers both always had lots of grounds in your coffee. But you have a great selection of coffees or other types in the lobby. The daily breakfast is awesome, sometimes a little tight getting your food together when your sleepy. But food choices are great and it could be slightly different every day if you stay multiple days..Workers are all friendly and prices are a good average compared to other motels in that area..I give them 4 and a 1/2 stars...
So pleased with our stay! The manager, front desk personnel and staff were so friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Rooms were so clean and smelled so fresh. Excellent breakfast and transportation needs were accommodated above and beyond for our group! Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
