Pretty mid, basic property. Not consistent with the star rating. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Amenities are all add on. Nothing remarkable. Not horrible. Just mid…
Worst management ever. Took a fall in the hot tub due to worn down grip (non-skid) tape. Reported to front desk to make sure that it was fixed so no one else would have the same experience. The next day I was feeling worse, called to speak with the manager to file an accident report and she never returned my calls or did the report..long story short, when asked by upper management why she didn't do a report, she lied and said that I never called or came in for one. She also said that grip, non-skid tape was fine, even though maintenance was already there fixing it..MY POINT: If you fall or get injured in ANY way, don't leave until you fill out a report, take pictures, and leave by ambulance. Even the seemingly sweet and nice people turn shady af if they fear repercussions from their employers. They have what happened on video and I had a witness to what happened..I only wanted it fixed..Thr room was registered in my partner's name, Daniel E Rodriguez. Not only did he witness what happened, he also left a review of what happened..This happened on May 29-2023..I didn't write the review earlier because I was waiting for corporate office to reach out. I have a ticket number if you'd like to see it.
Really enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free hot breakfast was good, there were lots of choices and it was all tasty. The breakfast room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
Amazing facility. Very clean. Modern. Updated. We stayed in a jacuzzi room, and everything was as it was stated in the listing. Breakfast area the next morning was tidy and clean. Lots of variety. The staff was very friendly. Fitness center was clean and adequate. If you forgot anything, you are close to everything. We will DEFINATLY be back to this location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Frankly, one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a while.Stayed for a night for a nearby concert and got a double queen room. The front desk person who checked us in was super nice and friendly, and quick to get us our room keys. When we got to the room, it was spotless, except for the ice container. The vanity was large and had plenty of space to get ready, and the room itself was huge. The sheets were white all the way through, and the mattress wasn't stained at all.The true surprises was how big the breakfast was. I gorged myself on strawberry pancakes and whipped cream, eggs, juice, bacon, whatever I wanted. Everything was also clean here. The other surprise was the sauna! The well maintained pool and hot tub! Woke up with my back hurting, and it was a perfect treat to take the edge off. I didn't use the fitness center, but it seemed to have some good choices in equipment. All in all, affordable and very very much worth it.
This place is great. It could use some new bedding skirts, but otherwise the room is fine. I travel with my dog for vet care in Vancouver and have stayed here a couple of times. The breakfast is super yum. Those potatoes. Delicious. They have a large breakfast area with all kinds of items and it is open for 4 hours in the morning. The building is in a safe area. Nice desk staff.
10/13/23 9:00am I've booked thousands of hotel rooms in my life... the girl answering the phone was by far the rudest most difficult company representative of any establishment I've ever had the displeasure of crossing paths with, and I was only on the phone with her for 2 minutes. My business takes a staff of about 30 individuals to operate, and I don't care if we were down 5 or even 10 employees and the hiring pool was as bad as it currently is right now... if I heard the phone conversation this little girl just had with one of my prospective customers I would take her name tag and send her out the door immediately, no questions asked. I would even cancel all my plans for the rest of the week to pick up her shift if necessary.People like this will run your business into the ground and should NOT be left on the staff at all costs. People like this will run your business into the ground and not bat an eye. This person should be on unemployment immediately and never work reception or any kind of customer service ever again. I can't decide if she is just rude and self centered or extremely unintelligent, but it really doesn't matter. The livelihood of all the remaining staff depend on the manager of this establishment to get people like this off the team immediately. There is surely no fixing this person's attitude. Please review the conversation if you can and do what you see necessary.
Very clean and comfortable location. Even had a well known steak restaurant in the parking lot...We shared a very nice dinner there and were very satisfied. The Hotel was a good choice for the night. Very close to the freeway and had plenty of parking available.
Staff was very friendly coming in for our visit. Cleaned our room and left a very nice Thank You card on the second day. Some of the carpet was coming up in the room and the drywall was falling off on the corners of the room. They kept it very clean and wasn't noisy. The back stairs were a little concerning due to being loose and moved a bit when using them. Overall great value for the cost. Thanks
We had two rooms which they accommodated right next each other. Both rooms were clean with plenty of towels and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Ice was easily found along with vending machines. The staff was helpful and gave suggestions on amazing places to see! Definitely would stay again!
Staying here for a business assignment. In 3 days I have watched a drug deal go down, let staff know that a homeless man was looking in vehicles on the backside of the hotel, saw a homeless lady outside my window picking something up under my window, no housekeeping because it is only available every 3 days and it's a holiday weekend so that's a no go. The 1 washer and dryer they have for the hotel is down so can't do laundry. Oh and do you want ice? Well then you need to go to floors 2 or 4 to get it.. Positives.. The front desk clerk is awesome and always around. Except for the one on tonight's shift who nobody can find. Beds are super comfortable. Inexpensive rooms. And the rooms do feel clean. Don't know about breakfast I haven't tried it. But if it is anything like there coffee then I am glad I am not trying it?Still have 5 more days here so wish me luck??
