4 Seasons n 5 Stars. Really nice place, New renovations since my last visit a few years ago. Great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and Pike Place Market. Stupendous view of Puget Sound 🏞️, The Ferris Wheel. And the Ferry Boats ⛴️ coming in and out the terminal.
Last Year: Awesome experience with my mother. She enjoyed the birthday 🎂 room service surprise. Spa, she enjoyed every minute of it. Enjoyed the 🛀 bathtub soak with the TV right next to it and specious rooms. Glad the pool wasn't too occupied to enjoyed the view. Wish they would open another one down south.
Wow! That's my favourite hotel in Seattle. The room was amazing, with a real bathtub, no noise whatsoever, good Internet connection, perfect temperature, and easy to manage lighting.Only thing that I could see to improve would be something to reduce the noise of the water drain from the bathtub.Service is attentive. The bar is great, I'd recommend visiting before going for dinner. The location is great to get breakfast at Pike place market
We just spent two nights at the SilverCloud in Point Ruston. The room was lovely and we really enjoyed the room.We had the Sunday Brunch and enjoyed that also. Note that it isn't what you would expect a Brunch to be. All it is are extended dining room hours and order off the menu. Pricy but the staff were good and the food was very nice. Overall, the hotel is nice and there is a pool / hot tub outside. The only REAL drawback is the Valet Parking. It is the only option unless you want to park outside the hotel grounds at a cost. The Valet parking is $38 + tax per day. Incredible! We never needed the valets to fetch the car the whole time so this was $84 for absolutely nothing! BEWARE!
This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are modern and clean and new. The staff are wonderful and the views are spectacular! The rooms are a little expensive, but not overly. The one thing I don’t like is that you have to pay to valet park and there’s no public parking at all. You can go park your car in the garage but it’s not going to save you much money and then you’re going to have to walk from there. The staff is always so nice and always remembers us every time we come. We will always stay at this hotel! The picture is the view from our room.
I attended a conference for work in this hotel and it was superb. The manager Julianne provided an extra-ordinary experience. Everything about my stay was perfection. The staff was upbeat and carried an important spirit of happiness and security. The food was exceptional both nights of my stay. The chefs and restaurant staff are so appreciated. Every detail of this conference is something I will always carry with me, along with the appreciation of this fine hotel. The view is breathtaking, the parking was secure and I was able to relax and workout. It was just amazing. I have already recommended your location to friends and family.
Beautiful view and gorgeous hotel. Slept well, loved the room. Visited for a conference and felt like the meeting facilities were lovely. The food, snacks, and beverages were much better than other conferences I have been to, and the views really can't be beat!
This is an update to my previous review after my relatives’ weekend stay. They simply loved, loved, loved their room😍! I reserved the Queen Village room for my sisters and they repeatedly mentioned how comfortable their beds were. They both admired the decorum and especially enjoyed the 65 inch TV. The double sinks were an unexpected surprise and their shower felt like a pampered spa experience. Their only wish was the room had a microwave along with the refrigerator to reheat the spectacular food they had at the local restaurants. Overall, this hotel is elegant from the staff to its rooms and everything in between. It is undoubtedly the gem of Point Ruston!Wow!I recently reserved a room for incoming family. I heard about Silver Cloud in Tacoma but wasn’t aware of this one located in Ruston. So far, I have been impressed with the staff and looks of the hotel from the outside and the lobby. I have not had a chance to view the room, but I will update my review after my family have experienced their stay. However, my first impression when approaching and entering the hotel was wow! I can’t wait to get my family’s feedback to share once they arrive.
