The suite was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The pool was great to have! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's definitely a great place to stay either for a long weekend or a longer stay!

Great place to stay and very well managed. Clean and kept up very nicely. Kitchen in good condition. No smoke stains. Room is nice. Supplys dove soap!! Staff friendly

Rooms were well equipped and tidy, were decently sized and had all the mod cons. Breakfast was ok, nothing too glorious or healthy. Stay were very polite and helpful

BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The rooms smelled bad, but we ignored it, then myself and my children were covered in bed bug bites. Hotel didn't seem concerned and said they didn't see anything. However, our entire arms were covered. This place is dirty, do not come here.

I had to stay here for a few months for work and a few months in a different hotel for work as well. This was by far the most comfortable of the two. They have guest entrances in the back, so once you're checked in, you don't have to make the awkward walk through the front desk, and they keep your room very clean. The front desk is very nice if you do ever need anything.

Nice hotel that's not a skyscraper or high-rise. Indoor pool that's open just past the lobby in the center of the hotel. Close to Novi Event Center and plenty of restaurants.

It’s quiet a tired hotel by now and my room smelt a little damp and had some old decor and quite dark, so the rooms need some work doing. My ground floor near the bar was not great in an evening. That said, all staff were lovely and helpful where I needed.

I had an awesome stay during my visit at Four Points By Sheraton. Briana the Night Auditor made me feel welcomed as I arrived and even put me in higher floor. Pyah and John was awesome and made me feel great as I existed and came back to hotel. I even had the pleasure of seeing a former colleague Nancy in breakfast who went over and beyond to ensure I got breakfast after it was pulled. I got to see my former boss Tarek which made my stay even better. I surely will be back again because I have a place to call home. Job Well Done Staff!!!

This is the 2nd time ww have stayed here and once again I did not feel comfortable. The hotel is tucked away from all the surrounding retail/restaurants so it's difficult to find; there are never many people staying here which makes you think what's wrong with this hotel; and the hallways are well lit but the brick walls and dark brown doors make the hallways feel creepy!All the counters in the room looked like they had not been properly cleaned - the nightstand, desk, and table by the chair. I used a damp washcloth to wipe them down but that didn't help.We were wakened at 1 am from a man repeatedly saying "I'm here". We then heard a woman's voice. Their conversation went on for about a half an hour, with doors opening and closing.Last, but not least, the elevator closest to our room was out of order as was the ice machine.

Overall, a comfortable stay. Staff seemed warm and said hi and asked if we needed anything. We did not use the pool or the hot tub, but because they were located in the middle of the rooms you could hear any loud noises coming from the pool clearly. Not sure if it's because we were on the third floor. The craft beer was very limited and lacking. For the handicapped individual please note that the toilets are very low. We did not eat at the restaurant as the prices were very high. Overall we had a good day thank you.
