We recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and cozy retreat after a long day of baseball. I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the entire hotel—it truly made for a worry-free stay.Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast offered each morning. The variety of options catered to every palate, and the freshness of the food was evident in every bite.
This was a nice place to stay in St. George. Great location, because you can walk to some restaurants and other attractions. The hotel has a lot of character, snappy decor, and a nice pool and hot tub, both indoor and outdoor. Our room was so spotless, and it felt like the hotel is very well cared for. Next time we stay here, we'll request the upper floor so we don't hear any guests above us. (We go to sleep early and get up early.) All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay!
Best Western Coral Hills is a little more like a motel than a hotel, which is similar to most of the places in St George, which is a smaller college town. Nonetheless this small facility does what they can to make your stay comfortable and easy. The rooms are clean, updated and have plenty of amenities. The staff are ALL friendly and offer helpful tips and service. The continental breakfast is full and well prepared, and the room rates are reasonable. It is within walking distance of several historic sites in downtown St. George and plenty of restaurants are nearby. We had a very pleasant stay and would absolutely recommend this location to someone looking to enjoy beautiful St George, Utah.
I was happy to have made it here after a long drive! The room was spacious. Everything worked great. The fridge was big for being a mini fridge, TV was a good size, there was a microwave, iron and ironing board, big closet, plenty of places to put luggage out, and the desk was useful. We always need more charging stations... by each side of each bed would be most useful. The bathtub was helpful (not just a shower) for my toddler. The beds were nice and comfy. The breakfast is included in the morning, and was good. There was plenty of variety. We had hoped to use the indoor pool but ran out of time. But the indoor pool was a plus for us! Thanks so much!! We will stay here again.
Wish I could give Best Western Coral Hills 4.5 stars! It wasn't perfect but it was overall a great hotel for a quick stay in St. George and we'd stay here again. The staff at reception was very friendly and we especially appreciated the little treasure chest of toys they let our toddler choose from. The rooms seem a bit outdated but are clean and comfortable - which is most important to me! There was plenty of parking. We didn't use the outdoor pool but the indoor pool was a hit with our 3 year old. Breakfast was good, albeit a bit crowded at times. We loved the location and availability of nearby restaurants.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this pet-friendly property even though the building we stayed in was obviously one of the original ones in the complex . The desk clerk , Bella, was outstanding - friendly,, welcoming & enthusiastic about having us & our dog choose this venue. It's obvious both pets & people are valued here! Our room was dated but clean & there was no pet odor. Indoor heated pool was great. We'd stay here again.
Fantastic hotel. Room #135 is the one in the corner right next to the pet pee carpet.Hard Luxury Vinyl Tile in the per room. Very clean. Very nice.Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection. Excellent service from all of the staff. Wonderful employees. Please remember to tip. They are good people.
I’m giving them five stars for their category- because they have such amazing, friendly people at the front desk and clean rooms. Stayed here prior to heading out on a wild land trek adventure and this hotel was better than expected. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub I did use on arrival. There is an indoor one as well but never went to see it. Water was clean and area nicely maintained. Left our car here while we were on our adventure and they were very helpful with that. Would definitely stay again. There is noise from a restaurant next door and the road, but it is what it is. It’s not their fault. Nice family owned place that deserves the business.
We loved our stay here. We would love to stay here again. It was price well. Might be an older hotel that is very well maintained. Generous with supplies and food, Not cutting corners. The breakfast stands out above the rest. Heather is a true chef. The food selections were very various and Outstanding. The room was very clean. Good water pressure. There are a few little buildings that are not attached, So you will probably walk to breakfast outside. There is no elevator, not needed for us. So make sure you stay on the first floor if you cannot do steps. I think the water is hard and they use a water softener.
This is an old motel that has been wonderfully updated and cared for. It's in a great location---walking distance to lovely restaurants and shops in downtown St. George. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best of our three week road trip---including homemade cinnamon rolls! And as a tea drinker, I greatly appreciated that there was a nice variety of tea beyond Lipton! Thank you.
