The door to my room was hard to close felt very unsafe. The carpet was extremely sticky and very dirty. The Room Smelled Moldy. The staff wasn't friendly at all expected Hector from the desk and another lady in the afternoon.
Place was terrible..very beneath the Hilton garden inn name and typical standards.. the rooms are very outdated but worse of all, the staff had zero sense of security for guests, I walked in and kept being stared at by an odd man hanging at the desk..I whispered my last name to the clerk to get an extra key card, he had not seen me at all as I had done mobile ck in, he never asked me for any ID whatsoever..and gave me a.key..repeating my last name.and room # out loud..the man ended up following me out to my car, freaked my kids out..and now we knew anyone could walk in, repeat a name and get a key!!
I regretted staying here. The staff was very nice the hotel was nice. The first room smelled really bad. The second room, the thermostat, didn't work. But my issue was the bed. I have always chosen Hilton because beds and pillows are comfy but not here. We left a day early because the beds and pillows were so terrible we would have rather drive 5 hours home than stay another night. But the staff and housekeepers were so nice that I couldn't give anything less than a 4-star review. Kindness goes a long way with me.
Room 418: The ? bathtub did not drain well as I showered. The air conditioner vent was dusty. They need to commit to clean the dust from the vents at least once a month. I wiped it down with a antibacterial wipe and it was filthy.
Just started our stay here and they have already gone above and beyond. April at the customer service desk was extremely nice and professional. Rooms are great and as fat as location everything is pretty close
DO NOT STAY HERE! Be warned they are liars and thieves. Booked through Bookety, showed up and was told they overbooked and I would get a refund. Mind you, this was 1am when we tried to check in and we were visiting up from San Antonio for a wedding. Waited a week for the refund and nothing. Called the front desk, was told they can't do anything so I called Bookety. They called the Bungalows and this is where the lies started. On the first call they said they offered to relocate us and we denied! Second time they called to speak to a manager, they lied again and said they did have the rooms, but we decided not to stay. It was 1am after a wedding, all we wanted was a bed!! Very dishonest people from the front desk up to the manager. Disputing the charge now.Update: I did get my refund thanks to my bank.
Room was amazing and very clean, my husband and i really enjoyed our stay, really recommend people to stay their awesome service from front desk and restaurant from inside is also delicious..
For a 3 star $139 per night and a delux room $199 per night. Do not have to be a genius to figure that out. Not even a 4 star is past $117. Is this hotel somehow above everyone else. You can’t fix stupid. If you like to throw away your money or waist your daddy’s money then this is for you.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Amazing breakfast. Kitchen staff is amazing here. Hector always has a smile and very nice every time I come here. He makes an amazing breakfast i couldnt wait to come back again. Front desk always smiling. This place is amazing home away from home ! You all are great ! Thank you for all you do!
Didn't stay, however, go there often to enjoy drinks and food with friends. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks are outstanding. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The bartender is outstanding. We can always count on a great experience!
