Beds were like a rock. Asked for extra pillows and was told no, come back in the morning. (We needed them to sleep so the morning doesn't work for us). Besides that it was ok. Also smelled marijuana throughout the whole place.
The place was under construction when we stayed here in May. Some of the people we were traveling with did not like the cleanliness of the hotel, but it was under construction. Rooms were clean. Mattresses were new (I was told they replaced all mattresses with renovation) and you can see a bunch of old ones stacked up outside (kinda nasty... get rid of them!). Breakfast was decent: scrambled eggs, turkey and sausage patties, pancake maker, biscuits and gravy and a few other things. The biscuits were actually really, really good.Aside from renovation clutter, I was able to look beyond the cleanliness. Rooms were clean, so that's all that matters to me.One thing to note: this place is next to the highway and appears to be a truck stop. Nothing wrong with the trucking industry whatsoever. Just be aware that there are lots of trucks nearby. Some parked and some passing through. It's probably an easy destination for truckers to stop and get a good shower and a good night's sleep. But if you're staying here and expect look out your window to see golden pastures with a backdrop of snow-capped mountains, you'll be slightly disappointed with a view of the highway, parked semis and car haulers, and a gas station.Price was great though, so it makes up for all the shortcomings.
Great location with great service! This location is currently under renovation. Their lobby was a little chaotic, but this was due to the remodel. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were updated and the beds were comfy and provided a great night's rest. The room looked great! The breakfast option was not bad as well.I highly recommend this location for anyone who wants a restful night's sleep.
Very disappointed in the hotel service quality. I am here for a few more days room. Hotel also moved me due to renovation on floor I was staying at.But main plugs don't work in room nor does toilet flush correctly on the 4th floor. No mini fridges seem to work either. In mine nor my crew makes work.Had to request taking it from one room to another.New room lock box was locked and it wasn't bolted down.Pretty disappointed.
Future guests be VERY THANKFUL that this location is now under the care of Mr Rob Hayes. The place was run down but he is bringing it up beyond excellent condition!! Due to issues with my furnace, myself and my family stayed 3 nights and were lucky enough to be placed in a newly renovated room!!We're not talking about a paint job and new TV. It looks and feels like if the place was built - floor up!!Keep in mind that renovation is still in progress so be patient!Courteous staff, nice pool and yummy breakfast is the added bonus!!!!THANKS AGAIN ROB!!
This Holiday Inn is not part of IHG and it shows! They are under renovations and don’t care if you’re staying! We had workers smoking in to hotel as we were staying there! They started banging and working and woking up my kids at 8am on a Sunday!!! The workers are looking into rooms with their unsafe working! The holiday inn workers are not professional in the least bit! Please don’t use this hotel until they get their stuff together! The entire place is extremely dirty!!!
I very rarely write or review anything. The room was fine and the location was too, but it was the service that was truly exceptional for me. From the moment I walked up to the front desk to check in, Asia Rice the front desk associate was so warm, friendly and so helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, she gave me great suggestions about where to go eat, she made my stay so much better. And I appreciate people more than places. Asia is definitely gold standard in hospitality.
Friendly enough stuff but they can't seem to do the simple things like put my rewards number on to my account so now I've got a call and have that put in the beds were a little stiff but overall a clean facility walls are a little thin some of the guests were quite noisy otherwise a good experience
I had a wonderful time at this hotel clean rooms and most importantly there staff goes above and beyond the front desk employee was extraordinary her name was Dee Dee I have never felt so welcome if we had more of her in this world it would a perfect place
This Is The MOST Kind, Professional And Welcoming location I have Ever had the Pleasure of staying at. The Entire staff is beyond considerate and the practice of cleanliness provided here should be an industry standard. I can Not express my appreciation enough.
Desperately in need of a renovation, which is forgivable, but the room was pretty gross. Carpet had probably been sort of vacuumed, but there were crumbs in the corner. Overall, the carpet needs a deep cleaning or replacement because the room smelled pretty musty. Bathroom not really wiped down. THICK layer of dust on the AC filters, at least six months of solid buildup. Secondary lock didn’t work. Loose outlets on the lamps didn’t really work.Staff were nice, check in was pretty easy, but they seem to reset the cards every day so you have to ask them to give you access. They didn’t ask for any verification that I was in the room I said.
The building and the room itself were very dated. Bed seemed to be clean but nothing else was. It would be nice if they invested a little in keeping up the place. The one thing going for it is the location, near many restaurants and right off the highway
Extremally disappointed in this Quality Inn. Half the electrical plugs did not work. And the some of the lamps had burned out bulbs. My grandchild woke up screaming at 3:00 AM. There were bed bugs in her bed. Upon more inspection we found potatoes chip crumbs behind and under the bed. Various other dirty issues in the room. When we notified the front desk we were told we should have inspected the room when we got in. So my grandchild & I moved to my daughters room. This room was marginal. Because we were part of a group for a bowling tournament we had a group rate. So we were kind of stuck. Plus there were no more available rooms at other motels/hotels because of a marathon this particular weekend. The free breakfast was terrible. The eggs were over cooked the sausage was under cooked, the waffles were marginal. The evening front desk people at check in left a lot to be desired. If I hadn't had a alert on my phone from my bank they would have charged me twice for the room because they kept telling me the charge didn't go through. The desk clerk finally checked another system and it showed the charged did go through. My daughter told them she wanted to split pay part charge part cash. They charged the full amount. I could go on but I'm sure you will get the jest of this review. Avoid this Quality Inn at all cost.
Only 1 towel and 1 hand towel no wash cloth and no floor mat. Tub was dirty and the tissue dispenser was rusty Breakfast was free which was good as I wouldn’t pay for it. English muffin was stale as it must of been set out every day until I grabbed it,. The scrambled eggs were dry and hard. But the bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.
