Absolutely amazing place to stay. I literally have never had a vacation before where I felt so at peace. Every morning stepping out on the balcony and taking in a deep breath of the cold Tennessee air was the best. Having the resort have an onsite indoor water park was amazing. Even with it being in the low 30s having a chance to enjoy the waterpark was definitely really cool. The area around the resort is super quiet and peaceful. All you hear is the noise of cars passing by. So much to do within driving distance that your calendar will fill in no time. Can’t wait to come back spend the winter here again!
I love the Wyndham rooms and the water park for my kid. We’ve been coming for years just to relax and have fun. But *every* *single* *time* the “concierge” (because “dirty condo salesman” doesn’t sound as nice) makes my stay stressful and unpleasant. They are SO rude, they make fun of you and hang up on you if you don’t want to participate in their outdated 80’s-style 4 hour sales pitches. I can’t believe in 2024 this is still going on and what old out-of-touch man signed off on it. yikes. I’m going to look for a new place to continue our tradition next year.
First time here and we had a great time as a family. Condo was comfortable and clean. Waterpark was nice. No high pressure sales at this location. I’m going to start reviewing that as our last experience at Bonnet creek was over 3 hours of high pressure sales the guy was a jerk and kept belittling us to the point my wife was in tears! That’s how we started our last vacation in Florida. I’m glad this one didn’t turn out that way because if it had I was going to sell my timeshare at a loss and walk away!
Was beautiful here in the fall/winter time. Loved their winter theme. They had ice skating which was great for the kids and the expanded water park is almost complete. They also have a hot tub again in the indoor water park which was a great surprise. Best place to bring families.
The Waterpark is boring. The swimming pool is the one which makes waves and it is super cold ( November). There's There's no a separate pool.air in the waves area is cold, too. The hot tub is always crowded, so is the basketball swimming pool. Arcade is overpriced- 2 credits per $1. And most of the games are at least 3 credits. The yogurt place is expensive, too. And it tastes horrible, barely any cream in it, mostly ice, should be shut down. The rooms are nice, though.
Hotel was beautiful. The front desk employees were nice. My kids didn't like the breakfast. Everything was really dry and they didn't have a waffle station or pastries or individual yogurts. The room had a balcony with nice view. It had a nice fireplace and huge whirlpool tub. The shower wasn't rinsed out so I rinsed it and the room hadn't been Dusted in a while. Overall we had a great time and will stay here again. They just need to focus on the little details.
Lobby in Hotel was great/outside of hotel was great. Our room was not. The toilet was gross and had pee all over it, water pressure In shower was awful. The room was clean other than the bathroom. I wanted a room with an actual bathtub but got put in a handicap room that did not have anything, I really wish I would have been told that when booking the room since I did not ask for that type of room. When I went to front desk they didn’t seem to care and was told hotel was full there were no other rooms, which was fine I just wish I would have known. My kid can’t do that type of shower so made things difficult.
This place is gorgeous. My husband and I stayed here for our 4 day anniversary in one of the suites and it was wonderful. My only gripe was that our room smelled like chlorine and the couch was SO uncomfortable to sit and watch TV and unwind on. The bed was pretty comfy and the jacuzzi was so relaxing. The continental breakfast had a lot of nice options; nothing fancy, but it was pretty nice. The hotel itself was between Kodak and Pigeon Forge, really close to everything without being TOO close to commotion. It was also really nice not having a ton of kids around for our anniversary, so everything was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend for a getaway.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are really nice with great views. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was excellent. Coffee was available all day. Beds are super comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. Location is great for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I was very pleased with this hotel.
Best ever place from the moment we arrived. Tracy always had a smile and so welcoming. Tracy and Victoria made our stay the best . The rooms immaculate and beds so comfortable. Great location with scenic helicopter tours just across the street . The outside pool was refreshing with the rafts and lazy river to float around .. then inside to the 24/7 indoor pool and hot tub . Also 24/7 coffee and some tasty hot apple cider. The breakfast buffet was more like a restaurant in itself. I have nothing bad to say about this place . Again Tracy was so accommodating when we decided to stay one more night . We will definitely plan another stay here hopefully for a longer period of time. Thanks to all for this magnificent visit!
