We had a lovely nights stay . We got there early and Alana at reception was amazing. We were tired as we had gotten an early flight and my daughter ( who is autistic) was very tired Alana found us an available room without any hesitation. I cannot emphasise how great this was anyone who has a hidden disability will tell you these experiences are rare and that's why these acts of kindness mean so much.
We arrived slightly earlyOur room was ready which was nice and unexpected.Callum a young lad at reception was really lovely!!Rooms were greatTea, coffee, water, biscuits ectBreakfast was amazing one of the best we have had.Iron/ironing board/hairdryerMy only criticism about the hotel was the room for breakfast was so hot I felt sorry for the staff Woking in there running around.Would deffo recommend and stay again.
I have stayed at this hotel frequently this year and have always been happy with the rooms and the service, although check-in can sometimes be slow/busy.Location is perfect for central Manchester and parking is very close by.Plenty of places to eat/drink in the Northern quarter, or a short walk into the Arndale.
First time staying here and was really impressed. The staff were amazing, from check in to check out, everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean with everything you could need for an overnight stay plus more. We stayed on the club floor (8th floor, great views!) which meant we could use the club room. Lots of drinks and snacks available all day plus alcoholic ones and canapés between 6pm-8pm. I sat in there on my own whilst partner was at a concert and felt at home and completely safe. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from.Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you!
This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel in a row and we have had nothing but fantastic service at every occasion. The hotel is at a prime location and we booked the presidential suite which was very comfortable and one of the best such rooms that I have booked comparatively with other hotels. Alex Sperandio is a credit to the company and is customer service personified. He made arranging additional surprises for my wife for her birthday such a breeze and is an absolute credit to the company. Lily was also fantastic with communication ahead of my stay and very quick to respond and in the lounge during the stay (unfortunately I don’t think I caught her name) the lady serving my wife and I was completely fantastic. I noted she seemed to remember everyone’s order without fail, she was friendly and efficient and was a pleasure to be around and a true asset to the company. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and the service is second to literally none.
My time at the hotel was good in most ways. The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was great too, so close to Arendale mall. The one downside was the room service food. The prices were too high for the quality. I also had trouble calling room service because the phone in my room wasn't working.Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I'd still recommend it to others, but I'd suggest eating at the nearby restaurants instead of ordering room service.
Spent the day at the spa. The aesthetic is gorgeous, the number of people inside is managed carefully and the therapy rooms are scrupulously clean. Such a relaxing day. Thank you to Renata who managed to sort out the booking which had got messed up somehow. She did this with grace and persistence.
It’s one of them places we always go back for a relaxing break and afternoon tea. The selection of teas was impressive we went for the classic English breakfastThe beautifully crafted pastries and savoury bites were simply divine. 🥪🍰 our favorites were the scones with clotted cream and the exquisite macarons! And truffle egg mayo with spinach bread 👌🏽Service was impeccable — attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to indulge and unwind.
The only hotel I sleep in whenever I’m in Manchester. It’s honestly so hard to leave the room once you’re in.I also love coming here once a month for my me-time spa day even if I’m not staying for the night. The attention to detail in the spa, stunning decor and facilities are second to none up here in the North.I always have a 90 minute hot stone massage with Patricia and thoroughly enjoy it. She is so warm yet professional. The products used are divine. All the staff all round are wonderful and super courteous.Impeccable service which I cannot fault.I always look forward to coming here every month.
Beautiful, if compact spa. I booked a relaxation package, with 2 course lunch, 2 hours spa time and a massage treatment. The light lunch was delicious and there was a menu to choose from. It's all beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. Lockers were free to use and I really loved that the lockers had charging points inside. My only slight grumble is that the "no phone in the spa" rule was not enforced so others were in the relaxation room on their phones which is a bit distracting. The spa area had a relaxation room with heated beds, experience showers and a salt room, there is also a sauna and steam room. My massage treatment was amazing 10/10! I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my visit.
What an absolutely fab place. We went for an afternoon tea which was amazing. A great selection of sandwiches and cakes plus freshly baked scones! It was delicious!Made even better by being looked after by Amy , our waitress. She was so attentive ensuring we had enough teas and coffee and making sure we were happy with our food. She was so informative too, telling us about the chefs, the locality and the building and all its facilities. Amy even gave us a tour of the wine cellar cinema and rooftop terrace! She was the perfect host and is a credit to the Townhouse! We would definitely recommend a visit there and will be returning very soon ourselves!
