The lady at the front desk was niceThe table and the chairs are very old and torn apart and has to be replaced.I would say definitely good value for money, relatively big room, comfortable beds, Tv, fridge and microwave. We had some flies in the room which was pretty annoying, altought the room was very clean.
Stayed here because I-80 was closed and this was the only place with rooms available at short notice. Very quickly found a bedbug on my pillow and, on further inspection, found several more in the mattress. Immediately cleared out of there & did not spend the night, just kept driving. Money wasted, please fumigate room 27. Just hoping they didn’t get into my luggage.
I don’t leave reviews but I had to on this one. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. I paid 90 dollars left an hour later and went home 2 hours away. The floors were disgusting nothing was dusted and the walls were gross and box tv from the 90s . Sad bathroom. Nothing in this hotel was sanitary. I could imagine the bed never being washed. There were stains on it. It was horrific room. It not worth going to party and stay there cause everything was sold out.
When I first pulled into this parking lot I was supposed to be somewhere else. It is actually pretty nice other than a broken outlet on one side which I don't need anyway and the rug needs replacing-is very old and stained, smells bad. I will not take my shoes off. But I think I'm going to sleep good!
A mixed place. The room is good...the bed can be a little high for elderly people. The bedding is good. The room is very clean. However, it's a bit outdated and old-fashioned.Breakfast is a compendium of chemicals and does not offer a wide choice of products. This hotel must remain a stopover on your route
One of the best Best Western hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded our expectation. Rooms freshly renovated, very clean. Wonderful, pleasant and friendly service!Great place to stop overnight while traveling between Colorado and California.
I honestly had zero expectations coming here. I figured it would be like all the other hotels we stayed at along our journey cross country. We had two pretty negative experiences on our way here so my expectations were quite low. However, I’m completely impressed with the service, cleanliness and overall care. Multiple things came up for us. We’re here for Bonneville speed week and forgot the SD card to our GoPro :/I called every store and no one had any. I called the front desk and the manager was so helpful. She offered to ask her friend from salt lake to bring one when she came later. She also said that if her friend couldn’t that she would give me one of her empty ones. I’m so grateful for her help.
They had the best coffee machine during the continental breakfast that I've seen at a Best Western. Room was clean but the fridge was leaking when we got there because it had been turned all the way down. They didn't offer to switch rooms or provide extra towels or any service recovery options other than telling me to turn the gauge up. The fridge did cool down but never seemed fully frozen in the freezer section and was a big mess. Disappointed in the customer service there for that reason. Otherwise the room and location were fine, I could see an electric car charging station across from my room and they were pet friendly.
Great place, would recommend and stay again. Nice modern decor, great(!) beds. Nice shower and loved the citrus bath products. Good (typical) breakfast. Pool and breakfast space were a bit small but not any impacts. Great room AC and blackout blinds. Great value, would stay again. Afternoon front desk guy is fun and funny.
Stopped for the night on our long road trip and I'm thankful they had rooms open still past 9pm! The attendant was amazing. Great service, rooms, and even water pressure! Can't say much about the lovely amenities past breakfast, since we stayed very shortly. However, they looked nice.Breakfast was my only slight issue. (Barely any issue) just a small selection of fruits, pastries, bread, there was a waffle maker, and some eggs and bacon. Nice, don't get me wrong, just small selection. The seating was very few sadly too so we ate in our room 🙁 but otherwise it was lovely. Thank you! 😀
