Came to Paragould for the Eclipse. Stayed at Super 8 because we got Awesome rates. Was a little leery because of some of the reviews I had read. We were so pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and we did not have a renovated room. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Thanks to Brandi for all her help booking.

They put us I a smoking room, after warning us that we could be charged $250 for smoking in the room. There was an ashtray on the night stand. There were a bunch of cigarette burns in the carpet next to the night stand and red stains on the carpet in the bathroom. Smelled awful! Never stay here!

Place is a dump, rooms stink like cigarettes and mold. 95 bucks a night for a dirty room and bfast is lame. Will never stay again.

Will never go back to this location. The room was definitely not up to par and the workers were some of the rudest I've ever encountered. 10/10 do NOT recommend!

Really nice hotel. Rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Shower had plenty of pressure with adjustable head.Nice breakfast selection and a restaurant to eat at as well. If definitely stay here again when back in town.Also has a convention center to host/ attend events.

Negatives: Understanding the hotel was busy, the staff seemed overwhelmed. Front desk agents over the phone seemed disengaged. Did not plan for the increased occupancy, breakfast foods were always running out on the line, no OJ, the common areas were not cleaned throughout the day. Kids knocking on doors up and down the halls late at night.Positives: Ali at the front desk was extremely hospitable and polite. The young man on the grill for the custom breakfast orders did an amazing job (best omlet ever). Bar staff was also great.I purchased 4 room nights for my Mother's birthday (we did not celebrate on site like many others were during their stay). Through the week, maybe the hotel is more put together but I did not experience that during my visit.

Great location, near ASU campus and minutes from downtown. Great amenities and wonderful breakfast with eggs made to order and a full buffet. Rooms were spacious and well kept. Only small complaint was the inability to get TV to mirror phone or laptop.

This property had the potential to be awesome. Super nice and clean.I was so disappointed with the service at the Breakfast. The guy doing the omelettes this morning needs some serious customer service training and organizational skills. I’m pretty sure everyone in line and everyone in our group had their breakfast messed up. Maybe a system that tracked the orders with paper instead of his memory. Or a menu closer to the order station. Then there was also no food in the buffet at 8:15 am. So I wound up having to go offsite.The rooms were so clean and nice. The front desk staff was incredible. I’d absolutely stay here again. Especially for the price.

Overall we had a great stay here. My kids loved the pool and hot tub, the hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. My only issue was there was a strange smell to our rooms kitchen area and the toilet was not clean upon check in. Other than that this was a great hotel, great stay, we would definitely stay again. Restaurant and bar on site are great as well. We stayed over Thanksgiving visiting family. I can imagine this place gets quite crazy during college football season but for our stay it was quiet and peaceful. Good facilities. Staff were very friendly, breakfast had a great selection! Price is great.