Used to be called "Fantasy Inn & Suites". Stayed three nights for our honeymoon back in 1996.Themed rooms, most with large garden tub or whirlpool tubs. Glad to see it's still around even if it's changed names.Have no idea what it's like now but back then... it was awesome and the staff at the time were outstanding. Hopefully still the same.
Overall, the rooms offer a great getaway to South Tahoe area with access to a jacuzzi if you don’t have one at home and have family that seeks modesty or culturally-appropriate ways to partake in a jacuzzi. My wife and I were disappointed in the jacuzzi jets shooting out quite a bit of dirt into the tub. The front desk was un-phased when I showed them the tub and did nothing to rectify the dirt.
We enjoyed our stay here. Front desk was cheerful and happy to share details about Lake Tahoe fishing and food. It is on the main road with an easy walk to the marina, restaurants, and shops. The bed was comfortable. Relaxing in the large Jacuzzi was so nice.
I’ve stayed in this hotel 4-5 times now and it’s truly one of my go to’s. I recently stayed over the weekend of 8/11-8/13. We had a very busy weekend and when checking out we forgot my boyfriends laundry bag. I didn’t notice until 4 days after we got home. It had some of his favorite shirts and shorts in it. Called the hotel really not expecting much, but after they contacted the maids that cleaned our room I was so pleased to hear they had his bag saved!!! Asked the front desk if they could ship it and I would pay any fees needed since I live two hours away. They said don’t worry about it and we will get it shipped out in a week or so. THE NEXT DAY, his clothes showed up at our door from fed ex. Service like that is why I will be continuing to keep booking here for years to come. Thank you to the Postmarc staff, we really appreciate you 🙂
7/24/23 Amazing! My husband and I loved our stay here! The room gives such romantic vibes, the bed was super comfy and we loved the hot tub🫶🏻! The room was well equipped with mini fridge and microwave which always come in handy. Yes, the tv is kinda old but we loved the ID channel lol. Staff was friendly and you get a bit of discount on a few restaurants. We will definitely be back! 😊
Really nice rooms. Some of the walls could use some touch ups. The bed was nice, and the tub was really large with nice jets. There was also a nice two headed shower. However, I'm 6'2" and the showers hit me at chest level. So, I had to duck to take a shower. There was a leaky pipe or something right outside our room, and a trash can was being used to catch the dripping water. Kind of cheap feeling, and that should be fixed right away. I took a picture and attached it to this review. The staff were nice, and they pointed us to good places to eat.
Docked a star because while the rooms are beautiful and big, ours definitely needed some things done (cords hanging from the TV could've used better install, can lights in ceiling loose, white ground on tub repairs used when the rest is grey, etc) but overall really nice!Discounts available at a few local businesses when you show your key cardCoffee in the mornings from 6a-11aStaff super friendly and helpful in making sure you know what's available to you during your stay.See ya soon!
We have stayed here 5 times now and we love it! It is quiet and romantic. I think my only issue is that some of the rooms need to be redone. So far the cabin room is our favorite
Jayson & Ryan at the front desk were impeccably helpful with my trying to manage a last-minute Saturday night reservation (a challenging time to get a room in Tahoe). They were immensely accommodating with assisting me with my needs, and offered me a number of solutions to ensure I was happily taken care of.The staff alone make it my new favorite hotel in Tahoe. Add that to the quality of the rooms themselves, and choosing Postmarc is an every-time no-brainer.A perfect 10 in my book. Thank you Jayson & Ryan for your outstanding care & thorough service.
Postmarc has some of the best customer service I have ever seen at a hotel, regardless of caliber. We stayed there during a snowstorm and they were super understanding of us checking in early to get out of the weather, and for us leaving a day early with a full refund for the extra day, so we got home before the next storm hit. The room was awesome as well, and super unique!
Let's go with the pros first. The exterior is nice and the front desk staff was great. Now the cons. The rooms are very dated and have floor to ceiling mirrors that remind me an adult movie set. They added them to the whirlpool bath as well. As for house keeping, we had lots of hair in the tub upon our arrival.
