Always a great experience and feeling at home away from home. Not a problem for the staff but the Interstate side of the hotel can be noisy when trying to sleep but they do provide complimentary ear plugs.
I entered the hotel and Andrew welcomed me with a smile. Without asking he gave me a room away from the elevator and highway noise. The next morning I asked Sara for a late checkout and she happily allowed us to stay until 1:00. The breakfast and coffee were hot and delicious. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. I received excellent customer service and I would stay here again.
Exceptional customer service- the front desk staff goes above & beyond to accommodate their guests!! From complimentary supplies that guests may have forgotten ( razors, shave gel, toothpaste or toothbrush) to referring local establishments for dinner and drinks.. both the young men that worked that night were friendly, personable and professional - you could tell they truly love their job and felt valued by their employer !24 hour FREE coffee / tea / hot chocolate. The atmosphere was clean & welcoming. The mini store was fully stocked and organized. The rooms were very clean, linens were of higher quality which was appreciated. The bathrooms very large and clean, offering updated vanity and a generous array of complimentary supplies. Even the ice machine is routinely serviced offering fresh and clear ice cubes! The bed linens were fresh, clean and not wrinkled ( appreciated that detail) only downfall was that our bed was rather firm but I’m sure those that like a firm bed would not be disappointed.. I simply would have preferred a less firm option on the second bed in our room that would have been appreciated!Breakfast offered a variety of cereal, waffles, omelet, sausage, sweet potato home fries, bagels and pastry.. and more juices, teas, milks and coffees. Those were all filled multiple times by their attentive kitchen staff. When we left the following morning, the housekeepers were cheerfully smiling and chatty, offering a good morning and a how are you as they continued from room to room.Overall - the quality and customer service earned a perfect review!!
The room is large and well-appointed. The bathroom is very large. Everything appears clean. The only negatives are (1) the wall thermostat does not work - the controls are on the A/C unit, and the cover is broken; (2) the closet door is missing - I might not have noticed, but the hinges and latch are still there, and there is an outline of dirt where the door used to be; and (3) the bathtub shelf was broken off. Really, it was a good room. The toilet didn't run, the heat wasn't noisy, and the room was quiet. The lobby was nice, with a double-sided fireplace. Kind of cozy.
A very dated hotel I thought I had travelled back to the 1980s and Dynasty. Thick heavy furniture in the rooms. Really friendly staff and very welcoming indeed. Breakfast selection was fine if you want a quick snack but you can always find a lot of places to eat around here. Good location as a stop off if you are traveling onwards. All in all a nice place to stay.
We have stayed at this hotel many times while traveling. For the price it is a great place to stay. Room is spacious with a really comfortable bed. Room seemed very clean and is very quiet....the fan can run continuously which I like for noise reduction and air circulation. Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. Chili's, Starbucks are close by and we'll as other fast food options.....and close to major highways. Interaction with staff was pleasant, but they did not go out of their way to get up from behind their computer when we entered.Wrote the review while in the room...Great gentleman at the front desk when we left, enjoyed talking with him and his down to Earth nature.
Accommodation is very good for the cost. It list daily housekeeping but if you stay for a few days you must ask for the room to be cleaned and clean towels which I don't understand. Housekeeper had no problem waking me at 9 but not coming back. If you are not going to pro ide the service make it self serve
Excellent location right off the highway. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He upgraded our room to a suite which was very nice, comfortable, clean and functional. There was fresh baked cookies on check in at 810 pm and a well stocked coffee bar. Breakfast was standard fair for choice chains with sausage egg and waffles.plenty of well lit secure parking. We will definitely choose this property when travelling through again.
We stayed in a jacuzzi suite with a king bed. We were pleasantly surprised how nice the room was for the price. It was a spacious two room suite with an area set aside for meals that offered a standard hotel room refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom had your standard tub / shower combination and it was sufficiently stocked with towels, washcloths and bath mats. There were wall-mounted televisions on the walls of the bedroom and sitting / eating area. The jacuzzi was clean and worked as it should. I wasn’t very quiet but we’re yet to find a hotel jacuzzi suite that is. The king bed was clean and comfortable enough to enjoy a good nights rest. The room was clean and orderly throughout. We would definitely stay again!
We have stayed at this hotel previously. The rooms are clean and the King suite was really nice. The hotel staff was pleasant. The housekeeping staff was amazing. It does have a nice view of the mountains. The only issue was breakfast. The first day they did not have large plates. The options the first day were also slack. They did correct it by the next day.
