This hotel is top notch. Being at the lower level of the Hilton brand people think it is not good but let me tell you, you are wrong! The property is clean, the rooms are clean. And Ian the manager goes above and beyond. I will def be back when I need a getaway from home and work! Btw The pool and Hot tub actually work!
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice and yummy. Pool and hot tub worked. Only reason for 4 stars is they have a bit of an ant problem in certain areas. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there.
Enjoyed a weekend away with my husband. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Our bathroom fan was very loud and the shower water heat adjustment was not good, but overall we had a delightful stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable.
All in all this hotel was a great stay. Nice value and rooms were comfy and clean. The front desk agent upon check in was welcoming and pleasant and the Houseman I spoke with was very nice. The only downfall was the lack of security and monitoring in the halls. The pool and hotub were PACKED full of kids with only 3 adults to be seen. We ended up leaving the pool early (the draw to this hotel for us besides the price) as my child was almost jumped on while she was swimming by a child who was jumping in the pool without checking for other people. Thankfully my daughter was not hurt but really shook up. As we were trying to sleep at 9:45pm there were children running up and down the hallway as their parents were drinking and cheering them on in the hallways. I went outside and asked them to please stop as there were people trying to sleep. They apologized and were quiet for the evening. As I said, the hotel was nice but lack of security was very evident.
I've spent a lot of money at this location and unfortunately I will never go back. We made a reservation. Was told hot tub is down. Ok no big deal. Specifically asked if they have hot water. Was told yes not a problem. I wake up to take a shower the next morning NO HOT WATER! I called the front desk and all they did was make excuses. When I asked why I am being charged when something like hot water isn't available and other amenities are down all I was told is call the GM. Even after that they still didn't care to do right by us as customers. Charged us full price and didn't even care the place had no hot water. Lousy breakfast too. Stay away. Over priced. Bad customer service. Way better hotels around.
Rooms were spacious and clean, pool and hot tub were fine. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast fare - waffles were yummy! I had a bad customer service experience with the front desk rep while checking in and felt very unwelcome for the rest of the stay for reasons too numerous to list on a google review. Be advised if you enter with a group of people carrying food, you could be accused of having a party - even if you have rented enough rooms to cover everyone with you. Apparently, the hotel “does not allow parties” (which is not listed on the website or at the hotel itself) and will either cancel your reservation and turn you away or threaten an additional $250 charge with little explanation as to how it would be determined that you owe this charge.
Pros: Great location with pretty solid rooms. Very comvenient place to stay. Shuttle to the airport was also convenient.Cons: I'm on my fourth phone call to try to get a receipt for my stay, after being assured they were going to email it to me as I left for the airport. It shouldn't take a combined hour on the phone to get a receipt sent to me.(Still don't have it)
Rooms and service at the time was fine. They have what is in my opinion a predatory parking situation. They only allow you to use the valet which they charge a ridiculous $60 a day for and do not do a good job telling you about it or advising of any alternatives in advance. We were there for 9 hours total and only parked once and were not told it would be $60 when they took our key. I was under the impression it would be free and I’d just give a tip. Customer service from the 3rd party that runs it and from the hotel were not understanding of the fact that we were not adequately informed nor offered a choice
Great location if you are traveling out of Logan.Caveat emptor: Beware of bait and switch when ordering Park & Fly. They require payment in advance to book 7 nights free parking. Fine. But then they will book a standard room -even charge more! Then they will say they cannot change the booking. They try to tell you that you booked through a 3rd party Web site ( I did not) as a reason for not correcting their error.I will update
Perfect choice for an airport hotel. Easy to get to from the airport, very reasonable prices, nice staff. Josephina took good care of us when we arrived tired after a long day of travelling.
One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Service was amazing. Wish our flight didn’t leave so early so we could’ve enjoyed breakfast but the dinner was amazing. Would definitely stay at an Embassy Suite again. Highly recommend.
Is not far from logan Airport. There is a daily shuttle to the airport that leaves about every 20 minutes. There is a nice park just outside the Hilton Hotel. There is also a night reception with cold cuts and cheese between 6 and 9pm. The suite has a small living room, a bedroom with 2 beds and a nice size bathroom. A pretty nice place.
So, my family and I spent 2 days & 2 nights in this hotel. I didn't notice any flaws. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly & willing to help. The HOT TUB & pool are very taken care of. But the cherry on top is the breakfast & snacks. Normally some hotels offer complementary breakfast but this particular one has a BIG SELECTION of good tasting food. They also offered a complementary snack bar in the evening. These little details MAKE this hotel stand out from the restI HIGHLY recommend this, specially if you are traveling.
Classy feeling main area with a cafe and bar. Free airport trolley coming often (huge perk for early AM flights). Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Big bathrooms and showers (could use a fan for steam and noise reduction). Good experience
Outstanding hotel. The rooms are above average size and there is a fridge and microwave. The airport shuttle runs whenever you need, and between the blue and silver lines you can get where you need to be very quickly. I thought it would be really inconvenient staying out near the airport but it was totally fine. Service was very good and the hotel breakfast is outstanding - nice fresh produce and a fresh omelette station as well as all the usual stuff for hot or continental breakfast.
